Extremely clean laundromat. And for the most part the people have stopped letting kids run around…read moresince they put up signs. Mostly. Once I used the restroom and inside the door handle came off. I was stuck and pounding in the door for five minutes before I got it to open. When I told the employee they just shrugged and said, "Oh". I enjoyed the disco they played, primarily because it was just fun & lighthearted. Now I'm forced to listen to twangy country that's too loud. It's awful. The washers are overpriced, IMO. Had this been a few months ago when I could tolerate the music, it would have been a star higher. This though, is just depressing.

However, the last three visits, one of which was tonight, they have removed all the tv's and the a/c has been OFF! It's sad when it is cooler outside than it is inside. You have all these machines running, kicking out heat, but you keep the a/c off and it is over 90 degrees in the place! That's ridiculous considering what we pay to use the machines now. It's bad enough having nothing to even watch except the people, but to be sweating like crazy at the same time is too much. I attempted to reach out to them via their website before posting here but the website is no longer active. So that just kind of topped it off for me.

I love that there is a reverse option for drying....that really helps when dealing with a big blanket like mine. The attendant was nice and helpful.
