This has not been my experience over the last few visits. The staff has been rude and the management has been unresponsive. Imagine my surprise when I got a text stating they were ready the next day! Great! They ended up dry cleaning 1 and laundering 7. I thought the price for each was high at $12+ for dry cleaning (1 shirt) and $5+ for the rest. I'm new to the area, so I'm not sure how this compares. It's more than I've ever paid anywhere in the country. I will say, the work is great! But you pay for it. I won't be back because I think the price is too high.

The cleaners that were in this location before really left a stigma in our neighborhood. However, Texas Cleaners replaced them and is absolutely phenomenal. This is hands down the WORST dry cleaner I've ever dealt with. I brought in my $150 jacket --…read morebarely 4 months old and in perfect condition -- for a simple cleaning. When I came to pick it up, it had rips in the front partially through the fabric, (so even sewing it up wasn't an option to fix it) like it had been caught and ripped during their cleaning process. When I brought it to their attention, not only did they refuse to take responsibility, but they actually tried to say it was just "normal wear and tear." Are you kidding me?! A 4-month-old jacket doesn't just *tear itself* while being professionally cleaned. And then they had the nerve to say we hadn't "spent enough money" with them for them to do anything about it. The only thing they offered was $15 -- for a jacket they ruined that cost ten times that. No apology, no accountability, just excuses and attitude. This place is a joke. They don't care about your clothes, and they definitely don't care about their customers. Take your business *anywhere else* -- unless you're okay with getting your stuff back damaged and being blamed for it.

I got so exasperated I asked my wife to come inside as my wife formerly managed several dry cleaner locations. Young lady was rude to her as well; to the point that we called later and spoke to the manager. The end result? One pair of slackss has a new hole in the leg, the seam of one pair of slacks is unstiched about half-way round, and a light burn mark is on the front of one shirt. Manager is friendly but apparently doesn't have control over the employees. (the young lady in question also appeared to be "strung out" ) I would never trust them with my clothes again. And not for nothing I ALWAYS tipped the counter people at the drive through when I picked up my clothes. Great business; but sometimes they apparently hire trash employees to handle your clothes.
