Initially I had my 3 year-old with me and both the woman who checked us out as well as the young male worker took the time to speak with him. He was very interested in going into the back and he was jokingly offered a job once he turned 16! Even with the few minutes of chit chat and setting up a new account, drop off was easy and surprisingly quick. Pick up was just as smooth. I liked that they helped me get the hangers up off the rod being that they were rather heavy. All of the jackets looked good as new and had a pleasant, fresh sent. She did not count the items being dropped off and neither did I (stupid I know, but coming off a 48 hour bug that hit me like a freight train I was still pretty out of it) and did not provide a receipt. I'm pretty sure I did not receive all of my shirts but have no receipt to prove it. The shirts I did receive had my name written in permanent marker on the inside of the shirt. When asked why they would do this the lady simply replied "we have to be able to tell who's is who's." Once I used the restroom and inside the door handle came off. I was stuck and pounding in the door for five minutes before I got it to open. When I told the employee they just shrugged and said, "Oh". I enjoyed the disco they played, primarily because it was just fun & lighthearted. Now I'm forced to listen to twangy country that's too loud. It's awful. The washers are overpriced, IMO. Had this been a few months ago when I could tolerate the music, it would have been a star higher. This though, is just depressing.
