She was disrespectful through the phone and in person when I arrived, She has zero customer service. When she insulted me I responded that I'm the customer and told her she is rude. I walked in and the lady greeted me, explained that the machines work with either a card ($1 to purchase and then you add money to it) or you can download the app which doesn't require the card (however it does have a minimum required to load onto the card). I was able to wash and dry 3 large comforters in a little over an hour! They have vending machines so you can purchase washing supplies (there is also a DT within walking distance) but the most important thing is this place is CLEAN!!! They also offer and washing service where you can drop it off and they wash and fold it for you. This was a time saver and I'll utilize this place again!

When I came in with an aged light blue suit coat, instead of taking my money, he gave me the option of taking it home and trying certain things myself before I paid to have them do, which as aged as the suit coat was, he wasn't sure it could be salvaged. I opted to pay and most of the old stains came out, but am just really appreciative of the honesty and transparency.

Once I used the restroom and inside the door handle came off. I was stuck and pounding in the door for five minutes before I got it to open. When I told the employee they just shrugged and said, "Oh". I enjoyed the disco they played, primarily because it was just fun & lighthearted. Now I'm forced to listen to twangy country that's too loud. It's awful. The washers are overpriced, IMO. Had this been a few months ago when I could tolerate the music, it would have been a star higher. This though, is just depressing.
