I took in 1 new suit, 2 new shirts, & 4 ties in October 2022. Easily more than $1000 worth of product. They completely ruined a tie. The owner said "ties are notorious for that." Sounds like they routinely damage items here. Note: the rest of my items received subpar service. The owner didn't want to settle the damage on-the-spot so I let them send it out in an attempt to have it repaired. Due to the damage their machine put it through, after nearly two months later, it sent back and forth from the 'seamstress' twice. It never looked the same because of the amount of damage their machine caused. Throughout the entire situation they never called me. I had to stay on them continually. They never answered my calls so I had to arrive back on-site in person to get any update from them. Yes, this nightmare was nearly 2 months long. Ultimately I decided to end the ordeal for a measly $20 so I can be done with this terrible company. I have bigger better things to give my attention to. It is my belief they only restitched the back and never looked at it again. I'm convinced they never even attempted to straighten or repress the tie to truly attempt to fix it. It looked the same every time I saw it and every time I showed up it was there at the front waiting for pickup. I believe they only hoped I was just going to let it go and never return. I guess I did since I only settled for $20. Save yourself the hassle. Go somewhere else. I only took my items here because I thought the reviews represented true experiences. I have used Dusty since 1995 and had good service until the last 2 years. Since then he has ruined 2 shirts.one was bought in April had them clean and press it got it back it had black spots in 4 places .They had shut down for 2 weeks so i cleaned it myself had to use oxyclean 2 times to get it out. now the shirts looks like it is 2 years old . took more to him and he got the same black stuff but worse . he did not get it all out and put 2 slits on the front and was told the shirt was getting thin I told them it was a brand new shirt and had only been worn 1 time and they ok and did not even offer to replace .these shirts cost me 90 dollars by the time I order them and have them embordered. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. Dropped off my comforter and picked it up and had water stains all over it and it smelt like cigarette. Called the business & they would redo. Went in and after finding out my new day I asked if it could be done quicker since it was already being re-serviced. This is when Dusty's wife decided to catch an attitude with me. This business is extremely unprofessional, dirty, and will not do a proper job at washing your clothes. His wife is an old hag with a bold mouth who talks a lot of shit and won't do anything about it. Please save your peace, money, and sanity and go somewhere. For some reason my review from before didn't post. We had dropped off my husband's uniform to be prepped for an interview and I somehow forgot to pick it up. Well, the night before the interview I remembered it and the day of the interview it snowed but the owner met me there early (after seeing my message the night before) so I could get home in time for him to be ready to go! I love this place. When we moved to the area I was sad to leave my previous dry cleaning facility. I tried out a couple around here and kept getting disappointed until I found City Cleaning. After I went in once I never had to tell them my name again. They always remember me the moment I walk in and are quite attentive. I've only had positive experiences with them. One time my husband even forgot that he had dry cleaning there for over 2 months! When I called them about it, they knew right away what I was calling about and had still kept his clothes safe and clean. I had a uniform emergency the night before my Dress Blues inspection. My children are ferrel and used acrylic paint to paint half of the loving room, including my freshly pressed Blues. I googled, saw the excellent reviews for CCC and called as soon as they opened the next morning which was 6 am, I believe. Dusty was amazing! He took my emergency that was absolutely NOT his problem and saved me! He perfectly pressed my extra set of Blues and had me out the door in under an hour. Extremely rude and unprofessional. My pants, that I had altered, had been sitting there for weeks and no one ever notified me that they were ready. When I asked why no one called me, they said that I should have just automatically come back for them on my own. Sorry... didn't know that. Will never use again! read more
