My introduction to this business was through Brookeshire's dry cleaning. I took in two very expensive upholstered covers that went with my couch. When I picked them up, they were totally ruined. I took them to another dry cleaner to see if they could fix them, and they told me no that they had been washed.WASHED?!! I sent them back to the dry cleaners and TAN DARAVDNG DRY clean them THIS TIME and sent back to Brookshires. He said he was not responsible and would not pay for replacing them. I had receipts to show their value at $500. This is a very unscrupulous business owner do not trust anything of value under his care. If I were not a full-time caregiver, I would've taken him to small claims court. Bad man. Bad business. read more

Very disappointed. Went to pick up my dry cleaning. Missing a shirt, and had another customers shirt mixed in with my dry cleaning. They said they would call me with info with my missing shift. I had to call them to find out nothing had been done. Not liking how there handling their mistake. Time to find another cleaners. Update: Poor customer service. I never really had any major problems with this place such as missing buttons or work uniforms and a lot of people seem to come here fine. Everyone seems to work hard and care about their job. They might not be Joyfull Jill, but who cares. They're not rude or anything. If anything though, I guess keep your receipts in case something happens rather than relying on their computer system which is prone to human error from incorrect data entry. read more

I have been looking for a dry cleaners/laundry that is convenient to my route to and from home. I took in my laundry on a Monday mid day. I was concerned with the appearance of the Buisness. Landscape overgrown and dead. At first I thought they had shut down. I parked went in. Again looking around I was taken back at the filth and condition the inside was in. Still trying not to judge I left my laundry. He informed me I had to pay first. Another "red flag". I picked up my laundry 2 days later because they close at 6:00pm. After getting home I found 2 blouses had not even been pressed. A cotton shirt and a linen shirt. I wish I had taken a picture. Took them back on Friday late morning and they are going to redo the job, but I can't get it back until Monday because they don't work on Saturday. I guess I have no choice. Sure hope they get it right. Still won't be returning because I just wasn't handled very professionally. When I am paying some one for a job to be done I expect to be shown some appreciation for giving you my buisness. read more

At one time they could not find my work uniforms. After several days, they had no idea where my uniforms were. I put pressure on them and found under different account. I wish the workers paid more attention. Other than that, this dry clean is ok not the best. read more

The woman who helped me in the evening, July 20, was not wearing a mask and there was not one in site. The cleaners were clean and my clothes were clean. That is the only reason why I am giving them 2 stars. The reason for a mask is so you don't give your germs to an unsuspecting person across from you. read more

Very unhappy! Pants had to be repeatedly re-done. Shirts were returned covered with black dust under the plastic. They ripped the collar on one of my shirts and claimed it was normal wear and tear. I ve never had a cleaner ruin a shirt until now. I gave them many chances to improve. I won t return. read more

I have dropped off my work shirts twice and totaled 3 missing buttons. On the last trip, it was obvious they knew because it was the top button and all other shirts were closed with the top button. It seems pretty ridiculous to lose a customer at the cost of a button, but that's what they've done. read more

Cleaners did not get a spot out on dress shirt. Shirt was still pressed and had receipt in car. Mean Hispanic lady that works evenings with black glasses and black hair told me that I would have to repay for redo since shirt did not have a small 1/2 inch paper tag stapled to it. I told her that, since I was being forced to pay TWICE for a shirt that I NEVER wore after the initial dry cleaning, I wanted a refund if the stain could not be removed. She told me that she would NOT give me a refund and would not guarantee the work. I asked her if she owned the place. She responded by saying with an attitude, "no, but I know what I am doing!" Basically lost my business over refusing to redo a $1.78 shirt.. All with VERY poor customer service skills and attitude. Felt like it more important for her to fight with me than fix the problem.... Did I mention that the shirt was still starch pressed and I had the receipt? Morning crew is great. Hispanic lady is a TERRIBLE human being and should REALLY think about what she wants to do with her life to make a positive impact on the world instead of fighting a long-time customer over a $1.78 read more

Like this place because it's very close to our home, and the price seems decent. However on several occasions my boyfriend has brought his nice button up work shirts back home missing buttons. I think it's been a total of 6 shirts 3 different trips. Honestly if this place wasn't so close I think we would have already found a new dry cleaners. read more

We started using this place 3 years ago, and the quality of work has gone down significantly over 2013 and 2014. We experienced lost clothes, ripped garments, broken buttons, and clothes that smell like smoke on multiple occasions. We gave them many chances to improve, but the quality got worse, not better. Will not go back! read more
