To the female attendant working tonight who asked me to unload my washers and leave, it's solely because of you I won't be coming back here. I was coming from Azle because I am spending the night in Fort Worth due to renovations at my home. I called on the way to check closing time and nobody answered, but I like it said 9pm. I arrived at 7:50 and there were a few other people who entered at the same time. I sorted my loads, Put my fabric softener/laundry detergent and clothes into 3 washers and then went out to my car to get money to make change. When re-entered the attendant was sweeping the floor near my washers. She asked if I was washing and I said yes and she then pointed to a clock on the wall and said "sorry, last load is at 8." I looked up at the clock to see it was 8:02 and told her that my clothes had been in the washers since before 8, but I had to go out to get money and make change. I asked if I could please wash since all of my stuff was already in the washers. She was very snarky when she pointed back to the clock and said, "um no it's after 8." I was dumbfounded as I see the other people who arrived when I did being able to wash their laundry and I just stood there a minute staring. She then asked me to remove my items from the washer and leave and suggested that I go to another laundromat down the street on Las Vegas Trl that stays open an hour later. I understand why rules are put in place, but I found her to be very rude and unreasonable. If you would have been standing at the door when I entered and told me that I couldn't wash that would have been fine, but I wasted my time and laundry supplies here just to be asked to leave. read more
