Once I used the restroom and inside the door handle came off. I was stuck and pounding in the door for five minutes before I got it to open. When I told the employee they just shrugged and said, "Oh". I enjoyed the disco they played, primarily because it was just fun & lighthearted. Now I'm forced to listen to twangy country that's too loud. It's awful. The washers are overpriced, IMO. Had this been a few months ago when I could tolerate the music, it would have been a star higher. This though, is just depressing.

The lady that cleans facility and helps keep in order is very sweet (pls note she does not speak English very well ) NOTE / WARNING - I never had any issues here until recently, no fault of facility. A local resident STOLE all my belongings out of a huge dryer that contained two huge loads of laundry. She watched me step away to pub Nextdoor while I waited for clothes to dry, and she quickly emptied all my items as quickly as she could in bags and carts. All was caught on video! Do not leave thing unattended. I made a mistake and trusted people. She is first person ever to do this in 2 months. Pics and video below! Owners had it all on camera and promptly aided me in capturing theft on video. If you know this person beware!!

The pricing is very fair and competitive with other laundromats in the area. They even run specials! I was impressed! I like the little seating areas where you can relax and even make new friends! Acted like we did something wrong. Paying customers and all. The owner keeps paying for fake reviews to negate my bad ones. He's literally paying customers with free washes. He should probably just speak to the person that's giving the bad review and apologize for his employees bad behavior instead. It's really sick the treatment we got. Especially being the only folks there that didn't look like washed out crack heads. I put my items in the bottom dryer and then paid on the dock I though was correct. The dryer above was actually the dock I was paying on, and it took my money. When I informed the attendant she told me 'no refunds'. They should be able to check if a dock has had money put in at a certain time for instances such as this. Furthermore they should have them marked so you know which is which
