He was very interested in going into the back and he was jokingly offered a job once he turned 16! Even with the few minutes of chit chat and setting up a new account, drop off was easy and surprisingly quick. Pick up was just as smooth. I liked that they helped me get the hangers up off the rod being that they were rather heavy. All of the jackets looked good as new and had a pleasant, fresh sent. Once I used the restroom and inside the door handle came off. I was stuck and pounding in the door for five minutes before I got it to open. When I told the employee they just shrugged and said, "Oh". I enjoyed the disco they played, primarily because it was just fun & lighthearted. Now I'm forced to listen to twangy country that's too loud. It's awful. The washers are overpriced, IMO. Had this been a few months ago when I could tolerate the music, it would have been a star higher. This though, is just depressing.
