I love that there is a reverse option for drying....that really helps when dealing with a big blanket like mine. The attendant was nice and helpful. Nothing like any laundry mat I've been to. Staff was super friendly and there was a variety of laundry detergents and products to purchase if needed. Multiple size washers and dryers. I noticed two extra, extra large dryers before we left that would be great for large comforters. We will definitely be returning several times for the duration of of visit.

Checked out the other place due to the high reviews but exited when I saw the dirty ceiling vents. So glad I noticed this clean outside and inside place! Pros -extremely clean -beyond helpful attendants -machines are in new condition -dryers work well & as described - low is ACTUALLY LOW & WILL ACTUALLY DRY COMPLETELY! You won't feel robbed needing to run the dryer over & over. -peaceful environment -so many fantastic amenities and services:from DoorDash service for wash & fold; free wi-fi; several tvs; clean restrooms and vending machines for the laundry & for you! Who couldn't use a cold beverage or an ice cream to cool off in this TX heat? Cons -top dispensers for soap & fabric softener had left overs from previous uses. PERHAPS THESE COULD BE CLEANED IN BETWEEN CUSTOMERS? Fortunately I had informed the attendant here about my last experience at another laundromat in South Dallas that left my clothes so soapy from previous users that clothes needed to be cycled 3 extra times after the initial wash with NO added detergents or softeners. -you can not change temperature on the dryers once they begin-MAKE SURE YOU SELECT THE RIGHT TEMPERATURE. -Needing to buy a special debit card -the card & adding funds will be on 2 separate transactions unless you only need to use $4 or less. First transaction is $5 - $1 for card with $4 left over for machines

I took a fairly new sweater to this cleaners because I wanted to wear it to a funeral out of town…read more The night before I wore it to an event where there was lots of smoking so I wanted to get that smell out. I was supposed to pick the sweater up the next day but got so busy I forgot and had to pick it up on my way to the airport and I didn't check it. When I prepared to wear it the next day my beautiful jet black sweater was filled with wavy or curly reddish brown hair. The sweater was no longer jet black but was like a off black grayish color. It also had red lint balls on it. So of course I couldn't wear it. When I returned home I tool it back to the cleaner to show the lady and she didn't seem to care and stated she doesn't know what happened. I requested my money back but she just handed me another ticket saying she requested a redo. I asked her when to come back she just shrugged her shoulders saying not sure but maybe a few days. I want back a few times that week and it wasn't back. The next week I had to wait 3 more days after i stated i wanted my money for the cleaning and the sweater. Finally the sweater came back and looked the same color but most of the hair was off but there was still some on it. I told her I didn't want the sweater and I wanted my money. She said she would let them know but she doubt it and number but no one called me. I went there again and she stated the owner would not give me a refund or money for my sweater. I left the sweater and told her they would hear from me. The sweater was not very expensive but it was the principal. I am not going to go through court but i am going to leave a review everywhere i can. DON'T ISE THIS CLEANERS!!!
