I was told it would be ready in one week and that I would receive a call if there were any delays. After nine days, I called several times for an update, but no one answered. I called again the next day and still could not reach anyone, so I decided to go in person. When I handed over my receipt and asked to try on the jacket, I found that nothing had been done. Even worse, the sleeves had visible tailor markings and appeared to have damaged. I was extremely upset and asked them to take responsibility for the damage. They refused to offer any resolution at that time and instead asked me to leave the jacket so they could investigate what happened with the tailor. I agreed, hoping they would make it right. The next day, I went back to pick it up, only to be handed the damaged jacket with no explanation, no resolution, and no accountability. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. A brand-new jacket was returned damaged, communication was nonexistent, and there was no effort to properly resolve the issue. I dropped off several clothing items in the night drop on Tuesday evening after business hours, which was convenient and not an issue. The problems started the next day when I called to confirm they had received my items. Their phone appears to be a cell phone, and no one answered. I called twice on Wednesday and again on Thursday, with no answer and no return call. By Thursday afternoon, I went to the store in person because one of the items was my wife's dress for a wedding on Saturday. The employee could not find my clothing and had no record that my items had even been received. She explained that the dry cleaning is done offsite and told me she would call me around 4:30 p.m. after checking with the cleaning facility. That call never came. At 5:15 p.m., I returned to the store. When I asked why I had not received a callback, the employee said her manager was supposed to contact me. No one ever did. I again asked where my clothing was, and she said she still didn't know. I then asked to speak with a manager. The employee called the manager on her personal phone and put the call on speaker. The manager's response was surprisingly casual, simply saying they would "check again tomorrow." That was unacceptable. Tomorrow would be Friday, and if my wife's dress could not be located, we needed time to make other arrangements for the wedding. At that point, I was also preparing to file a claim for my missing clothing. As we discussed their intake process, I questioned how clothing dropped off overnight is tracked. Only after we walked through the process did the employee begin searching another area of the store. Eventually, she found my bag of clothing sitting in the back. None of the items had been processed or sent out for dry cleaning. They had apparently been sitting there untouched the entire time. What concerns me most is not just the mistake, but the complete lack of urgency, communication, and accountability. My calls went unanswered for two days. I never received the promised callback. No one seemed to know where my clothing was, and the manager showed little concern about the situation. Customers trust a dry cleaner with valuable and often irreplaceable personal items. That trust requires organized processes, clear communication, and respect for customers' property. Unfortunately, I experienced none of those things here. Because of the lack of professionalism, poor operational management, and disregard for my time and belongings, I will not be returning. I cannot recommend this business to others and would encourage anyone considering using this cleaner to think carefully before trusting them with their clothing.

I don't wear suits everyday so I did not notice that I was missing a suit. When I called about it I was told since it had been more than 30 days, they weren't responsible. So my suit is gone and they don't care. There's no contact information for a corporate office, no escalation from the local branch. So, if someone decided they want your clothes more than you do, they have a perfect environment to do so. Even if my suit was "lost" there are zero safeguards for the customer. Look at other reviews on this company, apparently it happens a lot. Avoid this company at all costs. Well, I'm off to go buy another suit and I would wear it once and throw it away before I went back to any Hillpark location.

Had a long discussion with the manager, with astonishingly, me telling them how to iron a collar. They claimed they shipped those to another location and they have "another ironing crew". Had them put notes in the system about how to iron a collar. (ridiculous) That set comes back, it's "pretty much" acceptable but still had a few collars to touch up. That's on round three. Gave them two more shirts, still substandard. I'm not paying $7 a shirt for me to iron it myself. Staff is nice, but, last one trying to tell me how sometimes the collars get that way because of the way they bundle them or something. Well, guess what, your job is to fix the 'process problem' and deliver me a pressed shirt to satisfaction.

This is important as some people need to do their laundry bright and early to get to work on time. I'm not the only person, there are other reviews that say the same, but nothing has been done about this issue. It's still a great place to do laundry but the hours need to be consistant and if its not actually open at 7am, there needs to be a notification posted on the door or something so we aren't all just sitting in the parking lot.
