Next time, checked them immediately and returned them for a redo explaining the problem, mostly with collars. Got those back, almost zero improvement. Had a long discussion with the manager, with astonishingly, me telling them how to iron a collar. They claimed they shipped those to another location and they have "another ironing crew". Had them put notes in the system about how to iron a collar. (ridiculous) That set comes back, it's "pretty much" acceptable but still had a few collars to touch up. That's on round three. Gave them two more shirts, still substandard. I'm not paying $7 a shirt for me to iron it myself. Staff is nice, but, last one trying to tell me how sometimes the collars get that way because of the way they bundle them or something. Well, guess what, your job is to fix the 'process problem' and deliver me a pressed shirt to satisfaction.

(those clothes were knew with tags) I literally opens the packages before I took them to cleaners, looked at them, placed them back in the bag before I did that. these items came from two different stores. I told the manager these clothes were knew, she thanked replied again by saying sometimes that have spots one them. I told her no, I disagree. She thanked replied again began to tell me, my romper had a big spot, I told her again, these items were brand new and just taken out of the package to view, never tried on or anything. We than just stood looking at each other before she just walked off, meanwhile the clerk, never gave me a ticker from where I paid and walked off herself. Not one thank you or offered any type of apologies. I would have taken it better if the manager would have said something and acknowledged the fabric instead of making excuses. I was told "the dog ate my clothes", they were completely unwilling to discuss the problem and gave me several unreasonable explanations. While I was there another customer, unrelated to me or the problem, was so rude and argued with me about my concern. I took it back to the store and asked for the manager who was Tony. I told him about the situation and asked him what he was going to do about it. He observed the pants first, before looking at me and told me it's wear and tear, that clothes overtime would start to degrade. I thought that was understanding but the fact remained that it was damaged at his store. He asked what I wanted, and I told him to pay for the pants. He stood there standing for a bit then proposed me a solution. He would take them to his tailors and get it fixed. Said he wouldn't be able to get them done for free, but told me if I wasn't satisfied with the results, he would refund me the cost of the alterations, and he would credit me for the damaged pants. I came back today to pick up the pants, and I'm surprised with the quality of the stitching and the new zipper. Although, I had to pay for the repairs, I'm satisfied with the handywork, and I applause Tony for handling the situation. I knew the pants were about 2 years old, but I would rather pay for fee of alterations than spending more on a new pair. It looks brand new again and I couldn't be happier. Kudos to Tony and the staff at DCSC Little Elm, I will be back again and I would tell my friends and family, while the cleaning is fine, the quality of their alterations is 100% great!

I don't wear suits everyday so I did not notice that I was missing a suit. When I called about it I was told since it had been more than 30 days, they weren't responsible. So my suit is gone and they don't care. There's no contact information for a corporate office, no escalation from the local branch. So, if someone decided they want your clothes more than you do, they have a perfect environment to do so. Even if my suit was "lost" there are zero safeguards for the customer. Look at other reviews on this company, apparently it happens a lot. Avoid this company at all costs. Well, I'm off to go buy another suit and I would wear it once and throw it away before I went back to any Hillpark location.
