I see dry cleaners similar to cell phone providers; you know what you expect, rarely receive ideal…read moreservice, and tolerate them for some time before moving on. My go-to cleaners closed during covid and I've used several since. Prices have skyrocketed and service was similar to a fast food drive-thru. Tried this place a few weeks ago and found genuine, friendly service. Brought in some pants that were heavily stained and they got them out at a very fair price. Their 3 for $8 dry cleaning special for Wednesday drop-offs is a great deal, especially if they're consistently removing any stains. Not at all convenient for me but I'll continue to patronize if they're delivering!

Update: I'm walking to my car with my bag of clothes, and the owner calls out to me. He asks me if I was trying to go into his cleaners and if I have clothes to be dry cleaned. Duh! Then he shows me the slot that people can drop their clothes into with their phone numbers written on any random piece of paper they happen to have, I guess. I told him that I was not interested in dropping my clothes off into what I consider an abyss. I want to go inside where business is supposed to be conducted and give him my clothes, find out the pricing, give him my necessary information and get a slip. He replies that I'll have to return at 9am tomorrow then. Sir, I won't be returning At All.

Longtime customer -- lost trust after missing jeans and rude service…read more I used Premier/Dry Clean Super Center for over a year without issue -- until I noticed my jeans slowly disappearing from my closet. One morning I put on a pair that were clearly not mine (way oversized and a different brand). Buy the time I noticed the jeans weren't mine I had no receipt. I brought them back to the store and asked for help. Management refused to accept responsibility or credit me for the cleaning. Instead she loudly insisted I had to have a receipt, told me she would alter the oversized jeans to my size (without my permission), and refused to discuss a refund of the cleaning charge at the very least. I didn't ask for reimbursement for any missing jeans. Just that they try to find them. When I said I would take my business elsewhere there was a sarcastic "have a nice day." I have no patience for rude, dismissive service. I was a long-time customer, but I will not return and cannot recommend this cleaner.

The biggest annoyance if that they attach a bar code label on the item that cannot be removed without making another trip out to the cleaner. The staff needs to let the customers know about this bar code label at the time of drop-off and allow the customer to choose whether we want this semi-permanent label on our items.

They have no idea how to iron a shirt. Got some back and had to re-iron them all before wearing…read more One of them didn't even see an iron, guarantee it. Next time, checked them immediately and returned them for a redo explaining the problem, mostly with collars. Got those back, almost zero improvement. Had a long discussion with the manager, with astonishingly, me telling them how to iron a collar. They claimed they shipped those to another location and they have "another ironing crew". Had them put notes in the system about how to iron a collar. (ridiculous) That set comes back, it's "pretty much" acceptable but still had a few collars to touch up. That's on round three. Gave them two more shirts, still substandard. I'm not paying $7 a shirt for me to iron it myself. Staff is nice, but, last one trying to tell me how sometimes the collars get that way because of the way they bundle them or something. Well, guess what, your job is to fix the 'process problem' and deliver me a pressed shirt to satisfaction.
