I noticed this immediately when I got home, called up there and let them know they gave me somebody else's comforter, and when I returned to swap out for the correct comforter, the manager (small , bald man sitting in the office to the right) insisted I was lying. I showed him photos of the comforter I dropped off (photos of my bed.. with the comforter on it) and he tried to say that wasn't the actual photo of the comforter I dropped off. The manager then proceeded to cuss me out IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. One of the other employees then went to the back, and lo and behold, my comforter was in the back. Simple mistake. However, when I asked the manager for an apology for CUSSING ME OUT, he refused to. I asked him again for an apology, and he ignored me. After two or three more requests, he said he didn't owe me an apology for cussing me out or calling me a liar. What kind of business owner cusses out a paying customer for something they screwed up? This is, by far, one of the most obscene interactions I have ever experienced in my life. I strongly encourage anybody who reads this to take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of other dry cleaners that do not have small-minded managers who choose to escalate a simple mistake to degrading customers, in public, in front of other customers. My first visit began with me calling them because the previous night I had inadvertently left a pen in my suit jacket pocket and it leaked on the fabric. Unlike another dry cleaner who spent the whole call telling me how they can't guarantee anything & how they're unsure if they can get out the stain - this cleaner told me immediately to soak the stain in water and bring it as soon as I can; he even added that if the stain doesn't come out; there will be no charge. I thought that was a nice touch as the suit has no use to me with a giant stain that can't be removed. Flash forward, they successfully removed the stain!! I was happy to pay full price (I would say they have higher than average prices here). Then, I called today to see if I could bring in like 10 dress shirts that have random stains on them - and what would be the price & if there is any discount if they can't remove the stain.....the answer was basically $5/shirt, no discount or guarantee, and kind of an explanation of how their process works. Such a stark contrast to the last experience. I may bring some of the shirts I like more here since I know at least they have some kind of strong process to remove stains - even though it may be a complete waste if they can't get the stains out; for some of the shirts it's worth it. I wish I could find a dry cleaners that would patiently explain how they try to remove the stain (for example, is it before you put it in the machine and what makes the person decide between laundering & dry cleaning if I make it staff's choice....) & bonus if they would stand behind their work if they can't remove a stain, offering some sort of discount. Alas, the search continues.....

Also, I have accidently left gift cards and they immediately call me and hold them until I return. The two ladies in the early morning are the sweetest! They always sincerely ask about me and tells me to have a blessed day. My clothes always seem fresh and clean. The price has increased a bit and I wish there was a bit of dodging for long term customers plus I don't think it's fair men shirts are less because I utilize it for my clothes just as much or more as men. The washers were absolutely disgusting, with thick clumps of old soap and residue caked inside like they hadn't been wiped down in ages. It made me question how clean anyone's clothes could actually get in there. On top of that, the dryers flat out do not work. They turn on, take your money, spin your clothes around... but produce zero heat. I ran multiple cycles thinking maybe it was just one machine, but no they just eat your quarters and leave your clothes damp. It feels like a complete scam. What made it worse is the overall atmosphere. The place looks run down, and it does not feel safe at night. I was constantly on edge the entire time I was there. Between the lack of cleanliness, broken machines, and sketchy environment, this place honestly needs serious attention or to be shut down. Save your money and go somewhere else even if that means waiting until morning. It is absolutely not worth it.
