I have been utilizing this dryvleaners for about eight years. One time I disappeared for a while and they called to check on me. Also, I have accidently left gift cards and they immediately call me and hold them until I return. The two ladies in the early morning are the sweetest! They always sincerely ask about me and tells me to have a blessed day. My clothes always seem fresh and clean. The price has increased a bit and I wish there was a bit of dodging for long term customers plus I don't think it's fair men shirts are less because I utilize it for my clothes just as much or more as men. Otherwise, I love this dry cleaners so much and won't even move out of the area so I can do the quick drop off in the mornings on my way to work. Love them! read more

I just started working in the area and this dry cleaners is really close to my job. I had a brand new Michael Kors business shirt that I took here. They laundered it one time and a button came off. I brought it in to have the button replaced and they wouldn't do it as a courtesy. Seriously? The attendants were argumentative and rude. Ill never go here again. read more

$85 Tommy Bahama shirt came back with unremovable stains. Have been going here for about 7 years but recently a shirt or two in every batch have been coming back with stains, looking like the shirts were thrown on the floor and walked over. Have been rewashing at home and then bringing back as it is easier than a complaint. But my last straw was today. Was getting ready for work, pulled out one of my favorite shirts and saw stains all over the front. Initially I was upset, but thought I'd just take it back and they'd take care of it. Much to my amazement this was not the case. The owner told me that for $1.19 a shirt they cannot afford to prespot. I told him that there were no spots on it when I brought it in to prespot... You know if you get anything on your favorite shirt. The owner refused to take any responsibility, to rewash the shirt or to attempt to remedy the situation in any way. Honestly, I felt so let down after being a customer for this long and to be treated with such disregard. I have been going to this dry cleaners for a few years now, but I won't be going back. All I really want is for my dry cleaning to be finished in a timely manner and for it to be clean. I don't need dry cleaning services often, but when I have brought my items here in the past, both my wishes have been granted. Fantastic. Except this last time... I always take my comforter to be cleaned in the spring then store it in a hall closet over summer and break it out again when it gets chilly out. So now that it's chilly, I opened up the bag to find my comforter smelling like my dog and looking like it had when I dropped it off there last spring. So, I ventured back with hopes that since I'm a long time customer and still have the dry cleaning bag, hanger and tag on my comforter, they would offer to clean it again. Unfortunately, it didn't go my way. The owner or manager came out and pointed to the 30 day policy hanging on the wall and basically told me tough luck. They also implied that it smelled like the dog from being stored in the closet. There is nothing in that closet dog related and it was stored in the bag that they gave it to me in. Plus, that doesn't explain the fuzz and spots that were still on it. I've also been cleaning and storing it this way for years, never before had that problem. I told him I understand their policy and I won't be back. There's a dry cleaner on every corner, so if they want to stay in business they should probably treat customers better. I immediately took my comforter to the highly YELP rated Vail Cleaners and it will be ready in 4 days (half the time that it usually takes). read more

*** DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! *** I've been using this cleaners collectively for a better part of 4 to 5 yrs and for the most part when it comes to the actual "finished product" the people in back do a decent job. Now when it comes to Management, Owners and the team the customers interact with well that is a completely different story! The "Express" bag enables the client to drop off and go (payment info they have filed) - I dropped my "express" bag off and given the turnaround time of when it would be ready and left. I return to pick up my cleaning a couple of days later to be told that it's been picked up. Well that's not right as I live alone! They have managed to loose my entire bag full of clothes! Any where from 25 to 30 pieces! The Manager (I later find out) Is questioning me as to who I dropped off with at what time and what did they look like! Then I'm told that "you're not giving us much to work with sir". The last I checked this was not my business to run it's yours! Me - the client being berated for their mistake! Owner calls me and is extremely rude and will not let you finish one sentence without interrupting! To remedy the situation he will give me 10% off - are you kidding? My bill every time I go is any where from $70 to $80 and I go every two weeks or so! I also had to show up to work in "street" clothes as a result of them loosing not just an item or two BUT MY ENTIRE ORDER!!!! And then was made to feel that he did me a favor by going into his own establishment early just to fix this problem. Sorry it's an inconvenience for you to have to run your own business!! Poor ownership - poor management - poor PR all the way around! Will not ever use this place again! This isn't the first time they've lost something either - the first time was only one article and yea requested to hear from the owner that time and never heard a word - I was told then that the owner doesn't talk to the customers!!! They ruined a new dress shirt. Similar to the many other negative reviews below, beware that if you take expensive shirts here, they will damage it -- it's only a matter of time. They have now lost a customer of 4 years. A faded blue ink print was pressed onto my shirt. They attempted to remove it, but failed. The manager (big asian guy) lectured me on how their machine simply could not cause any damage to anything whatsoever since their machines are 100% perfect without any possibility of failure of any kind. An older large aggressive/hostile male worker there barked that the line is backing up, at which time the manager simply walked away from me. Their location is the only positive aspect of this place. If your shirts mean this little to you, bring it here! Epic Fail. read more

I've been a customer at Signature for over 6 months. The staff is always super super sweet, efficient, and haste. I've never had a problem here. Anything I request on my garments they are more than happy to oblige. They refer to me by first name and is always super nice to my kid. The prices are more than reasonable too. They have always been courteous and provided quick service. They're definitely not the cheapest in town and do require extra coaching get some of the stains out. However, they offer great conveniences with a well staffed drive-through lane and automatic account check-in. read more

Three things to understand about their business model: 1) they take your credit card as a "prepay" but then they add additional charges to that card, once they have it--saying that it cost more than they originally estimated. To me this is illegal, a scam, and how they get away with it is beyond me. 2) they have you sign a release when you drop off clothes that they aren't responsible for getting out stains, spots, odors, etc. so basically they don't have to do anything to the clothes you drop off other than press; 3) every order is handled the same--so if you say no starch, expect your shirts to come back stiff as boards, which they will then insult you and say there is no starch present. Due to their unethical business model, you can expect to pay much, much more and get far, far less at this cleaners. read more

We would like to take this opportunity to comment on our cleaners. We have used this establishment for over five years and would like to tell all that it has been a pleasant experience all around. The consistency of personnel, which over the years has been a low turnover, have been friendly and well trained. The knowledge of the various cleaning applications for our clothing has always been to achieve the best results. I tried calling speaking to the owner of the franchise and a young person with extremely poor customer service would not get the owner to the phone. I was informed by David (would not give last name or initial) that if I wanted to speak to the owner I would have to come to the store to do that. My concern is how this store manages the credit cards and I could not get to speak to the owner regarding my concerns. That being said, I would watch your credit card bill for unsual charges. Not sure if this store is even credit card payment industry (PCI) compliant. I would recommend using Citi Card's virtual credit card if they would even accept that. I will be taking my business elsewhere if the owner is too arrogant to speak to a concerned customer over the phone. THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS! I have been using this place for 1 1/2 yrs and until recently they have done a decent job. I am now down two pairs of dress slacks that have some how completely disappeared off the face of the earth. I count my items when I take them in and I count them when I get them back and gone! Went back to let them know and asked that they check - NEVER HEARD ANYTHING. I take another pair of slacks in and get them back the zipper is damaged and they tell me they will not fix them. Really cause they worked before I took them in and now they don't! I have asked to speak to the owners to express my concerns of the place and Derrek the "Manager" tells me the owners do not have contact with customers. WOW - that's away to run a business! Watch out. They take coupons and only pretend to give you a discount as they ring up your order. This has happened to me several times and I usually notice it and make them correct my bill. However recently my wife didn't notice. They obviously try to avoid honoring their coupons. Customer service not too good. Manager has an attitude if you have an issue. We won't go back. read more

I just have to provide this. I went in today with a shirt that had not been worn since cleaning. It had a wear on the seem of the shoulder that was almost a hole and it had a matching wear on the backside that lined up. It obviously was pinch between something then rubbed. I told the owner that I did not want compensation of any kind just wanted to feel assured it was an oscillated incident. This guy is "greasy" like another review suggested. He immediately started saying it was wear and tear then that it was the way I packed it then the way I took it home then he said it had not tag so he didn't know where it was cleaned. I reminded him I was not asking for any compensation. I tried to get him look at me by asking him.... "Please look at me" and he BLEW UP screaming and yelling. Telling me I can not treat him like a servant and that he will not be spoken to like that etc. I seriously could not believe the owner of a store was yelling at a customer like that. And to think all he was trying to lie about was a $1.75 that I wasn't asking for. Amazing! Don't take anything here. Dropped off 3 mens dress shirts and a pair of slacks. Didn't notice till I got home that I was charged for dry cleaning of the 3 dress shirts. Every other dry cleaning place over the last 30 years that I have used always laundered the dress shirts. When I complained today about why they would dry clean dress shirts, the man stated that unless I specify, they assume you want them dry cleaned. I also asked why I was charged 2.89 per item when the sign at the street and the sign over the front door say 2.39. The man said that a new owner just took over and the price was 2.89, even though there was no signage inside or outside the business showing a price of 2.89. I asked for a refund, and was told that they weren't authorized to give a refund and I would need to talk to the owner next week when they are in. Charging 50 cents overage on every items dry cleaned probably has brought in thousands of dollars of overcharges. Go to the business at your own risk. read more

I had a cream colored wool peacoat that had cream colored buttons. When I picked it up, the buttons were melted off. I asked the person who was working there and he told me that they dry clean to standard specifications and that the coat manufacturer put defective buttons on the coat. He said I needed to contact the manufacturer and have them replace the buttons....uhhhh....I bought the coat 2 years ago and I'm sure that even if I am able to contact the manufacturer, the likelihood that they have any buttons to match left are slim to none. So, I replaced the buttons for $3/button, and not as nice of buttons as what the coat had to begin with even. So, $30 for buttons and $10 for drycleaning (which was not refunded), now I have $40 into repairing a coat that only cost me $60 to begin with. Huge disappointment... I will never take another item there. read more

Brought in a tie with a stain, stain didn't come out the first time, left it with the dry cleaner and picked it up a 2nd time, didn't have time to look at it so brought it home to discover the tie was all ripped up in the back and was wrinkled and faded. Brought it in again, the manager said I should leave it with her to alter the rips (without the owner knowing as he would charge me) and they would fix the wrinkles. Tried picking it up another two times and it was still wrinkled. Finally came in a 5th time to get my tie and the manager kept telling me the owner told him that it came in like that...for some reason the owner wouldn't come talk to me. Finally he came out and told me that I had brought it in like that, that it had been washed at home, and that I am the one who did the alterations to fix the rips. This was a brand new tie. Obviously the manager who offered to fix my tie without the owners knowledge knew how unethical and cheap the owner is. read more

We have brought ou clothes here for years. When I started receiving other people's dry cleaning with mine when I picked them up, I changed my last name thinking the name might be an issue. I drop off sacks each week and I went in to see if 2 items that I did not receive back had been turned in or were in lost and found. The owner was so abusive in his verbal aggressive tone in dealing with the situation. Saying loudly, "when customers like you come in with an attitude we don't have to help you!" he said there was "no possible way that I didn't receive my items" he said "when you drop off we count your pieces and u receive that many pieces back" I said I know it can happen because I was receiving all of my cleaning plus other people's that's why I changed my last name. At that point I am crying because of his disrespect to a long time customer. He said " no way there is a pink polo" without even looking and I told him also the brand of the pants that were gone. He said I have no time to do this now for me to write my name and number. I told him I would just wait because I was going out of town and needed the items and was too upset to drive. He eventually came out and said they weren't there and said I had no idea how he ran his business. All I did was say in a polite way thanks so much for looking with tears streaming down my face. So sad that I won't be going back I had put up with many items being ruined and not complaining because of the wonderful front desk employees. He never offered to replace the 2 lost items. So sad but now I know how he truly feels about his customers. read more
