DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I dropped off a King size comforter for dry cleaning services, and, upon pickup, the wrong comforter was given to me. I noticed this immediately when I got home, called up there and let them know they gave me somebody else's comforter, and when I returned to swap out for the correct comforter, the manager (small , bald man sitting in the office to the right) insisted I was lying. I showed him photos of the comforter I dropped off (photos of my bed.. with the comforter on it) and he tried to say that wasn't the actual photo of the comforter I dropped off. The manager then proceeded to cuss me out IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. One of the other employees then went to the back, and lo and behold, my comforter was in the back. Simple mistake. However, when I asked the manager for an apology for CUSSING ME OUT, he refused to. I asked him again for an apology, and he ignored me. After two or three more requests, he said he didn't owe me an apology for cussing me out or calling me a liar. What kind of business owner cusses out a paying customer for something they screwed up? This is, by far, one of the most obscene interactions I have ever experienced in my life. I strongly encourage anybody who reads this to take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of other dry cleaners that do not have small-minded managers who choose to escalate a simple mistake to degrading customers, in public, in front of other customers. Absolutely disgusting behavior, not just by a business owner, but by a human being. I will be contacting the BBB to file a former complaint. Take your business elsewhere. You better believe, if they screw up your dry cleaning, it will be YOUR fault, YOU will be called a LIAR, and YOU will be CUSSED OUT in front of other customers. read more

I've been using this place for a year because they're conveniently located on my commute. However, I am consistently disappointed with the quality of my dress shirts. I've only had one broken button in a year (not bad), but the shirts just don't look professionally cleaned when I get them back - strange creases, bent collars, and missing collar points are common. On the plus side, they are cheap, fast, take credit cards, and have a drive-through. Those factors have kept me coming back for a year. However, because of the low quality I've decided to search for a better, if less convenient, option. read more

This the lowest grade I could give, so here it goes. After having two new sweaters come back damaged I received the response that it was "already damaged" I said okay maybe it was. Then I received shirts that were not mine only to go back and ask "do I need to inventory my shirts or possibly go somewhere else." I was then cussed out and told to go somewhere else. It was a convenient location and inexpensive, but to be treated this way??? I'll drive miles to a place where they appreciate my business. STAY AWAY from here is my only advice! read more

Unfortunately I have to rate 1 star because there's no minus stars. Dry Clean Super Clean I've been coming here for the last 6-8months and a couple times I've had a few shirts and shorts get damaged by the cleaners. I had $75 worth of shirts and $150 worth of shorts get damaged all together. However I am an easy going person and I looked passed it. I continued bringing my clothes here and noticed if I got the .89 cent special the clothes wasn't being washed they would iron only but of course wouldn't tell me that. I stopped going on Wed. & Sat. to avoid this from happening and would pay full price as long as my clothes was getting washed & ironed. The more the owner noticed my easy going spirit the more he started taxing me. I would get extra fees for random reasons but I still looked passed it. One day I simply had enough so I asked why I was being charged more than usual and he couldn't give me a straight answer. I then asked him why my clothes kept getting damaged, and he denied ever damaging anything. The owner and his brother at the same time got rowdy and wouldn't listen to me. The owner (short guy) and his brother (the taller guy) wouldn't even acknowledge any of the previous damages or my claim. I spoke to him in a calm voice and before I knew it he started screaming at me telling me to pay and get out. I then found myself surrounded by the owner and his brother both screaming and banging on counters cursing me out. I had noticed the employees there being mistreated verbally before but never imagined a paying customer would ever go through that. I decided to de escalate the situation by paying and leaving as long as they corrected the price I was being charged to my normal amount I usually payed. I took a $100 bill out of my wallet gave it to the employee and the taller gentlemen (owners brother) snatched it from the employees hand and gave me my change from an over priced ticket that the owner (short guy) had in his hands and couldn't explain the over charge. I proceeded to ask for a correction to the receipt for the over charge and he denied it to me. When I asked to please correct it for the 2nd time he then started running around the counter screaming and cursing and was doing the math on a pencil and paper with a calculator and the owner & his brother were upset that I asked. They couldn't figure out what to charge because they couldn't explain the over charge. I had two brand new shirts I was dropping off and they threw them at me and said go get the F*** out of here and don't come back. I then starting recording and asked if he cared about his customers and how he treats them and he says NO I don't Give a Damn! I asked for my receipt several times and received a random receipt with no clear charge of the dry clean price per item. read more

I was new to the area, and I was looking for a good dry cleaner. This place seemed convenient, so I thought I'd give them a try. I walked in on a Monday afternoon and made eye contact with somebody working at a counter. He turned back to his work and proceeded to pretend like I wasn't standing there with a bundle waiting to give them my business. Another man walked in from the back, made eye contact with me and also tried to make believe that I didn't exist. It was at this point that I turned around and walked out. Maybe they're a great cleaner, and they're so popular that they didn't need another customer. I'll never know; I'm never going back there. We recently moved to the area and I'll admit I was hesitant to try this place after reading some of the reviews. But, I really needed to find a dry cleaner nearby that was reasonably priced. I have now been going to this location on Preston Rd for about a month and am consistently pleased with the service. I can only think that perhaps since this is a chain that some of the reviews are for the other locations mistakenly? I bring in my husbands dress clothes from work. On Wednesdays and Saturdays shirts are only 89 cents. I'll admit, I usually don't make it there twice in the same day to drop off and pick up my items in the same day, but I have no reason to think they wouldn't be ready. Whenever I go, there are usually 2-3 guys ready to help. The facility is very clean and our items have always looked well-pressed and clean. I brought in a pair of pants to be repaired. The small rip was $12 to fix, and that did take an additional 3 days for just that one pair of pants, but that was explained to me beforehand. The dry cleaning price is great and I have been satisfied so far. I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try. read more
