Customer Service is abysmal. They'll blow you off; text, phone, and if you speak to someone they'll tell you that you'll get a call back from customer service. It takes a week to get your home delivery service back, that's if they pick it up in 2 to 4 days, and nobody is accountable. I called for the owner and they said he wasn't there... when I was an owner, I opened the business. Completely makes sense. read more

I've been coming here for 10 years and in the last couple months they are having major problems getting items cleaned in less than a week. I have been told to give 48 hours to pick up but when I get there they aren't ready. Next day...not ready. EVERY TIME. Last order took 7 days and 3 trips to pick up before they were ready. I will never go to this place again. Dropped clothes off on a Thursday said they would be ready Friday after 6. I came on Monday and they still were not ready. I then came back on Tuesday. 3 items. 2 jackets. One dress. $36. No discount for extreme inconvenience and no apology. Oh and to top it off I had to wait an extra 10 min during hours the store should have been open because there was a "went to get food" sign on the door and the place was locked. read more

I have used Midpark since they opened. ($1000s in laundry and dry cleaning) Never had an issue..excellent work. Something changed in past year. Pressing is terrible. Clothes come back looking not clean. Ripped 2 of my newer shirts and Midpark claimed wear and tear. Shirts were fine when I dropped them off.. came back torn and ragged. Midpark did not accept responsibility. I won't be back. Think twice before giving them your expensive clothes. Not good like they used to be. Very happy with my new dry cleaner (Signature, just south on other side of park). read more

I would not recommend this cleaners. They ruined my brand new sweater that was only worn twice. I had several pieces when I picked it up so I did not notice right away. They pressed the letters which transferred onto the fabric and said I brought it there like that. The stain cannot even be camouflaged, making it unwearable. I brought it to their attention and asked for the manager. They informed me the managers name is Eric and gave me a number that I was never able to get a hold of Eric on. Long story short, Eric never returned any of my calls and they could not remove the stain and never took responsibility for it. read more

Hill Park Cleaners just opened in McKinney. Dry cleaning costs twice as much as other cleaners in McKinney. They speak about price hikes on hangers, and a special solution to clean the cloths. I gave them a sweater with a small stain and their special cleaning solution did nothing to fix it. In addition they said my clothing would be ready on a Thursday, and then made excuses as to why it wouldn't be ready on Friday. I am starting to believe that we, the customers, are being scammed. They lost a piece of my clothing which the manager and I counted together. When i went to retrieve my clothing a piece was missing. When I brought that to the manager he insisted that we miscounted. Now I am short one sweater. The manager is rude, and has no business dealing with the public. Do yourself a favor and go to a different cleaners. read more

I want to say thank you to the staff at Midpark Cleaners. I took a $80 silver silk tie into them to try and remove a butter stain that another cleaner had been paid to remove, but turned a little drip into a smudge that was the size of a half dollar piece. It looked like they'd rubbed it with a paper towel. So my hopes were not too high after having another cleaner botch the cleaning, but I figured before I dropped another $80 for a new tie I would try them. All I can say is WOW! I'm very impressed with the job they did. And I'm not easily impressed. I looked at the tie after getting it back and could not tell where the stain had been. They also were also able to remove some stains of unknown substances or origins out of my Dallas Star's sweater. Which I was also afraid wouldn't come out since they had been on it for may as long as two years. Again thank you for your exellent service. You've just won over a new customer! read more

We love Midpark Cleaners and especially Anel. She is always so friendly and she remembers your name after just a few visits so she will get your order ready for you as you drive up. There is a drive thru which makes it super convenient and safe during Covid. They do enforce a mask policy to insure safety as well. read more

I've used them for 5 years and have always been pleased...until today. I brought in a cover for an Ikea couch (instructions say to dry clean only) and when I went to pick it up, they asked me if it had holes in it when I brought it in. I didn't. Both of the holes would have been visible when sitting on the couch. I'm completely disappointed that they wouldn't own up to it. The cover was completely wrinkled, shedding terribly and had two holes that weren't there when I dropped it off. I even brought in a similar piece earlier in the week to test them out for this. I'll be finding a different dry cleaners. And a new couch cover. read more

I love their drive through service and they're always quick and on time. All of my shirts and pants look clean after but unfortunately I have had a one shirt rip and a fews others that needed buttons sewed on after. I took a comforter to have it cleaned as there was a weird stain on it. Overall, it came out clean and just like new. My ONLY gripe and reason for the rating is the prices. Holy smokes is this place expensive! My comforter ended up being $40 to clean. There are other cleaners that do it for about half the price. I wish I would have researched a bit more before settling on this place. After looking around I found a cleaners with good reviews that does ALL size comforters for $25 and has a coupon for 10% off (Tucker's Cleaners) If you like to spend extra just because you can go here. Otherwise, go to a more reasonably priced cleaners. You'll get the same results for less money. read more

Ok, so I keep getting my cloths (pressed shirts) back and it's as if someone just laid them down (possibly to transport?) and wrinkled them. The first time I complained, then the second...the third time I took them all back. Did not get "yes sir, we apologize, we will fix it..", it was "I really don't see anything wrong?" and reluctantly took them. Returned to pick them up...got them home and (SOAB !!!) all they did is re-slide a little plastic over them and reprint the tickets that said "REDO $0.00" and gave the same shirts back to me! I've been taking my dress shirts there twice a week for 3 years. Mathematically, that's 300 dry cleanings, and Ive never had an issue. It's super easy too. One of the main staff member has literally worked there since high school (now she's about to graduate from grad school, and will move on in her pursuits :( ), and she is the BEST! They know my name. It's never crowded. I'm always in and out of there within 2 minutes. I recommend this place. read more

The Absolute rudest and most incompetent workers. I went in there with a lot of clothing and they threw everything on the ground, stepped all over it and treated it like garbage. Then told me to come pick it up later in the week without counting or giving me a ticket. When I asked her to please count how many clothing I dropped off. The worker rolled her eyes as if I was asking for so much and replied "Nobody's going to steal your stuff, we have cameras" and laughed. When I finally went to pick up my clothing, some of my clothes was not cleaned because of "tears" in the pants, that were not there when I dropped them off. I asked her why didn't she call me and let me know about the pants and she replied "we usually don't call people because they get mad", which makes absolutely no sense.
