My clothes had a nice clean here. A men's shirt was about $1.79 and my blazer was about $5. Staff is friendly and they are in-by-9-out-by-5, which is very convenient. They also do alterations, which makes them a convenient one-stop shop. The Chinese restaurant next door can also have some pretty decent take-out ready in about 5 minutes, so they're a good double-hitter if you need dinner and cleaning. read more

After 18 years of bringing my clothes here, I need to part ways based on new management. For starters, prices went up 50% overnight. Next, they started laundering my shirts instead of dry cleaning them without telling me, and they blamed it on me for not telling them in advance even though they never warned about all the changes they implemented. And lastly, trying to have any kind of civil conversation with the new management is just impossible. They constantly interrupt and blame everything back on the customer, without even know what they are arguing about. Tried giving them a few chances, but it is time to leave. read more

For Jet, we need more stars on Yelp. Not only is Jet very affordable, they do an excellent job, too. As for the service - superb! I had only been going to Jet for a few weeks when my college son called to say that he had misplaced his fraternity pin. It was attached to one of his shirts when I dropped it for him to be cleaned two weeks prior. I gave him Jet's location thinking it was a long shot, especially since he had never been in Jet, and I had only been there 3 times. I was impressed when he later told me about his first trip to Jet in search of his pin. He walked in, said his mom had brought her suits to be cleaned along with 2 of his shirts and 2 pairs of his pants. He simply told her that I was short, a brunette and a banker. She immediately said, "I am sorry. I believe that I have your pin. You must be the son with the nice shirts." It had been separated from his shirt when cleaning and she had become occupied with other customers before she could put it with the receipt. She then found it the next day and could not find the shirt and ticket to which it belonged. (I had picked up the order during the hectic prior afternoon.) I had only been in Jet 3 times over a 6 week period, and she already remembered enough to connect my son, whom she had never met, with me. Impressed! read more

I started using Jet Cleaners when we lived nearby. It's no longer as convenient for us, but I still take my clothes over there! The prices are very fair, and they even ran one shirt through twice at no extra charge when the first round didn't quite remove a tough blood stain on a silk shirt. Everything always comes back fresh, clean, and well pressed. They are great about quick turnarounds if you need it. Was looking for a cleaners near Addison and read terrible reviews for all the cleaners around. Got a referral to go to this place and absolutely love it. The lady inside is extremely nice and even though I forgot my ticket, she remembered my name. Took 6 shirts, got them all done perfectly, no bad creases or spots or blemishes. All i'd expect from a quality cleaners. Pricing is pretty good too compared to other places and you can tell right when you walk in that they are all about quality due to the extreme amount of clothes they have on the racks, these people are BUSY! I don't live in Dallas but I stay in the area for work quite often. I'm pretty picky about where I take my uniforms and clothes however I wanted to get the camp fire smoke smell out of my leather jacket so I picked this spot based on reviews. I drove about 25 minutes to get here from my hotel but I don't regret it. They got the smoke smell out completely and it's smelled like that for a while. I start going there because it was close to my home. There are many other places around but I want to give it a try. They are very constant with their work, something that I like. They are fast also, and never miss a date or an hour. The service is very good, they help me out taking the cloth to my car when I'm holding my daughter or when it's raining. After reading great reviews about this place I decided to try it out. (Most other cleaners around the North Dallas/ Addison area have horrible reviews.) I really like Jet Cleaners and plan on using their services again. The staff was very friendly and they were able to clean 13 items in one day despite how busy they were. They were even able to remove a stain from my jacket that had been there for about a year (not sure if this can happen for everyone but it was awesome.) I turned in 5 dress shirts, 2 slacks, 1 jacket, and 5 dresses and the cost was about $74. Which I thought was decent. I would recommend Jet Cleaners based on friendliness, cost, and excellent cleaning/care of my garments. read more

Change in management has resulted in poor quality service. There is no attention to detail (eg spots that would normally come out remain) and clothes are not ironed well. I decided to take my clothes to Jet Cleaners because of how close it is to my work office and the reviews it's received. The lady in charge was very nice and patient with me since I took nearly 20 items to be cleaned. She gave me a warning that my bill would be expensive due to how many items I brought in and the various delicate fabrics and confirmed I was okay with it before pricing everything out. The turn around time was great for how many items I brought in (about 3 days since I told her no rush). When I went to pick up the items, she immediately remembered who I was even though I was a first time customer and grabbed my items without me having to present a ticket. I had mostly cash on me and wanted to pay the rest with my card and she told me not to worry about it, stating that she'll give me a 'first time customer discount' with the biggest smile on her face. Although my bill was still pretty high, based on previous dry cleaners experiences, the pricing was reasonable and they did a great job. Excellent service all around. I've been to dry cleaners all around the city and this is by far the best one. On my first return visit she not only remembered who I was and had started to get everything ready, but she also started to show off how well they had done with a tiny request I made in passing! Went because they are near the house. Took them one day to dry clean my interview outfit. $14 all together. I don't dry clean that often but I'm guessing it's a decent price. They guy they is a little hard to understand at time but, his attention to detail makes up for it. I have no issues and will come back whenever I have a severely wrinkles outfit. read more

When I moved to Dallas over a year ago and started looking for a new dry cleaner I was shocked by all of them having terrible reviews. This was the only one within 10-15 miles that had positive reviews. I really rarely write reviews but when service is as great as it is at Jet Cleaners I feel like I owe it to them to support their business. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and service oriented. My items are always handled carefully and their turn around time is really quick whether to ask for it to be or not. The owner goes above and beyond to establish a community relationship with her customers. If you live in Dallas even within 5 miles of this cleaner it is well worth your drive to ensure you get what you are paying for. Lastly, their pricing is great. They are on par with other cleaners and in my option a little better priced. I would still drive my clothes here even if I moved out to the burbs. read more

I took in a few blazers and a skirt. My white blazer had black tred marks on the sleeve. My skirt was a woven skirt and the threads were pulled out. I took them back, and they did a temporary fix on my skirt. They got the black tred marks off of my blazer but they turned it pink! i dont know if they decided to throw my dry clean only jacket in the wash or what to get it off but they ruined it. They did not replace my jacket, and they didn't even give me a refund. So in the end i paid for them to ruin my jacket. Needless to say I will never go back there again/ read more

I am not sure how long Jet Cleaners has been in business, but I can honestly say that I have been using them for over 25 years. I used to work around the corner. They were always fast, efficient and friendly. You drive up, your clothes are being brought from the back. When I was pregnant with my daughter, they gave me a baby shower gift. My daughter is now 15 and they ask about her every time I walk in the door. We have lived in Allen for 18 years. Guess where I drive to get my clothes cleaned? I don't work or live near them any longer, but I still make the drive. You don't find customer service like this ANYWHERE! read more

They owner is so friendly, she remembers me and gets my clothes ready every time I walk in, and everything comes out pristine every time. In Dallas there are tons of cleaners, actually they are on just about every corner. What sets this place apart is they do on the spot hems, I had to wait about 10mins for them to do my pants, then only charged $5, this was just for a pant leg that the end needed to be sewed back but being able to be in and out so quick deserves 5 stars. The cleaning is great too, the prices are good and being so close to the galleria area is a plus. I live in Grapevine but work in Dallas and would rather take my clothes here. read more

The first time there they did a great job. My second visit I got back shirts with wrinkles and it was supposedly starched, I had to re-iron them all myself. Then to find out, she was not even dry cleaning the shirts, they were just washing them, which is what I had come in and asked for was DRY CLEANING. Went here to have a comforter cleaned since it was close to work. Not sure if this is normal, but they charged my card when I dropped it off. About 15-30min. later, I called asking if they could just cancel the cleaning since the cost was almost as much as the comforter itself. She told me she could not do that, there wasn't a way for her to do a refund even though they hadn't started cleaning it... So apparently they can't do refunds?!? Good luck getting your money back if something happens to your garment. I will not be coming back. read more
