I dropped off 11 shirts to be laundered, along with 1 shirt and 1 pair of slacks that needed dry cleaning. I told the person that took in my laundry that I wanted all of the shirts laundered except for the 1. I picked up my cleaning today and EVERYTHING was dry cleaned. I wound up paying $6.61 per shirt that should have been charged at the laundered shirts rate. When I told the gentleman that I specifically requested that the shirts be laundered, he gave me the excuse that the manager said the shirts, even if they were mostly cotton, but had any other fabric, that they must be dry cleaned. This is total BS. I have washed and ironed these shirts many times with no issues. The only reason that they got 2 stars instead on one is that they were at least clean and they didn't lose anything. A week ago dropped off three dress pants to get pressed for work. I have been trying to pick them up for three days now. Went there 9 Friday, at three on Saturday Monday and I went there at 5:30 pm right after work and still no one. I just want my pants!! They look shut down and not answering the phone. They don't put creases in pants when you ask them not too. I do have to ask each time I go, just in case. Good customer service. I needed help with my dry cleaning. The man working there today offered to meet me at my car, load my car and handle the entire transaction so I didn't have to take my baby out of the car. I appreciate the extra hand. read more

Been going here for the better part of two years, spend about $30 a week. Very nice people. To date, they can't seem to get chinos right... About once every 6 weeks, a load of pants comes home with creases down the front of the legs where none were there before. We specifically now call out "no creases" during every drop off, yet it continues. It's incredibly frustrating, and taking its toll on my pants. read more

I think this place does a great job with any items I bring to them. From my military stuff to my wife's down jacket to get a lipstick stain off... they always are able to clean it all. They also have a drive through window which is nice because I hate getting out of the car. read more

I took a nice dress shirt here for laundering and they did a decent job on it, but they ironed on a 3 1/2 inch long patch on the bottom back of the placket with their store name and my info on it. I suspect they need to do this because they take your clothes to a 3rd party to get cleaned. Nevertheless, I don't appreciate any tags being added to my clothing and I hate that they did this because I wear this shirt untucked. And to top it off, their prices are equivalent to a high end cleaner. read more

They don't do a good job on men's shirts (no attention to collars and cuffs and can't get starch right) and they charge WAY too much, especially for a sub-par product/service. And no alterations available on men's shirts? I'm sure someone else in the area can do better. read more

I took 7 shirts in to be dry cleaned and was charged 4.67 per shirt. Very disappointed. I called another cleaners close by and they charge 1.57 per shirt. This was my 1st time at Canyon Creek Cleaners... This was my last time at Canyon Creek Cleaners... O... and the lady was nice read more

After using this cleaner for over 2 years I will never use them again. If a company makes a mistake it is okay, if they own it and make it right. These people lost $400 worth of my clothes and would not admit that it was their fault. My dress clothes leave my house in two ways; on my body or direct to the cleaners. I knew for a fact they were there and had to fight with them about it for 3 weeks. Low and behold they called this morning and had given them to another customer who thankfully returned them. No apology or nothing done by them to make it right. A simple admission of fault and effort to correct the problem would have been sufficient. Instead, denial of fault and excuses. This is a totally wrong way to run a business. If you want your clothes lost feel free to come here but trust me, this place is owned by no good money hungry people. read more

Pricing I can't say. Nor can I comment on how well they actually clean. What I can comment on is their service, or lack there of. I have twin daughters who make a mess of a comforter we have laid out for them. I gave canyon creek cleaners a shot since they're near by. I dropped off the comforter on a Monday to which they said it would be ready on Saturday. Personally I think that's a long time to clean a comforter but I don't own a cleaning company so I have no clue. Saturday comes, no call. Sunday, no call. Monday no call so I decide to go there to pick it up. I get there it's still not ready. Then someone comes out to tell me their machines can't clean it. A whole week with out a call??!!? I asked and was told they told "the lady" to call me. Couldn't even tell me a name. My time is precious since my wife and I both work. If they can't think to call about a big comforter which is in clear site, I can't imagine how easy it would be to lose my clothes. read more

I am a college student at UTD. I have been using Canyon Creek for some time now. The prices are a little high, but I really like the service and feel very comfortable leaving my clothes here. I tried other places with cheaper prices but the clothes didn't come out as nicely and I was always a little worried about them losing things. Worth the extra 50c per shirt. read more

I have been going to this dry cleaner for a few months. They are overpriced and do a mediocre job of cleaning, but I kept going because they are so close to my home. The service is never great and they actually overcharged me one time but thankfully, I caught it before leaving. Yesterday I went to pick up my dry cleaning and the lady that is usually there saw me drive up. She was rude and acted very annoyed when I drove up. I will not be going back after yesterday, I don't care how close this place is- that lady needs major customer service training or something. read more

Saturday called and asked could they get a couple of shirts done today, they had it done in 2 hours, great friendly service, they gained my business. I wouldn't ask them to do it daily, however they helped me out of a jam and earned my business, which reminds me I need to head there here shortly. read more

I have used Canyon Creek Cleaners for two years, although I don't need dry cleaning very often. I noticed two of my shirts were returned to me recently, one with a stain that was not there when I dropped it off and another that had a touch of my make-up on it that they didn't bother to remove. Make-up does not stain to the point a dry cleaners can't remove it. I took both shirts back, they tagged the stains and re-cleaned them. The make-up stain came out, the other stain only got worse and now the shirt is ruined! How hard is it to see a stain that YOU cause and fix it before you return it to me twice....or at least let me know you could not fix it and offer to pay for it. So, at the same time I had a comforter that was being cleaned. My plan was to pick up my comforter and then never return to Canyon Creek. I picked up my comforter today and the bottom of it was hanging outside the plastic wrap and looked like someone swept the floor of the cleaners with it! I had to use a lint roller on it just to get all the junk off. They have become more and more careless with their cleaning and every time I go there, it's a different set of people working, which can't be good for consistency in service standards. I am all for supporting local businesses, but I will never return to Canyon Creek. And, in addition to the poor quality, they are excessively expensive. At least 25% higher than other cleaners. But, I used them because they were convenient and up until recently, did a good job. Never again. read more
