After new owners (Hill Park Cleaners?) took over, the wait times went from 1-2 mins to 20-45 mins to drop off or pick-up. They went from great service to terrible service. Turnaround went from next day to several days or more AND they are late for many people. I waited for over 40 mins for an order of 3 shirts - which they had lost and lied about it - until it was determined that they booked it under another customer's name. One young woman working there from before seems to be the only person who knows how to do anything. They should make her manager and double her pay if they want to turn things around. If you have to pick-up go in the drive through, because they were being served faster than people inside. Please someone tell me where else to go instead of this place. read more

Dry Clean Super Center - Dry Clean Super Center now run by Hill Park Cleaners - Dry Cleaning Near Me - McKinney, Texas

Beware!!!! Please do not use this dry cleaning service. The prices increased dramatically and was not informed of the new prices. The store manager and the "#2 guy were rude, sarcastic and just plain unprofessional regarding my request. In addition while I was talking to them two other were in the store: one customer's clothes was lost, had been lost for weeks, and the other one they couldn't find his clothes. My total bill was $63.91 for 2 dresses, 2 shirts and 3 pairs of pants. Like be for real!!!! read more

WOW what a joke, I usually take m sons AF uniform for cleaning and it was always less than 10 dollars know when I picked up it went up 100% to 20+ what a JOKE I will be looking elsewhere for my cleaning. I can understand if it went up a buck but 100% increase. Stay away from this place dishonest. read more

My gosh the prices are outrageous! I normally don't give reviews but this is outlandish. I would have never came back had I known about their ridiculous price increase. I thought I would give them a try after the ownership change. My bill for 27 pieces was $243.73 I have never in my adult life paid that much for dry cleaning. The receipt doesn't even list out the cost per item so you don't know what to expect the next time. One dress didn't appear that it was clean at all and 3 of my husband's dress shirts weren't pressed well at all. For this type of money their service should be nothing but exceptional and it definitely was not. I will never frequent this place again. And please note ownership changed a couple of months ago so some of these reviews that are older are for the previous owners. Also, expect to sit 15 minutes or more for either drop off or pick up. read more

Dry Clean Super Center - Hill Park - Eldorado Pkwy took over Dry Clean Super Center - Dry Cleaning Near Me - McKinney, Texas

Stay away! We've been customers of this location for 20+ yrs. The new ownership is the worst we've ever experienced anywhere. Inattentive service. Errors. Poor quality. Rude. High prices. They either aren't smart enough to realize that the dry cleaning business is ultra competitive - probably 10+ dry cleaners within 5 minutes drive if their location. Or they just don't care. Probably both. Would leave negative stars if possible. read more

I have used Dry Clean Super Center several times, and up until last week it has been uneventful. I picked up my clothes and when I took them out of the bag to hang back up, I noticed a terrible smell that saturated all of my clothing. It was so strong that it stunk up my closet. I immediately hung them in another room to air out for several days. 5 days later, the smell is still lingering on most of my pieces. Once I went to go check the clothes again, I noticed stains all over one of my blazers and the clasp to a dress was missing. I am beyond displeased with my experience and caution others using their services. Better yet, go ANYWHERE else. read more

As others have recently mentioned, do not use! We tried to give the new owners the benefit of the doubt and continued to take our dry cleaning to them until today. After being told about the price increases I decided to use them anyway until when I asked for our two laundry bags that were not returned, I was told that they had been thrown away!!!! At that point, I took my clothes and will not return. read more

I took my Winter LLBean Jacket there last Saturday; my Front pocket was jammed & I could not free it up; I was fearful I would rip the jacket; Hugh, the Mgr. had it ready for me in Perfect shape on Monday; I asked him how long it took him to free up the Zipper and he said "about 10 Minutes". He charged me ZERO Dollars and that made my $10.00 Starbucks card for him so worth it! Thank you, Hugh! You made my day!:) And, by the way, any Sewing Problem I have taken to them, they have always fixed perfectly! so I highly recommend them. They even replaced a Zipper I had on my Tripod Case with a more roomier one that Zips Up & down, again, Perfectly! They are Reasonably priced too! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I've been going here for 10 years. Supposedly, they have new management. Good luck they won't have any customers left. Very very rude young girl advised they wouldn't be doing same day and it would be at least two days and couldn't guarantee that. She was so rude that I asked for the manager. She advised she was the manager. I asked the name of the owner. She said she didn't know. I told her if they couldn't tell me when my clothes would be ready I guessed I'd have to find another cleaner. She said she hoped I would. And I did. Stay very far away. read more

0 reviews . This cleaners cost me $269.00 for 12 items of clothing. Pricing has increased so much it's crazy. All locations are an issue, Frisco and McKinney. No one knows what's going on but and all new people are now onsite. I would boycott this place all together. read more

Super friendly! 10/10 on customer service! Fastest service around and cheapest prices! My comforter smells soooo good!! Will def come back!

Do not take your clothes to this place. They will lose your items with no care in the world!! This has happened to me twice. No apology, no empathy! Horrible place, horrible employees, horrible customer service! I definitely do not recommend. The Hispanic lady working the front counter is just plain rude. read more

If you don't want to broken your clothes don't go there. They broke my Armani pants by getting a few holes in them and said very rudely, " accidents happen." And refused to buy a new one exactly the same. But they said to sew it but I said, no it's not gonna be the same! And I bought it for like a month ago and only wear it for one time. And it's the first wash I've done to it. Just look all the Reviews Its not the first time they've done it. I wish I could see those reviews earlier before I go. But they not gonna get away with it this time. If they are not buy my pants I will go to small claims Court . read more

Like other recent posters, I have been a loyal customer for the past 10 years. Was always very satisfied with the quality of service. The new ownership is horrible! The store is a mess with dozens of sticky notes and receipts all over the floors and counter. The new employees do not even acknowledge customers when you walk in. I waited over 30 minutes tonight to pick up 2 laundered shirts. The 3-4 customers ahead of me all had items missing from their orders. Fortunately, I got my 2 shirts but will not go back. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! read more

Poor quality finish laundry. Lots of wrinkles on shirts. Do not recommend. New ownership a big letdown.

I would give zero stars if possible! I hope the new owners go out of business. They are now charging $42 to launder a full sized comforter with oxy. That is up for $19. Ridiculous!!! Greedy, greedy, greedy! read more

Shady business, avoid at all costs. Had some silk drapes hemmed and cleaned, got them back completely ruined and unusable. Employees are refusing to give the name of the owner and won't say when any management will be in. They won't even admit they messed up. All requests for a refund have been denied. read more

Do not use them for alterations. They said they were having an issue with their seamstress. I should have listened and not given them my dress but alas I usually love them for dry cleaning. They did not have my dress ready by the day they quoted and when I did pick it up, it was as if nothing had been done to it. It was still 2 feet too long and I couldn't wear it to my event. When I went back the next day, they refused to make it right or offer a refund. Terrible customer service. read more

What has happened to this place? it is like a zoo there now. Finally left without anything after an hour wait.

Check your dry cleaning prior to leaving the store to ensure your clothes are processed correctly. This is the second time in two weeks my clothes were not acceptable. For instance, my dress pants has lining, the lining was bunched up and difficult to wear. I had them cleaned again and the same situation. My dress coat, had white fragments on it and the left sleeve was bunched up. I addressed my concerns today when picking up my garments (I checked them prior to leaving the store) due to the same issues. The female attendant, was very hostile and stated that is the way the sleeve should look until I wear it????? Excuses, excuses, excuses. Not once did she apologize and try to rectify my dissatisfaction. I asked for a refund of the items I had just dropped off and took them to a cleaners that is Very Professional and takes extreme care of the customers clothes. They also ruined a black pair of pants, the material is now shiny. They also put adhesive bar codes in the clothes that is challenging to remove. Perhaps they should obtain the customers approval first. I Highly do NOT recommend this dry cleaners. read more

Very bad customer service after they misplaced one of my pillowcases belonging to a duvet set. They are very unprofessional and rude. Do not even take your clothes there. read more

I've used this cleaner for about 3 years...every month I have a load to drop off. I've had them clean a huge king sized down comforter too. I've never had any item ruined, or not returned. I have had a couple of stained items be returned with the stain...but I suspected that those were going to be tough stains. They also have a drive thru which is convenient, as well as same day/next day service. Over the years there have been very few hiccups...an example of a hiccup? I was once charged $3 for the garment bag that I dropped the clothes off in...I had no idea they were going to clean a mesh bag and charge me for it. BUT, here recently my clothes haven't been feeling the freshest. About 2 weeks ago, I picked up my clothes and hang them up in my closet. A few nights later, when I was running late to get out of the house...I grabbed the only blazer that was going to work with my outfit...one that Dry Clean Super Center had just cleaned...only to discover that it smelled like it did before I dropped it off - not clean. No sir/ma'am. Not sure if I'll give them another shot. read more

Awful customer service. I am not from Dallas and needed a dry cleaner for a wedding ASAP. This place said they could get it done in the short time frame I had. I dropped off my boyfriends 2 piece suit and his shirt. The suit came back fine, but the shirt was completely ruined. I'm not sure what they did to it but it has some organs stains right on the buttons that won't come out (I already tried). When we were there and called them out in it, the employee said the woman that did the actual cleaning wasn't in to vouch the stains weren't there before so they couldn't give us the value of the shirt in that moment. I gave them my phone number as they said they would call us back. I gave them 2 weeks and no one has bothered to call me back. I would like the value of my shirt refunded because not only did I have to go buy a replacement, they still charged me for "cleaning" it, and I had barely opened the shirt a few days before. So they ruined a perfectly good shirt. Unacceptable. If they could bother to pick of the phone, i would tell them this myself. read more

This place has been doing laundry for my family for a while now. they have been great until they lost my expensive item by giving it to another client. they have offered to give me my money back for laundry but since they cleaned I declined that. I just want my item back. every time I call they will lie that they will call back and that they have spoken to the other client who has my items but they will not take ownership or replace my items. the owner is very rude he even asked me why I want my item replaced and it was not new. he even told me that my item was not an emergency so I can wait. super unbelievable read more

I have gone to this cleaners for many years and they do a great job. Prices are so reasonable. I lived in McKinney for years and moved into Dallas. Sometimes I still take my clothes there if I have a large amount of items to drop off because the prices are so good. I highly recommend! Staff is always friendly and helpful! read more

OWN UP FOR YOUR MISTAKE! Do not send anything delicate or important to this store. Beware they will damage it. I'm heartbroken that something I just bought was damaged. The best thing they could do was see my receipt when I bought my clothes and give me my money back for what I just purchased 2 weeks ago. But they refuse to pay me back. The owner thinks it's easy to just buy clothes, I work very hard for my money. To not own up for your mistake is irresponsible. read more

Great services and the price is so comparative! Not sure about all the negative reviews.

The manager of this place does not treat their loyal customers with respect and professionalism. The manager hides in that little office in the corner and let the staff talk to the customers with their issues. The staff always say that their manager is not there and they will ask the manager to call when he/she comes in. And it is all a lie because the manager never calls. They only say their manager will call so that the customer will stop pressing the issue of their mistake. I will NEVER EVER do business with these people again because they are all in connivance with their lies and never admits their mistake. They lost my brand new pants and will not even offer to look for it or pay me back for the cost of the pants and dry clean. You can report this business to BBB for doing bad business. read more

I was a loyal customer until recently they damaged my two favorite suit jackets. One of the blue suitjacket which I bought only a couple of months ago from Tommy Hilfiger now has a big, long scar inside of the jacket. It look likes someone cut it by using a knife. I also found a hole at the elbow on my second suit jacket from banana Republic. They refused to do any repair. I asked to talk with the owner, but the owner was never at the business. I asked for the owner name and the employees didn't want to provide to me. They admitted the jacket with a hole at the elbow, the banana Republic one, it was their fault, but the manager said the jacket was old and the elbow was thin. It was very easy to get a hole on it. My both jackets were ruined by them. the banana Republic is 200 dollars and Tommy Hilfiger is 100 dollar. I was reasonable by not asking the full price of payment. I was wiling to work out a solution with them, However, they don't want to offer any solutions by just simply saying they can't do anything. I felt personal insulting by accusing and blaming on the damaged clothes. read more

These people took advantage of my sweet father-in-law's old age. He brought in household linens to be laundered, and they charged outrageously -ie $10 for a tablecloth! At first, I assumed it was a mistake, but when I went to talk to them, they assured me with a sickening smile that if he was willing to pay that price, they had no intention of adjusting or reimbursing. Poor man. read more

Worst experience ever! They damaged a shirt bc they dry cleaned a studded top that clearly stated hand wash. Then tried to pass it off missing studs and glued the studs they found unevenly and would not compensate for the ruined top. It is irreplaceable and the management there would not call when they said they would. Had to go up 4 times to deal with this mess. Will never return to that franchise. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I took my dress and a coat there to dry clean two weeks ago. The dress I had worn one time and I dropped some food on it, I knew It was hard to remove the oil stain so I didn't even try to do it myself. The lady said they can't guarantee the stain will be removed but will try their best. I went to go pick it up a few days later , to my shock , they RUINED my dress. The entire dress was discolored, faded and material looked like it fell apart. It looked trashed. I told the lady my dress is ruined, can't wear it anymore. She said she was going to have it cleaned again but I told her there's nothing they can do to get the color or the fabric back to it's original but she insisted ok trying again. Once again the dress looked damaged. After going there 3x, I told them to throw away the dress , I wasn't going to wear it after they damaged it. She said ok. I grabbed the dress back. She didn't offer any apologies or money to compensate for a replacement. She made no attempts to make it but instead, got ugly with me and yelled out have a blessed day as I drove off upset. I would never go back to this place nor would I recommend this place. If you want your clothes dry cleaned and not damaged ? Go elsewhere !!!! read more

The absolute best dry cleaner for the money that i have ever found. I wear suits for work and use dry cleaners on a regular basis. this place does the best job at the best price that i have ever seen. It is always busy there, because it has to be the best dry cleaning value of anywhere in the US. I can have a Suit Jacket and pants cleaned and ready the next day for $5. That is unheard of even down the street or in a neighboring town. I use them weekly and have never had an issue with any damaged items. Have been using them about 3 years. read more

We have used this business for about 9 years. Super impressed with their efficient system, friendly and intelligent employees, and I love the drive through! I think all dry cleaners should set things up like this: take-home laundry bag, payment info saved, handy driveup service, very reasonable prices. I am in the process of pricing a replacement dry cleaners here in Alabama since we moved. I will pay about the same for shirts, but double for polos and slacks. I miss the Super Center! read more
