The young lady and older gentleman told me I had to get whatever service is recommended on the garment care tag. Out of 18 pieces of laundry only two pieces could be starched. Even though they have literally been starching my clothes for almost four years they still said no. I had no choice to leave my clothes last time but not in the future. Now I have to find a new cleaners.

I…read morewould say about half the time I have to ask for something to to be redone because it is still dirty. Last week I took in a sweater, dress, and a silk pillow cover. When I picked up the items the sweater had a blue spray type something all over the sleeve and front, the pillow cover still had a small stain on it, and the dress was pressed poorly. I had them redo the sweater and pillow cover and just took the dress. When I picked the items up today, they had WASHED the 100% dry clean only pillow cover! It is a ruined, wrinkled, falling apart mess! And they just handed to me as if nothing was wrong. What kind of dry cleaner washes something that is labeled dry clean only? I could have ruined it myself for free! Also the sweater was still stained. Needless to say I will never go back and should have learned my less before this happene.

I found the card system they use to be very user friendly with clear instructions. And I've seen many regulars are happy to lend a helping hand if anyone gets confused. I have only ever seen one rolling cart to be used, and the chairs are few so if you come at a busy time, or in a weekend don't expect to find either available. The large washers are $11/cycle and can easily handle two larger loads together so I end up combining towels & rugs with my darks. The large dryers are $2/cycle but they don't dry larger loads with one cycle. I have found its more effective to split my larger loads into two dryers. Unlike a lot of the dry cleaners in the DFW area this guy still does his own laundering, dry cleaning, and clothing repair/tailoring. The front of his store is really small (just for dropping off/picking up) but you can see into the back where he has all of his equipment. I like that he does it himself because I know he's going to do a good job to keep my business, and he can get it back to you on the same day! Some really unique things here are that he prints you out a price list for items when you're a new customer and explains his process that he checks the directions on clothing and always does what is the biggest cost benefit to you (i.e. if he can hand-launder something instead of dry clean it, he will). My bill was almost half of what I used to pay and everything looked phenomenal! He even caught a broken button on my husband's shirt and told me that he was going to hold that shirt back until his wife could mend it with a matching button. He also has really good deals which he posts on his front windows, the one right now was any size comforter for $15.99! AWESOME! I'm so happy to have found Q Cleaners and they will have my business as long as they are IN business.
