All items were returned in pristine condition. Recently we had an unfortunate loss of 4 shirts I had dropped at Tulip for rehular laundry cleaning. After a few weeks the items were unable to be found. Robert, their manager was very diligent, and kept me apprised of his efforts. He finally told me he would replace the items at no charge to me. He verified each item with me, confirmed my pick-up receipt, and delivered the replacement items to my home personally. The clerk was an adminstrative problem, and has left Tulip to find more suitable employment. Robert did not speak cruelly of her, which I found very professional. His word is his bond. I will continue believing in Tulip as my "Go To" for dry cleaning.

The couple that helped me was extremely understanding and friendly, and they took care of me right away with zero wait. I don't usually write reviews, but there's one situation that specifically made me want to write one. I was stressing out a lot because I realized I needed my suit earlier than I had originally asked. I was worried it wouldn't be possible to get the tailored suit any earlier. But the owners were so understanding! They looked further into my situation and were actually able to get the suit to me THE SAME DAY!! Now THAT is service!! I don't get alterations often, but I felt like the price was pretty fair. I paid $126.85 altogether with taxes: this included pretty major alterations to my two piece suit PLUS full pressing and dry cleaning. They did all of that in less than a week for me, which I felt was super fast!! While the price is good, I'm really writing this review for the service. The couple who run this place are just so kind and friendly. They have absolutely earned my stamp of approval; I'm not sure when I'll need dry cleaning and tailoring services again, but I am sure of who I'll be going to for help! But what's giving them five stars is that I forgot some items at this particular location and they called me to tell me that my items were still there, I have never had a dry cleaner call me to tell me that I left some items behind, I'm fairly certain that I have lost items at dry cleaners, but never been told I have items to come pick up, so they get five stars for that plus great service and pricing.

They added another crease down the front along side the original crease. i don't understand how they couldn't see that and correct it. They also tried to remove a small spot on one of the legs and left a white bleached circle around it. They refused to return the 16.00 it cost to have them cleaned. The manager blamed the manufacturer of the pants. I'm so disappointed that they don't care about good customer service. They've lost a good customer because of this. They won't be getting anymore of my money.
