They have salvaged numerous suits and dress shirts that had been stained beyond what I thought was salvageable. All items were returned in pristine condition. Recently we had an unfortunate loss of 4 shirts I had dropped at Tulip for rehular laundry cleaning. After a few weeks the items were unable to be found. Robert, their manager was very diligent, and kept me apprised of his efforts. He finally told me he would replace the items at no charge to me. He verified each item with me, confirmed my pick-up receipt, and delivered the replacement items to my home personally. The clerk was an adminstrative problem, and has left Tulip to find more suitable employment. Robert did not speak cruelly of her, which I found very professional. His word is his bond. I will continue believing in Tulip as my "Go To" for dry cleaning. read more

Do not trust this place with valuable items. I dropped off a BCBG blazer on 1/10. They later told me they "couldn't find it." On 2/9, they offered $200 for a blazer with a $498 retail value. Then, on 2/16, they texted saying they "found" it. I picked it up on 2/17, and it was clearly not mine. My blazer had a label sewn into the neck; the one they returned had no brand tag and no stitch marks indicating a tag had ever been there. They are running a fraudulent business. This business irreparably damaged my wife's dress. They refused to compensate us for the dress unless we could "Provide a purchase receipt". Sorry, I don't keep my receipts of the clothes I buy just in case my dry cleaner messes up. You can clearly google the dress to see current retail value. Do NOT go here. This dry cleaners use to be good. However, they must have sold the business to a different owner. It is HORRIBlE now. Horrible customer service. AND no one shows up to work the store on Saturday's even though they are supposed to open at 9am. I went to pick up a suit on Saturday morning to wear to a funeral and no showed up to open the store. I waited for them to open with several other customers that needed items for a wedding that day etc. They also don't answer the phone. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! Y'all if I could give this place a negative star review I would 1000x over. My husband dropped off my silk dress that was brand new THREE MONTHS ago at this dry cleaner. Their regular cleaner wasn't in when he first dropped it off so I was told the owner's daughter cleaned it. Upon receiving it I noticed it had white streaks, oil stains and just felt heavy with cleaner. I did not accept it and allowed them a month to fix it. Second time it was WORSE. I asked for the owner to call me because she offered me $20 for a brand new $400 dress of which she had the receipt and date of purchase sent to her. All I asked for was a phone call to discuss a solution because $20 would not cut it & a little time to be heard by the person who is not taking any responsibility in the situation. They asked for another month instead of taking that call. I gave that to them with the agreement that they will give me $200 to replace the dress if it's not fixed.. which I have now been told I will NOT receive. Zoom in on the photo and look at the cardboard in the picture.. it is so saturated with cleaners it was soaking through. Not only did you destroy my dress but this is a PATHETIC way of handling customers when you have failed them. The other picture is the text I received saying that they would pay $200 for the dress. We picked up our items and the laundry bag was not attached as it usually is. My husband immediately sent them an email. After no reply he called with no luck. Giving them a chance to call or respond to email I waited a few days and called 5 times to try and save me a trip and no answer or call back. When dropping off more items in a trash bag, I asked her what is the best way to reach them. Then explained why and how many times we tried to reach them. She responds by saying we have magic jack. I said I know, it said that when I called. Stated we emailed. Got no response. I go in yesterday to pick up my items and not a hello or anything. I stood at the counter allowing her to finish sorting some items. Then she just says "last name". Gets my item and hangs it. I proceed to tell her we have a card on file. With her hand on hip tells me, your card isn't good and knows from the last time I picked up. I said it should be. She goes to the screen and my card is processed. No apology that she was mistaken or anything and just said sign. I miss the prior people. They were so nice and welcoming. I definitely will not return. read more

I dropped off 4 dress shirts and 2 pair of pants for dry cleaning on 9/25/23. Picked up 4 dress shirts and was told my 2 pants were @ another location and they are trying to locate. 5 attempts later to pick up and the pants are still missing. I was given the owners phone number to contact and was told she would call me. I have left numerous messages and text messages, no response or communication from this establishment. I went to the Tulip cleaners on Preston and presented 12 garments (dresses, pants and blouses) to be dry cleaned. I asked the lady how much it would cost. She stated she didn't know. That should have been a red flag for me to take my garments and leave. However, I left them anyways. I received an email about 3:30 AM this morning stating that my garments were ready for pick up. I headed down there on my lunch to pick up my clothes and to my surprise this woman charges me $120 for 12 items which I find as being the biggest rip off in history. How in the world can you justify charging $120 for 12 garments, nothing special just dry cleaned. I asked to speak with the manager she told me she was busy. I turn in a pair of jeans to have 3 buttons reattached, and to have the remaining buttons tightened. My jeans were supposed to be ready for pick up on 12/29. I had misplaced my ticket but really wanted my jeans. I went in the establishment on 1/3/24 and to my disappointment, was told that they have no recollection of my jeans.
