All items were returned in pristine condition. Recently we had an unfortunate loss of 4 shirts I had dropped at Tulip for rehular laundry cleaning. After a few weeks the items were unable to be found. Robert, their manager was very diligent, and kept me apprised of his efforts. He finally told me he would replace the items at no charge to me. He verified each item with me, confirmed my pick-up receipt, and delivered the replacement items to my home personally. The clerk was an adminstrative problem, and has left Tulip to find more suitable employment. Robert did not speak cruelly of her, which I found very professional. His word is his bond. I will continue believing in Tulip as my "Go To" for dry cleaning.

I dropped off several clothing items in the night drop on Tuesday evening after business hours, which was convenient and not an issue. The problems started the next day when I called to confirm they had received my items. Their phone appears to be a cell phone, and no one answered. I called twice on Wednesday and again on Thursday, with no answer and no return call. By Thursday afternoon, I went to the store in person because one of the items was my wife's dress for a wedding on Saturday. The employee could not find my clothing and had no record that my items had even been received. She explained that the dry cleaning is done offsite and told me she would call me around 4:30 p.m. after checking with the cleaning facility. That call never came. At 5:15 p.m., I returned to the store. When I asked why I had not received a callback, the employee said her manager was supposed to contact me. No one ever did. I again asked where my clothing was, and she said she still didn't know. I then asked to speak with a manager. The employee called the manager on her personal phone and put the call on speaker. The manager's response was surprisingly casual, simply saying they would "check again tomorrow." That was unacceptable. Tomorrow would be Friday, and if my wife's dress could not be located, we needed time to make other arrangements for the wedding. At that point, I was also preparing to file a claim for my missing clothing. As we discussed their intake process, I questioned how clothing dropped off overnight is tracked. Only after we walked through the process did the employee begin searching another area of the store. Eventually, she found my bag of clothing sitting in the back. None of the items had been processed or sent out for dry cleaning. They had apparently been sitting there untouched the entire time. What concerns me most is not just the mistake, but the complete lack of urgency, communication, and accountability. My calls went unanswered for two days. I never received the promised callback. No one seemed to know where my clothing was, and the manager showed little concern about the situation. Customers trust a dry cleaner with valuable and often irreplaceable personal items. That trust requires organized processes, clear communication, and respect for customers' property. Unfortunately, I experienced none of those things here. Because of the lack of professionalism, poor operational management, and disregard for my time and belongings, I will not be returning. I cannot recommend this business to others and would encourage anyone considering using this cleaner to think carefully before trusting them with their clothing.

The couple that helped me was extremely understanding and friendly, and they took care of me right away with zero wait. I don't usually write reviews, but there's one situation that specifically made me want to write one. I was stressing out a lot because I realized I needed my suit earlier than I had originally asked. I was worried it wouldn't be possible to get the tailored suit any earlier. But the owners were so understanding! They looked further into my situation and were actually able to get the suit to me THE SAME DAY!! Now THAT is service!! I don't get alterations often, but I felt like the price was pretty fair. I paid $126.85 altogether with taxes: this included pretty major alterations to my two piece suit PLUS full pressing and dry cleaning. They did all of that in less than a week for me, which I felt was super fast!! While the price is good, I'm really writing this review for the service. The couple who run this place are just so kind and friendly. They have absolutely earned my stamp of approval; I'm not sure when I'll need dry cleaning and tailoring services again, but I am sure of who I'll be going to for help! I was told they would call me with a quote before doing the work, but they never did. Instead, I received a text saying my items were ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was shocked to find they charged $20 to hem a single pair of shorts--shorts that only cost me about $25 to buy. I would never have approved that price had they called me as promised. They also charged $7 just to cut my wife's blouse, even though I had asked about having it properly hemmed. I asked them to keep the blouse and hem it correctly. When I returned, they wanted to charge me another $22 to hem it. I asked them to apply the $6 credit that the husband had already agreed to after acknowledging my concerns, but the wife argued with me and refused. The most frustrating part wasn't just the prices--it was the lack of communication. If they had called me with the quote as promised, I would have declined the work before it was done. In my opinion, the pricing is excessive, the communication was poor, and the customer service left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a cleaners, and I won't be returning.

Next time, checked them immediately and returned them for a redo explaining the problem, mostly with collars. Got those back, almost zero improvement. Had a long discussion with the manager, with astonishingly, me telling them how to iron a collar. They claimed they shipped those to another location and they have "another ironing crew". Had them put notes in the system about how to iron a collar. (ridiculous) That set comes back, it's "pretty much" acceptable but still had a few collars to touch up. That's on round three. Gave them two more shirts, still substandard. I'm not paying $7 a shirt for me to iron it myself. Staff is nice, but, last one trying to tell me how sometimes the collars get that way because of the way they bundle them or something. Well, guess what, your job is to fix the 'process problem' and deliver me a pressed shirt to satisfaction.

They were able to turn this over very quickly and helped provide me with mandatory receipts etc to get reimbursed by my insurance company.
