Next time, checked them immediately and returned them for a redo explaining the problem, mostly with collars. Got those back, almost zero improvement. Had a long discussion with the manager, with astonishingly, me telling them how to iron a collar. They claimed they shipped those to another location and they have "another ironing crew". Had them put notes in the system about how to iron a collar. (ridiculous) That set comes back, it's "pretty much" acceptable but still had a few collars to touch up. That's on round three. Gave them two more shirts, still substandard. I'm not paying $7 a shirt for me to iron it myself. Staff is nice, but, last one trying to tell me how sometimes the collars get that way because of the way they bundle them or something. Well, guess what, your job is to fix the 'process problem' and deliver me a pressed shirt to satisfaction.

The card system is outdated and should be retired to accept tap to pay on the machines. The fee you're charging and then locking up endless amounts of small change on cards for the people to carry around isn't worth the effort. As a business, make the change. Further more, every other machine is broken. Who ever your maintenance agreement is with, switch to a new vendor. You shouldn't have more than one or two machines down at a time. I counted 14 while I was. That's lost business and on a weekend. The signs clearly have been up for a while leading me to believe the machines are being repaired poorly and damaging customers clothes which is what I see is called out in other reviews. I hope you're fixing the machines properly any time they break. The place is really directly. The floors are filthy. I came first thing on a Saturday morning and you can tell no one cleaned this place in years, let alone the night before. There is cakes of dust and debris on the floor. I was worried to drop anything out of machine risking it would touch the floor and I'd have to rewash it. Take down all the cheap paper signs and redo the bulletin boards. Have coffee somewhere in the vending machines. Do a coat of fresh trim paint to clean up all the damage. Remove the broken machine chairs in the kid area. Make that your coffee bar.

The location is convenient enough for me to drive myself and spend about an hour here doing some chores. Parking is abundant and I never had to wait for a machine as there are plenty. One large suggestion I can make is to have plenty of quarters with you (go to a bank and get a roll of quarters if you have to). There are some reviews mentioning bills and/or quarters being eaten up in the change machines. One of the dryers ate a quarter of mine and I promptly moved to a working one. Drop the quarters in slowly and one at a time to avoid losing $. Aside from that, my clothes were returned in a very clean and dry state. They have boxed detergent and dryer sheets in the vending machine. Costs for the smallest two load machine is $4.50 and dryers are $1.50 for 30 mins of drying time. They also do wash and fold but it requires scheduling in advanced. They have a restroom here as well.

(those clothes were knew with tags) I literally opens the packages before I took them to cleaners, looked at them, placed them back in the bag before I did that. these items came from two different stores. I told the manager these clothes were knew, she thanked replied again by saying sometimes that have spots one them. I told her no, I disagree. She thanked replied again began to tell me, my romper had a big spot, I told her again, these items were brand new and just taken out of the package to view, never tried on or anything. We than just stood looking at each other before she just walked off, meanwhile the clerk, never gave me a ticker from where I paid and walked off herself. Not one thank you or offered any type of apologies. I would have taken it better if the manager would have said something and acknowledged the fabric instead of making excuses. I can see maybe one piece mistaken something happened, but every piece except 1. Customer service is everything when dealing with the public, If I had to rate them, it would be a -0.

It's still a great place to do laundry but the hours need to be consistant and if its not actually open at 7am, there needs to be a notification posted on the door or something so we aren't all just sitting in the parking lot.
