Amazing Delivery Service I think there are two types of reviews. Those who have visited the location to use their machines and then those who subscribe to their weekly pickup and drop off service. I am leaving a review about their pickup and delivery laundry service. Kind, punctual and always goes above and beyond. I have a large bag picked up and dropped off clean every week. I have been using Red's for about a month, or so. I use their delivery service. I highly recommend you give them a try. Their customer service is impeccable and impressive. I have always received a text or email back within minutes. They are extremely professional and friendly and polite. On my weekly service day, I get a text reminder to put my laundry out (in a bag that they provide). I get a text that the driver is on his way to my house to pick up my laundry. Then, that same day (I think they promise next day turn-around, but they always get it back quickly) , I get a text that my clean laundry has been delivered with a picture of it on my porch. Now, the best part.....it's washed, folded or hung on hangers. (Yes, they even provide a door hook) Folded clothes are back in the Red's bag. It's ok but seems like it's getting ran down not a lot of maintenance . Every time I go there are more machines broke down , some dryers give you 7 mins and some give you ten mins for a quarter but half of them don't dry your clothes unless you split one load into 4 loads then you might get lucky . They have machines that take your money or malfunction halfway thru inserting the quarters . One time the machine that dispenses dryer sheets and laundry soap took my entire $1.25 and kept my soap. Yeah it's only $1.25 but still i paid expecting to get soap in return . The only good thing is it's open 24/7 so when you gotta do laundry late they are always open. I still continue to go here regardless of its flaws because Iam a supporter of local small neighborhood businesses and I've been to places much worse . read more

Those machines are spinning round the clock! I love they are 24/7 so I can do my laundry after work no matter of the weekly shows I am. The prices are affordable and pretty competitive. I am using laundromats often and there is a straight reason one of my favourites is that one - it's really clean, like a hospital, pharmacy or something like. No dirt on the floor. Time to time I ma popping here with my nephews because there is a small play kitchen. Of course, far away from being a Disneyland but most of the laundromat has no playground for kids. The staff is pretty friendly and very willing to help that customer that are not aware of how to operate properly with the machines and dryers. There is a drawback that is usual for all enterprises in the area - during the night some shady folks are wandering around asking for pocket money. I just feel not very save outside. But in the laundrymats, I am fine because they're a lot of security cameras. For sure I will be back! read more

So I drove over from South McKinney to wash my clothes because it says 24 hours, GREAT! Got here and 11 of the machines are NOT WORKING including the 2 largest ones intended for my huge load of towels. The machines are expensive compared to the place I usually go in Plano. Like $1.25-$1.75 more each, there are top load machines for$2.00 but they are tiny. So I might have to release a load or two. Ugh. No cycle gauge to add softener, so I'm having to watch each machine. And just discovered my machines on HOT WASH are in COLD water. So that's probably a load I'll have to rewash right there. Not impressed or happy about this trip to Red's. My first and more than likely last because it's costing me more money than usual and I'm having to deal with too many negatives at once. My advice stay away on peak days/ times because you will forever be waiting for a machine. It's kinda clean at the moment, no bathroom at this hour. But there are workers here during the day I assume. read more

This has been my laundry spot since I moved to the area. Its open 24 hours and affordable price for wash and dry. They also provide weekly service where they come pick up your cloths and deliver it back. The place is clean and you have cable TV to pass your time while you wait. Highly recommended. read more

The pump in my washer recently went out, while waiting for the part to be delivered I found Reds. I have a family of 5 so we have quite a bit of laundry. While I'm very appreciative to have a laundromat close by I would recommend that you clean the place a bit more. The bathroom was gross and there was food under the seats and vending machine. The washers need a lot of attention. They are very smelly! My cloths came out smelling even more dirty than when they went in. They don't seem to rinse properly either... the articles of clothing we have that are fleece somehow came out crunchy it was odd I've never had this problem. Several of our items came out with large soap stains that I cannot get out now, so they're ruined. The dryers took a bit of time but they did the job. Quite a few were out of order but I'm sure that happens. The benches are unstable seem to be on the verge of breaking completely. Whilst I can't account for the onsite laundry services for drop-ins, I can say that the pick-up laundry service is a wonderful service, at a reasonable price. We use James and his crew for periodic cleaning of a large quilt. For just a few dollars more than you pay for sitting in a laundrymat for hours (wash/dry), Red's will pick up the item, launder it, and deliver back to your home. We've used Red's Laundry service for about 9 months and we are always pleased with their service. They do a great job getting our clothes clean, always pickup and drop off when they promise, are very friendly, and have been flexible when I needed to add services / take a couple weeks off / change my pickup day. I love that clothes come back on hangers and sorted by person, so it's easy to take the protective bag off and simply hang in each persons closet. Sheets and towels are nicely folded and easy to put away. Laundry used to take me half the week, and now it's just 5 minutes of putting nicely hung/folded things away. I love having time with my kids or quietly reading when they nap, without worrying about the laundry I should be doing. I'm grateful for this service and will continue to use it indefinitely. read more

Has anyone addressed the smell that comes from the dryers? The smell from the meat market next door permeates in to the dryers and clothing while they're drying. It's nauseating. I really wanted to like this place as it was clean and well kept but I will definitely not return. read more

I had a great experience here, I don't use laundromat often except when I need large washing machines for heavy beddings. I came here with my daughter and the owner James helped me every step throughout the process and made sure I was happy with how they turned out!
