I've been coming here for a while, but this will likely be my last visit. At checkout, their new payment system now prompts customers to leave a tip--for dry cleaning. Not for exceptional service, not for anything above and beyond--just for the standard service you're already paying for. It creates an awkward, pressured moment where you're expected to tip for something that has never traditionally involved tipping. That's not customer service--that's shifting the responsibility of paying employees onto customers. If prices need to go up, then raise prices. Be transparent about it. But adding a tip screen to a basic service transaction feels misleading and leaves a bad taste. There are plenty of other cleaners that don't put customers in this position, and I'll be taking my business to one of them. I'd strongly encourage the owner to rethink this approach if they value long-term customer relationships. read more

I don't take much to the dry cleaners but when I do, I take my clothes here. They are quick and almost every time they were able to get out stains without having to redo the garment. I know that no one is perfect. At least they are willing to redo with charging me. read more

2016 Yelp 100 Challenge Review #80 (update) I still come here mainly for its location but it's still extremely average. The customer service is basic, the dry cleaning is fine. Nothing really holding me here or running me off. Prices are okay - not great, not horrible. I know I can find better pricing and possibly better customer service but its convenient location makes it a prime option for me. I do like their drive-thru option which I regularly take advantage of picking up or dropping off. You have to prepay here and they are open until like 6p or 7p and on Saturdays as well. I did not write a review when my dress was damaged. Your Cleaners did issue a credit. But I dropped my dry cleaning off along with a pair of denim shorts that were in need of a button. I was given a receipt against my credit showing a ZERO balance due. They were unable to give a price on the repair, I agreed as long as it was less than 10.00 to repair and I would pay upon pick up. When I arrived to pay for the shorts (they were COD- as I had agreed) They insisted that I had not paid for any of including my dry cleaning. I drove home and picked up the receipt showing paid with a zero balance, they still failed to honor it. The manager​ was MIA. Beware!!!! read more

This was my first time using this Dry Cleaner's service. I needed to get a suit dry cleaned so I dropped it off here. I dropped the suit off on a Monday and it was ready by 5pm on Tuesday. No problems at all and the price was good too. Additionally, they have a drive-in! That is a great service! A drive-in dry cleaner! I will definitely use this Dry Cleaner's service again! Simple as drop off and pick up the next day! Doesn't get much easier than that! It was $8.75 to dry clean my suit. Would recommend! Super easy! read more

So far I have been there twice. Rather unimpressed at the moment. Location is convenient for me and they seem to do an OK job except that on my first order they did not have everything ready when promised and a couple of shirts with broken buttons. Would not be a big deal if the second time they got it right, well they didn't. Just went to pick up today and did not have three of my items ready when they have had them almost two days now. Just a hunch but there seems to be a reason for concern. read more

I'm in the area for work from time to time and have dropped off all kinds of things, from jeans to cocktail dresses. Admittedly, I first went here because it was one of cheapest options and convenient to where I was headed, haha. But the turnaround is fast and my clothes have come out fresh and nicely pressed, which is all I want from a cleaners. read more
