It's in a convenient location and everyone drives by them if you live in Rowlett. They repair little things too like sewing on buttons. I recommend going to this business. One wish- I wish that laundry and ironing service was cheaper for women. Since our shirts don't fit on the machine or something, we have to pay for full dry cleaning service to launder our shirts. I work and my husband doesn't, so I am the one that needs the good price in our house. I have to pay twice or three times as much, like a pink tax. Seems kind of behind the times all around for local dry cleaner.

I wrongly thought that they had discolored a brand new clothing item and was very upset. I brought it back to A2Z and went to Lakeside to speak to the owner. I was very upset and Ms. Thui promised if she couldn't correct the problem, she would buy me another one. Well, she was so determined to make me happy, she personally drove to the store where I bought the item and called to let me know she purchased a new one and it was at the shop waiting to be picked up. When I showed up, Ms. Thui wasn't there, but when her employee presented me with the new item, it was clear that it was exactly the same color as the original one-- there had been no discoloration or fading whatsoever and she had still bought me a new one to make me a happy customer. I wouldn't take the new one because I was totally wrong but they still treated me with kindness and respect. I want everyone to know that not only do they do a great job at these two cleaners, they have top notch customer service and integrity. I HIGHLY recommend both of Ms. Thui's locations for your dry cleaning and laundry needs.

It seemed to me that it was probably torn and fabric was stitched together to cover it up. I called and called the store and as in the past , no one ever answers the phone. I took the dress in and they said someone would be in touch. The call was a lesson in futility with THE MASTER OF denial. He said the thread stitched in matched the original thread of the dress so it could not have been their fault . I have people that were with me when I wore the dress that will attest that it was in no way damaged. I do have my receipt of original purchase . I have witnesses who saw the dress on me and attest that was not damaged before dry cleaning. Also, I found the dress online , on sale currently to show them that replacement cost was reasonable. However, with the current lack of attention to cleanliness and overall comfort of the facility, I will be driving over to the closest laundromat in Rowlett. They installed video games and a new snack machine, while many dryers remain out of order. It is exceedingly uncomfortable & hot. i understand dryers and machines running create heat. I don't think the A/C is ever on. They don't even turn on the ceiling fans. It appears the attendant rarely cleans. The inside of the washers are always caked with dirt, grime, and hair around the black insulation. I cannot believe how far this facility has fallen. It could have been great.
