When I picked shirts up, the bill was $25 . I asked about pricing and was told that dry cleaning costs more. I said I ordered laundered, but was told 3 ( the linen and 2 of the cotton) had to be dry cleaned. I have been having these 4 shirts laundered for years at my old cleaner's ( before I moved to Terrell). Needless to say, I won't be back. I don't know about the quality of the work because I haven't taken the shirts out of the bag.

The people that work there are always helpful when needed. I've seen some complaints about the dryers but it never costs me more that $1.50 to dry a dryer containing 2 full loads of laundry. Of course weekends will always be busy and they close right at 10 which is very late in my opinion.

The inside rims of the washing machines have hair and nasty-looking grime. I hate trusting my sheets and intimates to these washers. Would never use them for comforter type bedding. The detergent drawers are caked with the goopy residue of the detergent of previous users. Many of the machines are quite new, and if only they were properly cleaned, on a REGULAR basis, they would be great, and I would definitely give a much higher rating, probably 5 stars. But, the attendant just pushing dirt around the floors with a broom, and occasionally mopping is simply not the thorough cleaning that gives me confidence. I understand that cannot be a fun, desirable job, though it provides plenty of time for personal phone calls... Sure would be great if regular wiping of the machines could be coupled with those phone calls.

On the evening of my visit around 8:30 PM, I was finishing my laundry shortly before the 10:00 PM closing time. I was the last customer inside and was in the process of removing my clothes from the dryer and gathering my belongings so I could leave. I had my 1-year-old grandchild and my 14-year-old daughter with me. As I was packing up my items and preparing to leave, the employee on duty told me I needed to leave immediately in a very nasty tone. I calmly explained that I was gathering my belongings and would be leaving momentarily. Instead of allowing me a reasonable amount of time to finish collecting my clothes, the employee called the police. Two officers arrived. One officer approached my 14-year-old daughter outside and asked for her name and ran it through his system. The other officer spoke with the employee inside the store. According to the officer, the employee called simply because she wanted me to leave the building. This situation was completely unnecessary and escalated what should have been a simple situation. I was already in the process of leaving. Having police called while I was peacefully gathering my belongings--especially with my children present--caused significant emotional distress and discomfort. During the interaction, the employee also continued speaking negatively about me until the officer asked her to stop talking, while he allowed me time to collect my things. This experience was extremely upsetting and felt discriminatory and unprofessional. No customer should have police called on them simply for finishing up and gathering their belongings at closing time, especially when children are present. I hope the owners of this location review their staff training and address how customers are treated so that no one else has to go through an experience like this.

I decided to go there since my brother mention to me that there is a young lady name " Alondra " who helps him fold his clothes , because he's handicap. We decided to go on Tuesday ,and when we did we were amazed as how clean the facility was.My brother was correct she just happened to be working that day. She showed my wife how the machines work. Mind me the last time we were in a laundry mat we were not impressed and dreaded it since the only ones we knew of were in OC , when we lived in the hood. She was very friendly and told us that they provide free detergent and that liquid to soften your clothes , and dryer sheets. Good thing is that we didn't have to worry about having change( quarters ) to wash and dry. They used a card system. wonderful i loved it. I'm very impressed at the facility the cleaningness it was and the friendliest as well . A plus is that its across the street for the police station. I will defiantly tell my family about this facility if they are ever in need of one . Thanks to Wave Max and their friendly employees you guys rock . _ My clothes is clean.
