Horrible manager at this location. Teejay (doesn't provide last name which is inappropriate) worst customer service I have seen which is a shame because the other workers seem amazing. This location no longer delivers to the door apparently and will keep packages for you to then come in and pick up. My door is less than 100 feet from my allotted mail box in my community and randomly after two years packages will now not be delivered? When asked about this change Teejay informed me it was due to Covid precaution. Claiming a Covid precaution in 2023 after not implementing it during the actual pandemic seems extremely fishy. Or a blatant lie. I understand the Christmas rush and the amount of packages but that does not excuse you to make up rules so that your delivery times look better than they are. TAKE MAIL BOXES TO THE DOOOOOOOOOOR TEEJAY is horrible. I'm sorry to the rest of the staff and workers for having to put up with him. Thank you the rest of you for all the work you do. read more

It's a post office! The most important thing to me at any post office is that it's run efficiently, the line moves quickly, and the customer service is friendly. This place hits all the marks and its nice and clean inside. I really can't complain. If at all possible, try to come earlier in the day rather than in the evening on the weekdays -- that's when it's the most crowded. I was able to get in, send a little package to my grandma, buy stamps, and get out all in about 10-12 minutes with only a couple people ahead of me in line. :) read more

This postal office has now lost multiple "money" related items being sent to me, and OFFICIALLY as of today, the mailbox had either been lock-picked, or open by someone else with a key (the only people being the USPS at this location) and ALL mail taken out of the box. Prescriptions, Credit Cards, you name it -- they definitely stepped away with a few more items than I'd have liked. Watch this location, and if you can, send your mail to Las Colinas or one of the other locations. read more

PLEASE DON'T PUBLISH A NUMBER THAT NOBODY ANSWERS. 817-640-7304 is the alleged local number, on or about the 18th or 20th ring it routes itself to a reorder ar busy circuit. I had an ATT repair technician dial it and test the ring. Nothing wrong as I expected and he indicated it was "rolling" into a reorder for some "unknown reason". The front end clerks are fast and efficient. They know me and I'm the fastest transaction and my packages are prepaid. I'm In and out. There's others that come in unprepared slowing lines down. The manager is by far the rudest and most disrespectful, telling me I slow the lines down. I take less than 1 minute where majority take 4-5+ minutes. What's funny is there was no line anyway. I don't mind waiting in lines or average service if I see the employees trying hard but I do not tolerate being disrespected especially by the manager. I've spent hundreds of dollars with USPS shipping recently and I was kicked out today and told to go to another location by the manager that's talking down to me and told me to go to another location. read more

Service is horrible per usual. Wait in line for long periods of time just to be told to wait out in the lobby if your picking up a package. And they barely answer you if you're trying to pick up a package. You have to bug them with ringing the doorbell until they're bothered. I've been to many different post offices here in Arlington Texas but this is the best by far. The employees are nice and always helpful. One for sure , his name is Mr. Bruce! He always helps me find the most efficient way mail EVERYTHING! He never seems to have a bad day even when it's 530 and the line is to the door! Everyone there honestly is great! This post office is hit or miss. Sometimes its packed and sometimes its empty. Sometimes you get a nice employee and sometimes you get a grumpy one. Sometimes one employee tells you one thing and another tells you something else. Sometimes I just want to pull out all my hair! I keep telling myself I will go to a different post office but I always seem to be in a big hurry when I need to stop by and this is the closest one. I would suggest having everything filled out and ready to go before you arrive and hope for the best. I would give it fewer stars but when the service is good its pretty exceptional. read more

Excellent location (as it's not a busy one) for doing business and staff delivers good customer service. I walked in and out in under 5 mins on a Thursday morning around or before 10 am expecting a line, to my surprise just the postal clerk and myself. No lines. When walking in a guy was walking out, it was that empty. A nice elderly gentleman was super helpful with answering my questions and letting me know the price difference to mail a large yellow envelope domestic. Apparently, first class mail which is standard mailing is much cheaper but doesn't come with a tracking number like priority mail does, which is overnight delivery hence; its pricy. read more

I can only speak for weekender and after hours and they both suck. Saturdays the line is painfully long. Today I stopped to mail a package after closing everything ready to go but I decided to but extra insurance because it's only insured for $50. Well right before finishing it said I need extra insurance form but you would think there was one in the lobby. Of course there wasn't so back to the car, package put in the trunk, ugh the US Postal service. The UPS Store is open until 8 and that may be my destination tomorrow. read more

MALFEASANCE - May, 2018 - I had an express letter coming, which is supported by online realtime location tracking of the postal carrier's hand-held scanner. I observed the postal carrier come to within four stops (specifically identified online as "four stops away"). Then I saw her turn around, go west on I-30, south on 820, then south on I-35, drive to Everman, and park at the edge of the neighborhood. I used street view and saw a long neighborhood fence on one side and an empty field on the other - clearly an attempt to keep a low profile. If she had used her own car she would not have parked it there. Clearly it was her postal vehicle. Once parked, it sat there for a full hour. After this, the postal carrier retraced her steps and made it all the way back to me. I went to the Post Office and complained about this to the people at the desk, and then to the man in charge of the facility. They all forcibly insisted that it did not happen. They said it was "impossible". They basically called me a LIAR. One thing I can tell you is that either that postal worker lives in Everman and went home for lunch or she has a boyfriend who lives there, but she was driving a USPS vehicle. I am talking about a round trip of 54 miles. USPS stats say these vehicles get 9 MPG. Her little midday trysts are costing the USPS around $12.50 a day. One more thing - this detour took around 2.5 hours and was too late for me to make the bank. If this had happened a day later I would have faced a $500 fine. We are talking about three federal charges: misuse of gov't vehicle and gov't funds (gas), and conspiracy (postal carrier and supervisor), The postal carrier and the person in charge should be fired with loss of pension. read more
