The absolute worst! Scheduled an appt for fingerprints, which I've done 15-20 times during my 30 year career. Having gone through this process so many times, it was obvious to me that the young "lady" was obviously struggling to get good prints-she was trying to move too fast. I was quiet during the process but after noticing her move my prints along through several errors, I expressed that I didn't want to have to reprint and would like to correct whatever the issue was. She immediately got an attitude and implied that I had some sort of chemical on my hands and I did not. I asked her to calm down she nastily said that she was calm. I reiterated that I'd done this many times in my career and that if there was an issue I'd simply like to resolve it. She nastily stated "these are your fingerprints not mine" there's nothing I can do about it. I advised again that I'd done this before without issue ever and that I'd like to do whatever necessary to make corrections so that I didn't have to reprint. Again, she got smart. I began to speak again only this time more firmly and maybe an octave higher than before and she says since you're raising your voice I'll just cancel the appointment. I told her that would be great and I left. To your management team: this young lady, and I use the term lady loosely, needs more training on the fingerprint station. She also needs to understand that her frustrations are not the customers issue. If she doesn't like her job she should find a new one but in this day and age it's not appropriate or safe to be rude and nasty especially when the other person is calm. More so, as a black woman myself, I was embarrassed by her behavior. That's the attitude expected of us and I implore you/her to get it together-you make us all look bad! Very unsatisfied with being charged for a fax transaction that did not go through and the Clerk was very rude and refused to refund me $20.32. I've never been charge prior to getting service and the clerk refused to give me a copy showing the fax results. He became furious and I will not ever return of recommend them, when they steal your money for no Service. DS refund for no service read more

I was in the Crowley store this morning and met Bruan, the owner. He was able to assist with my mailing needs as well as to identify the employee who helped me a few days ago. Of course I cannot now remember her name. Age is a young black woman with glasses. She was knowledgeable about what I went there to do. She was very patient and explained well what I needed to know. She was so pleasant, and I enjoyed working with her. All of the employees there are very polite and helpful, but I wanted to make mention of this employee.​ read more

This place is really... versatile lol and cool. I was needing a notary desperately and the bank was totally booked. Tyra quickly jumped into action, dropped everything she was doing. I guess she could sense my sense of urgency. I am a local law enforcement officer and this business seems to have slot of love for us. It's nice to walk into businesses and feel like you are welcome without anyone saying anything. This was not that case. Tyra was friendly and kind and literally the best ever. What I needed notarized is very private and personal information and she was very professional. If you're a first responder or military, this place also has lots of tactical gear and accessories that the employees, especially Tyra was knowledgeable about. I'll be a frequent flyer here. Instead of sitting at the bank for hours waiting on a free notary, I think I'll just come here and do it from now on. This place is convenient. If you don't want to pay for convenience, you should probably take your shipping to a dedicated carriers office. However, they can shop about anything, and it is great if you are running low on time or packing materials. What I have been charged has always been reasonable, however. Just drop your stuff, pay, and run. One other thing I have utilized here multiple times is the $3.00 per signature notary service. It is so easy to just walk in and get it done, and even a huge document isnt going to cost a lot. This place is obviously family owned and operated, and you will sometimes see them in there very late at night making signs and such (I frequent business nearby). Although this place is not a cookie-cutter corporate outlet, you get personalized service instead. I will probably use this place forever as long as I live where I do now. read more

Terrible! Last night just after 6pm, we visited Eagle Postal Center to ship a Nintendo Wii and accessories to AZ. Before parking, we drove by to make sure the Open sign was still on since we weren't sure what time they closed. As we walked up we noticed that the sign said they were open until 6:30 but the door was locked. We knocked a few times, then I saw someone walk across the hallway in the back so I knocked again. Then a few moments later, I saw the same person peering around a corner toward the door so I waved to let him I know I could see him. He walked to the door in just his stocking feet and informed us that they were already closed. I pointed out that their sign said they were open until 6:30 and it was only 6:15. His response was, "Oh, well we close a little earlier in the summer." After finding out that we needed our stuff packed and shipped he told us that he had already shut everything down, but if we didn't mind waiting he would help us. Ok great. I had already packed everything but the Wii balance board in a laptop box with packing materials. I just needed that box and the balance board put in a larger box with some packing paper or peanuts. He took a few measurements and when another customer walked in he promptly helped her with a quick Xerox copy. Then he took a few more measurements and informed me that in order to properly pack (just pack, not ship!!) my items it would cost $75. When I balked at the price, he very snidely said, "Well, do you not care if it breaks?" At that point, all I could do was try not to laugh as we walked out. Here's my points: 1. You advertise that you print signs. Print one for your hours that says, "We close a little earlier in the summer." and turn your Open sign off. 2. Don't quote me a ridiculous price just so you don't have to work. 3. Put your shoes on before answering the door for a customer. Side note: The FedEx store off of I-35 packed AND shipped my stuff for $22. I'll let you know if it breaks. read more

I guess you have to pay extra for everything these days, even a single postage stamp. This place wanted 75 cents for a single stamp and $2 for ONE business size envelope. plus they had a $5 minimum. I needed 2 stamps and the envelope. I ended up paying it because I had already been to several places and it was cold, raining and traffic was horrible due to it being right before Christmas. The owner was very condescending and tried to make me feel stupid because I didn't think getting a stamp should have a convenience fee. He could tell I was completely stressed out and he used this to his advantage. I didn't realize I had paid $2 for an envelope until I left. Also he didn't mention the $5 minimum until he had put the stamp in the envelope. I will not go back. read more

I have had wonderful experiences with this mail center. I shipped a set of vintage fine china at the last minute at Christmas time. Mark could not have been more helpful. They did a wonderful job. The China arrived on Christmas Eve in perfect shape. These people are very nice and very professional. I will definitely continue to do business with them in the future read more

BEWARE!! Terrible customer service and unprofessional behavior! This place is an authorized FedEx shipper and will take your money. If your package arrives damaged, they will NOT work with FedEx to get you reimbursed. The package was insured and they refuse to call FedEx to file a claim. This is a very shady practice. They take your money and give nothing in return. There is a REAL Fedex location close by, in Burleson that we will use in the future. After I initially posted this review, we were called at home by someone from their company yelling at my husband, complaining about me posting a review! read more

i was there the other night when i watched the owner deal with an extremely crazy woman. she was cursing and raising her voice and just acting terrible. all over a couple of dollars. this lady got bent out of shape because she didnt like the price. the owner was very nice and tried to explain what the situation was but she wasnt having it. he asked her several times if she didnt want to do business with them then there were plenty of other places she could go. she said everybody else is closed i dont have a choice. he was very nice to her and tried to help her. she cussed him on the way out...what a shame...great job on handling cray cray sir!!!! read more
