I was in a long line for counter service with same 2 packages. A lady came out from the back with a scanner ready to help anyone she could. Scanned both my packages in 5 seconds & I was on my way. Highly recommend the Mansfield Post Office! The Arlington Tate office on SW Green Oaks needs to learn from them on how to provide great customer service.

Despite the workload, he remained calm, patient, polite, and consistently helpful. He moved seamlessly between responsibilities without ever appearing rushed, frustrated, or rude--something that is incredibly rare and deeply appreciated. What stood out most was his demeanor: always smiling, respectful, and reassuring, even under pressure. On top of that, he managed to take the best passport photos our 2 1/2-year-old has ever had--and we have professional photos taken twice a year. Anyone who has worked with toddlers knows how impressive that is. DJ exemplifies what public service should look like. His professionalism, kindness, efficiency, and ability to handle high demand with grace deserve formal recognition. For the extra $1.50 it costs to ship, it is definitely worth my while to have it mailed to the apartment. Cost of stamps are expensive, but gotta have them if I want to mail anything.

Also I was told that I have to tape my packages closed before I get to the post office as well. That's new to me. Usually the employees tape it for me.
