Post offices always have low ratings because there is no incentive to post the goods like a restaurant. Both the people working the afternoon of Friday May 8th were delightful and helpful even though it was right at closing time. So maybe we need to MPRGA - make postal reviews great again. At the time of our visit, DJ was the only employee working both the front desk and passport processing, while multiple customers were waiting. Despite the workload, he remained calm, patient, polite, and consistently helpful. He moved seamlessly between responsibilities without ever appearing rushed, frustrated, or rude--something that is incredibly rare and deeply appreciated. What stood out most was his demeanor: always smiling, respectful, and reassuring, even under pressure. On top of that, he managed to take the best passport photos our 2 1/2-year-old has ever had--and we have professional photos taken twice a year. Anyone who has worked with toddlers knows how impressive that is. DJ exemplifies what public service should look like. His professionalism, kindness, efficiency, and ability to handle high demand with grace deserve formal recognition. Employees like him are the reason people leave government offices feeling relieved instead of stressed. DJ absolutely deserves commendation--and frankly, a raise. read more

I continue to call about keys to my mailbox, with no resolution. Today, I called over 10 times back to back and no one picked up the phone. I even googled to see if today was a holiday...bc surely someone would pick up? No. I am so ready to move so that this isn't the post office I have to deal with anymore. read more

As soon as I walk in to drop off my return your two employees working this afternoon had the most sour attitude, especially the female. I had several packages, 1 I had a QR code, one label I needed to print off , and another that was going internationally. I was bouncing back between both employees who would send me back out into the lobby to do another step. I have never sent anything internationally so I was obviously needing much direction. I come back in the office and I'm sure they're giggling about the fact that I'm bothered by all of the in and out. Finally get my international shipping slip filled out and she tried to charge me for priority, which was not what I wanted nor did she ask. She saw that the guy next to her handed me a different one because I needed international not priority in the US. Honestly, you could work anywhere but if you're that miserable you should quit. The sour attitude was highly contagious and I definitely will avoid this location due to your 2 sour employees. UPS has WAY better customer service than this. For a company that pays well and has great benefits you think your employees would be nicer. I can also see not much is done about it due to all the terrible reviews which makes me feel like we are all talking about the same people Also while in the lobby another customer made a comment that she gets nervous talking to the woman employee because she's so rude. read more

Unfortunately my granddaughter in Crowley, TX has had bank cards & a special Christmas card sent by me to her & was told by Chad he was the supervisor & any complaints she had would go to him so not to waste her time. The other worker Shawna apparently was rude & neither one were helpful in assisting her getting her mail. They are making this impossible for her to get any mail delivery. Is there anyone that could recommend a solution? I don't have money to just throw out & now she won't have a Christmas gift. read more

if you don't have questions or concerns and you're just there to drop off mail or something this is a decent post office. But otherwise it's horrible. Mostly because of the people who work there. The 3 times I've gone in there all 3 associates I interacted with (2 females and 1 male) had really stink attitudes. They clearly hate working there but that's not the customers fault nor business. I've lived in Crowley for 15 years and don't really go to the post office that often, but the times I have been....it's been great. Horrible post office. Mail lady is incompetent and untrustworthy. Packages don't get delivered and when we look on our tracking it says delivery attempted no one home, noticed left must pickup at post office. First someone was always home, second we have camera and no one tried to deliver it, third the package was never to be signed. She could had left it by the door. When I went to pick it up at the post office I got attitude from the lady behind the counter. Rude and unprofessional. read more

Renee our postal driver threw our mail across a vehicle with a nasty note saying move the car. Problem was the car wasn't ours. This problem has continued for a year. Now we have a POBox and she sends all the mail back to the original sender requesting the new address be corrected by them. She's a nightmare. The only ray of hope for getting your mail is from DJ. He is kind and considerate in trying to help. The other lady would walk to the doorway to pretend to get our mail turn around in front of us walk back without looking and say we had no mail. It's the most untrustworthy group of ladies ever. read more

Derelle Jameson Was very, very rude. Upon entering the lobby of the post office I was greeted and asked how I could be helped. I responded by stating that I'd like to return the items I'd placed on the counter. Both items were boxed but the larger box was not taped. Derelle Jameson Proceeded to "ask" in a very nasty tone, "you got ya tape with ya today". Surprised, as I frequent this location very frequently and have NEVER BEEN ASKED THIS, I said no, I come here all of the time and I've never had this problem before but I'm happy to buy tape if necessary. It was pretty obvious that Derelle Jameson was just "flexing his post office muscle" because obviously if I had tape with me the box would have been closed. Nevertheless, Derelle Jameson responded by saying "I'm not saying it's a problem but do you know I'm the only person that's been here in two years...basically disputing the fact that I come there all the time...calling me a liar. I was offended and clarified by saying "you may be the only full time person here but there are absolutely other clerks that work this Lobby because I've only seen you once. My zip code is76036 this is MY post office." He says" well it's not a problem, I can go ahead and tape it up" which pissed me off. If it's not a problem why have all that unnecessary and RUDE, power trippy conversation with a customer? I see now why I've only seen him at the counter once in all of the times I've been there...he doesn't belong there. USPS needs to Keep him stashed in the back where he belongs. I imagine his personality agrees far better with that of envelopes and boxes as compared to humans!
