It's been so long since I've left a review of this spot. You guys... this is a US Post Office like any other. Actually, I would argue that it's larger and has more parking and employees on deck than the average post office, but I suppose I've only been to so many in my life. My wife and I were getting our passports with our female daughter (not even one-year-old); the woman helping us was very professional and made the experience seamless. However, two male workers were graphically and descriptively describing women in a very sexual nature, saying things like, "Back in my day, I would've taken advantage of that young body regardless of how old she was." It made my wife uncomfortable, so she had to step out. Meanwhile, I didn't want to cause a scene with my daughter and just wanted to be gone from this location. One of the men was a significantly older white man, and the other was African American-looking in his late 40s. I recommend never going inside unless you want to potentially experience hearing or being treated to inappropriate and unprofessional behavior. read more

The older white man needs to take a class on customer service. I received a slip on my door that I had a certified letter. I scanned the QR code to schedule redelivery for 3 days later, when I knew I'd be home. That did not happen. So, I received another notice and raced out the door to try to make the 20 minute drive to pick up my letter, not seeing the available for pickup 9/11. The next day. ‍. I race in the door, so glad that I made it before closing, and the guy says that it can't be picked up until tomorrow. I say, oh my gosh, I didn't even see that. He responds with, well, you should've read it. I asked him if there was anyway that I could sign anything right now, so that it could be redelivered as I had spoken with my mailman over the weekend who said that he would deliver it to me on Monday and that didn't happen. he responded with a very stern no now I need you to step aside. The woman at the end of the counter did go and look to see if the letter was back with the mail carrier. She was so nice and helpful even though I had not been in her line. The way this man treated me was rude and disrespectful. Our tax dollars at work! I will say that the black women was extremely nice and understanding about the mixup. read more

My mail carrier signed HIS name for MY package and said he left it because NO ONE WAS HOME. I never got my package. I tried to file a claim online but it got denied because it was determined it was delivered and SIGNED BY AN INDIVIDUAL. This is not acceptable. read more

There's a white guy that started yelling at us because we asked his a question and he started to yell at us telling that he couldn't hear us, but when a guy of his own color came he talked to him nicely but he saw that we were Mexican so he started to be rude at us and he was very unfriendly, to us that was being racist towards us the Hispanic people. read more

Went there to ask some questions about the passports, some old white guy screamed that he wasn't doing passports, two times. While he saw that the two other white dude behind us also were there for the passport he told them to step to the side with a softer voice while having only yelled at the two clear hispanic women. Kennedale Post Office Worst delivery and customer service I've ever seen in the postal service. It's embarrassing cause I am a former carrier and my entire family works there or has already retired from there. My mail carrier returned my mail and packages as undeliverable due to us moving and not leaving a return address which never happened. Lied and said my packages were not there yesterday but scanned today undeliverable. Never got a call back with an explanation from supervisor Kim. read more

The African American women who does passport renewals can literally kiss my ass. I was renewing my boys' passports and accidentally filled out the wrong application because I didn't realize they didn't qualify for a renewal, they had to submit a new application. She said "you better hurry up" ... the fuck. I had an appointment, I wasn't intruding on anybody and their time. Then she said my birth certificates being laminated was gonna be a problem and I said I'll wait for them to request new ones directly from me, by then new ones will come in the mail anyways. Told her to still send them off. She proceeded to hand everything back to me. I said are you not gonna send it off ? She got loud in front of everyone there and started saying some BULLSHIT IN A RUDE ASS MANNER. I walked away. This is the worst behavior from a public servant. Like the fuck, you could at least learn how to talk to people if your gonna work FOR THE PUBLIC ! read more

The lady that drops off mail during the week is very nice and a great person but i don't know if it's a different person who delivers on Saturdays because for some reason every time I have a package scheduled for delivery on a Saturday it never arrives and always says "No access to Delivery location". I live in apartments but there's no gate around them or anything and should be easy to deliver packages but I don't if USPS doesn't deliver packages on Saturdays or if the person delivering on Saturdays is just too lazy to deliver packages to the door or something because packages usually arrive at my door when it's during the week. read more

I am a new mailbox holder at this Arlington post office, and I really am happy as a clam. Located just a few minutes south of the 30 Freeway, there is a HUGE parking lot that greets you with tons of room to park, and get around, without feeling like cars are right on top of one another. As well, there are two decent sized entry's & exit' s depending on the direction of your travel. Nice right. Outside, the lot is very clean, with no debris or over grown weeds, lawns are neatly trimmed and pretty. Several trees provide well timed shade for warmer Texas days. Even with the postal service struggling financially, this location looks immaculate. Inside there are plenty of mailing supplies, with an automated weight and shipping center. Counters are clutter free, floors are clean. I feel like the love that goes into making this humble place pristine really shows and they take pride in it's appearance, which I greatly appreciate. I could not say any of these positive attributes about my former post office in Oak Cliff, sadly. Service has been very friendly for me. The female clerk who helped me open my po box several weeks ago was so kind and thorough, what a treat. I felt every bit of her respect and willingness to help, love it!! Doors are unlocked if you wish to come early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. It's a very quiet and safe neighborhood which in turn allows such flexible hours to pick up our mail and/or use additional postal services. If you are ever in the area, this post office can handle your needs and get you going pretty quickly to finish running other errands. All they need is a margarita machine and chair massages....oh yeah. ;))) read more

The people at this post office suck! I ordered a DVD on May 25, 2020 and according to the UPS website it was delivered on June 1, 2020 at the post office in Arlington, TX. According to the USPS website, the DVD was delivered on May 31, 2020 to the post office in Carrollton, TX and was still there. Most likely one of those degenerates that works at the post office stole it or delivered it to the wrong address! A few years ago, a postal worker was busted for stealing mail here in Arlington. This post office has lost at least four of my rent checks and failed to deliver my diabetic supplies six times! President Trump has refused to bailout the postal service and I don't blame him! Maybe it is time for the postal service to go bust and be dissolved! read more

This is the most incompetent operation I have ever seen. They deliver my mail to the wrong address, they just skip me some days when informed delivery emails say there is mail. I placed a mail hold on line when we went out of town and they did not hold my mail for the first four days. You can't get a phone number to call them and when you go in to the office there will be one clerk moving in slow motion and a line out the door. A post office that can't deliver mail is like a burger place with no hamburgers. What is the point. Close them down and let UPS take over. read more

So I've had a package at this post office for about a week. As you can see the hours on the redelivery slip says 9-6 M-F 8:30-2 Sat. I get there on Tuesday after work at about 5:50 and they are closed. I got there at 12:10 today, Saturday, and the man at the counter with 2 other workers yells at me that they are closed. I said your joking. This slip says your open until 2. He said those are wrong we're closed. If I could give 0 stars I would. He could have very easily let me sign for my package and gave it to me. read more

Pretty decent post office. The staff is friendly for the most part. It's pretty big inside and there are kiosks for self postage needs. Always pretty quick service too for a weekday afternoon or Saturday morning. read more

Mail is always in box by 10 a.m. Walked right up to window with passport documents and was in and out in less than ten minutes !

I would give a -10 review if that was possible. You can't reach a person via a phone call to this location We have had numerous and repeated issues with mail delivery and mail pick up. When I finally got a person to answer the phone at this location, she was rude, obviously "too busy" to talk to a customer, and gave conflicting and garbled answers to my questions. Unbelievablely horrible customer service over the phone and with actual mail delivery and pick up. And postal rates keep going up! read more

I HATE this Post Office with a passion. I've had to deal with them since moving to Texas. I've had packages lost through them and they are completely useless when it comes to help. They are rude and have zero customer service skills. I'm far from a "Karen" and tend to give grace because the holidays are never fun in a Post Office. Today was the last straw for me. We went in for a passport, got there and was in line at 3:30pm. Got to the counter at 3:35 and she tries to tell me they aren't taking anymore applications. I point out that the State Dept and USPS website say 4pm. SHE THEN LIES TO MY FACE AND SAYS ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE DONE BY 3:30PM. Oh really? Because Bardin has appointments until 3:45. I came home and called the help line for US Passports and they confirmed that the cutoff time is 4pm, not 3:30pm and there was no reason she couldn't do the application. Besides the fact it only takes 15 minutes to take a picture and collect an already filled out application. I've never met a group of people so unhappy with their lives that they go out of their way to bring misery to others. read more

You would never expect to get such great customer service especially at a post office, but I did. The folks here are so nice and lovely and the guy with the gray hair (sorry didn't catch his name) is super funny. The wait was a bit long because it's close to closing time but they kept us laughing and smiling which is why I didn't mind waiting. read more
