Turn right when you see the Comerica Bank at L Don Dodson Drive and I recommend going slowly because the entrance is directly after for the parking lot and a different drive in a few feet after for the vehicle drop box. This location DOES NOT have a self service kiosk and they DO NOT have 'Flat Rate,' 'Priority Mail,' or 'Express' boxes, but they did have one 'Priority Mail' and a handful of 'Express' letter sized envelopes available. The lobby is open as most are for customers to access their P.O. Boxes after hours and there is a drop box for packages. I needed to drop off a parcel using a QR code. Once I arrived, I found plenty of free parking, but…read morethe best part was the super convenient self-service system. I could see a line as I walked in, but just after entering, there was a blue locker-looking machine where I could scan my QR code. The system printed the shipping label for me to attach to my parcel, and then I was able to drop it off right there and then. I simply followed the prompts, selected the parcel size, and one of the available lockers opened automatically to accommodate it. Dropped off, done, and out the door! I was in and out in less than three minutes. No waiting in line, no fuss, no unnecessary interaction -- just a super efficient and straightforward process.

This is a complaint for not receiving the service I paid for. Standard Overnight Saturday delivery…read more I dropped off the package Noon on Friday paid $57 for Saturday by 5p delivery. Package wasn't received until the following Monday evening. I went in and the manager said I had to go through Customer Service online/phone and this turned out to be a nightmare - I tried on multiple days for over a week after the package was delivered to get a refund/discount. I finally reached a manager who told me I had to wait until the their accounting showed payment was received. I waited longer and now get a new message after I tried to apply for a billing adjustment. That the package was delivered over 15 days ago and not eligible for a refund. I am just exhausted by this process. I will just use the post office or UPS or LoneStar overnight from here on out. Please educate yourself about their refund process and know it is truly difficult to get your money back.
