Her peer was asking me the necessary questions to get my business done however, when Kim scanned my barcode, she just looked at me and said it expired. I asked, "how I feel like they just sent it to me." They said I had 20 days and she said, "it's not my policy. It's the United States post office policy.." and just look at me with the blank face. Because she was unable to provide me any additional information while she was looking inside of her computer screen that I believe had that information I then asked to speak to a manager. Kim went and got a manager very flippantly and never came back. I think they should have some better customer service and/or sensitivity training. People shouldn't be treated that way. I was very respectful my entire visit and was able to wrap up my visit very well with her peer. He was very very friendly. I should've got his name. However, Kim, given the fact that you work in a customer facing environment, you should learn how to be more customer service oriented because I gotta tell you your work professional could've use some improvement.

Turn right when you see the Comerica Bank at L Don Dodson Drive and I recommend going slowly because the entrance is directly after for the parking lot and a different drive in a few feet after for the vehicle drop box. This location DOES NOT have a self service kiosk and they DO NOT have 'Flat Rate,' 'Priority Mail,' or 'Express' boxes, but they did have one 'Priority Mail' and a handful of 'Express' letter sized envelopes available. The lobby is open as most are for customers to access their P.O. Boxes after hours and there is a drop box for packages. This is a complaint for not receiving the service I paid for. Standard Overnight Saturday delivery…read more I dropped off the package Noon on Friday paid $57 for Saturday by 5p delivery. Package wasn't received until the following Monday evening. I went in and the manager said I had to go through Customer Service online/phone and this turned out to be a nightmare - I tried on multiple days for over a week after the package was delivered to get a refund/discount. I finally reached a manager who told me I had to wait until the their accounting showed payment was received. I waited longer and now get a new message after I tried to apply for a billing adjustment. That the package was delivered over 15 days ago and not eligible for a refund. I am just exhausted by this process. I will just use the post office or UPS or LoneStar overnight from here on out. Please educate yourself about their refund process and know it is truly difficult to get your money back.
