This is my go-to post office; I feel most comfortable here. Good employees that are knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Beware that sometimes there is a wait. But if you have a prepaid label, there is a self-help kiosk that's open 25/7. This location has the latest stamps for Christmas. They even have beautiful Mary and Jesus stamps! Shipping packages can get expensive. So before you box up, come inside and get a free box. You can check out the prices while inside, and definitely save some cash cash. read more

I came in today to pick up mail as well as to confirm my change of address because it needed to be done in person by barcode. When I came in, Kim wasn't very attentive. Her peer was asking me the necessary questions to get my business done however, when Kim scanned my barcode, she just looked at me and said it expired. I asked, "how I feel like they just sent it to me." They said I had 20 days and she said, "it's not my policy. It's the United States post office policy.." and just look at me with the blank face. Because she was unable to provide me any additional information while she was looking inside of her computer screen that I believe had that information I then asked to speak to a manager. Kim went and got a manager very flippantly and never came back. I think they should have some better customer service and/or sensitivity training. People shouldn't be treated that way. I was very respectful my entire visit and was able to wrap up my visit very well with her peer. He was very very friendly. I should've got his name. However, Kim, given the fact that you work in a customer facing environment, you should learn how to be more customer service oriented because I gotta tell you your work professional could've use some improvement. read more

There is a women at the front desk that I interacted witha few minutes ago for the third time that has been rude and unhelpful, if she does not like her job she should get a new one and not take her unhappiness out on customers. It appears she does not like old white guys, but we have no control over this, unlike her attitude toward the public. read more

Almost daily the Carrier leaves the door down after putting mail in box. This is on almost all homes. I found one piece of mail for a neighbor across the street sitting in front yard. How hard is it to shut the door on the mail box. read more

I use the informed delivery service. I should have received a card in the mail Wed, it was not delivered nor was it delivered on Thursday. I called the Davis postoffice. It rang ten times then hung up. called back same thing. Customer service and delivery service have much to improve on. read more

The clerks here are awful! I had a package that was not delivered to me (despite them saying they knocked on my door at 4:02pm...I was in my living room all day). I rescheduled pickup for that Wednesday. I take time off work to go pick it up in person since they can't even deliver a package right...and the clerks spend 30 mins telling me my package wasn't there to be picked up...despite the confirmation email I had from USPS saying otherwise. Turns out they were looking up the completely wrong tracking number (not even close to my tracking number I gave them). After fighting with them (since their suggestion was just to tell me to come back again sometime later...they couldn't tell me when it would be ready), they finally realized the number was wrong and WOULDNT YOU KNOW...my package was there after all. The mail carrier is very inconsiderate. I moved into a house and put our name on the mailbox on day 1. I continue to get the mail from the previous residents. I spoke with him about it and showed him the names on the box, but he continues to give us the wrong mail. He's always talking on his phone and cannot be bothered. I have tried to contact the post office and no one answers the phone. If I could give this post office zero stars I would. Why would you hire people that clearly cannot read printed labels with names on them and match the names to the mail? Isn't this a basic idea of the post office. Reading names and numbers????? Disgracefully. Today, the substitute mailman left with my package still in his truck. When I called out to him, he couldn't hear me. Guess why: yup! He had his earbuds in!!! This location and its employees are literally killing my small business. None of my packages are EVER scanned, even when I take them in and hand them to the employees myself. I have sent hundreds of emails, spent hours on the phone and nothing has changed. I am a single mom with four custody and no support of my daughter and I am trying to make a life for the two of us. This location of the post office is squashing all of my hard work and dedication by not scanning my packages. They are not scanned in for over a week. Although the staff inside the post office are very kind the postal workers who deliver the mail, are too lazy to actual do their jobs. If you have certified mail that requires a signature they won't come to your door. They will claim you are not home. Use FedEx or UPS for items that require signature. read more

This post office is great! The staff is patient and willing to answer any questions you may have. I was trying to use the self checkout and couldn't exactly figure it out on my own. A very nice brunette, who I didn't catch their name, came over and took me through all the steps to get my package shipped! I would honestly just shut down this post office. The quick service door is supposed to open at 7:30am. When I rang the door bell for service no one came and helped me out, instead they were in the back laughing and making jokes. And then one of the employer's opened the door and said "What do you want" and just as I was about to speak she "5 more minutes" and then shuts the door at my face!! I gave this facility 5 stars because I always have a good experience here. The people who work here are pleasant and helpful and have great attitude. The facility itself as you can see in the pictures is very accommodating in various ways. Except for all services that are available at most USPS they have a greeting cards display, a great self service station and the mailbox area... just look at it, awesome. It is kept in a very comfortable temperature and clean, quiet and very efficient. Ample parking with very wide spaces and for me the whole experience is good. I come here even though there's another post office right on my way to and from work which I skip (they received a 2 star ) because I rather not go there and go out of my way for a better service. *Review ONLY about USPS Tracking Service* Worst USPS tracking service. I have shipped several items at this post office, hoping that they would learn to update their tracking system but they never do. If tracking is paid for, it is expected for USPS to update the package's location when it arrives or departs at each destination. I have been left wondering if my package has ever been scanned, shipped, or has arrived at my customer's doorstep. Many times USPS will only update the tracking system when it has been delivered, but it is not always accurate. Items have came several days late even though the tracking had said the package had been delivered. Phone calls to this USPS location were made to check up on the tracking situation, and I could never get ahold of anybody. My suggestion is to take your package somewhere else that actually cares about the safety of your package, so that you can track your package without having to constantly worry if the item ever gets shipped or not. read more

This place has got to be the Worst at professionalism, and customer service that I would never expect from the U.S. Postal Service! WORST EVER! The man that was working behind the counter instead of being any kind of helpful what-so-ever, let alone a decent human being, passed us over down the line to the empty cash register without an employee. (which he saw was not there) Also the other man who was previously there saw us needing help as he proceeded to find anything else to do in order to avoid me, and also my girlfriend. I'm sick and tired of getting someone else's mail besides my own!! It happens about twice a week EVERY week and today, the carrier delivered MY package to the wrong address! Is the level of imcompetency with this letter carrier so high that he can't even match the four numbers painted on my house to the four numbers on the mail?!?! I tried to call the post office themselves, but it just rings and after ten rings, disconnects the call. If I could have given 0 stars, I would have. This post office needs to be closed, because it is absolutely THE WORST!!! I live in an apartment, with not only mail boxes, but parcel boxes. They have to leave a key in the mailbox so you can open the parcel box. My problem is the carrier consistently forgets to put the parcel key in my box, so I am unable to get my package that was delivered. What is worse, is this post office NEVER answers their phone, so there is no way to get help, unless you drive there and talk to them in person. There have been numerous packages that this has happened with, 10 to be exact. I went there for the 3 rd time to tell them I still don't have my package, and the Post Master has left for the day..... it was 4:15 pm. They close at 5 pm. This morning when I spoke with him, gave him my phone number and he said he would call me, which of course he never did. I am screwed because this scenario keeps happening!! It is beyond frustrating. Postal worker stealing Amazon packages out of my mailbox and holding my mail without warning. It's been 3 weeks since I've gotten my mail delivered. The post office won't answer the phone. I had one note to trim a tree that is 14 feet from my mailbox but no other note about holding mail because of it. She can steal packages from the box but can't deliver my mail? I have an issue with an expensive item that was mailed on Christmas Eve. I stood in line to make sure that I was given a scan receipt rather than just drop it into one of the bins at the end of the counter. There hasn't been ANY update since (today is the 1st of January). I drove back with the scan receipt to try and get some kind of update prior to writing this. The woman that appears to be in charge of this just blew me off with NO attempts to understand or listen to the details of the situation. I have never had an issue like this with any of the the several hundreds of items that I have shipped and insured. I can't believe the lack of professionalism from the woman supposedly in charge of this place/process. There must be others with more pride and integrity to hold this position. read more

Pitiful! Can't get my mail to me but sure can get mail from 2 blocks away in my mail box. Might as well spit in the wind as to call the North Richland Hills, TX branch. They never answer the phone and if you go up there you the "lady" you talk to is very, very rude. Now they have lost a package and of course, no one answers the phone. Missing mail is a constant issue for this Post Office. Many checks and notices disappeared. I am not sure what to do anymore, as I have not received a single reply to my any of my complaints. It is very difficult to run a business when you depend on mail that does not arrive. read more

I had a P. O. Box here for 6 months. They "lost" 2 packages worth 1000.00 combined. The tracking on both said delivered. When I called they said oh yeah that was Gabriella. Call back between 3-11 am. So I tried several times and no one ever picked up. I called several more times, again no one answered. I talked to them in person and they just tell me we don't have the packages. Unbelievable that these government workers are not held accountable for their actions. There's one of two things going on at this post office. 1, they are stealing these items, 2, they are placing them in the wrong box. They absolutely don't care. This location is a total disgrace to the USPS. Had my mail on hold for vacation for one week. Went to pick up and it was nowhere to be found. The person that waited on me who could barely speak English came back three times to ask my last name. Thirty minutes later they found it. We get other residents mail delivered to our address. It's usually empty and the process of getting your passport is super fast the employees that are work at this location are friendly. We moved into our house 12/31/2019. We went to 2 other post offices before we were able to find the right one. We went to get our mailbox key since our street does the combined mail boxes (stupid). We were given 2 keys and told the box would be changed within next couple of days and the new keys will only work new box..... Well, here we are at Jan 11th 2020 and still no new box, keys still dont work. I have no idea where our mail is at or has been going to. We are waiting on important documents that we need. I went to the post office on 01/13 to inquire about our lock that still hasn't been changed. I was helped by Diana who was probably one of the most unprofessional people I've had to work with. When asking about the lock she rudely explained that there are people from December still waiting on their lock.....DECEMBER, SERIOUSLY?!?! Why?? I simply dont understand why it would take this long as it shouldn't be that difficult of a task. This location should be ashamed of themselves for their lack of care, work ethic and professionalism. She told me to catch the mail carrier when doing their route -- I work! I am at work during the day, I cannot catch the mail carrier. She also told me to put my mail on hold and pickup at the post office. OK so now I have to go out of my way to get the mail that IS SUPPOSED TO DELIVER TO MY HOUSE? ISN'T THAT WHAT MY MONEY GOES TOWARDS, THEIR JOBS? I just tried calling to speak with the manager on duty and that's a joke too. I'm not one to usually post a review about places but I feel I had to this time. I have lived in NRH for a few months now and have had to deal with these people multiple times. Each time I go to this location I feel the professionalism gets worse and the attitudes get bigger. Today was no different. I had called and asked that a package be left at the station so that I could come pick it up before leaving town. I was told that that would not be a problem. I go there right at open to get my package and was told that "it's already on the truck and we're not going to unload it just to get your mail". This was before he even check my ID/address. I explained that I was told it would be held for me and proceeded to give him my ID. WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING he tells me that the package was indeed on the truck and I would get it when it was delivered today and hands my ID back. After trying to get him to check for it with no avail, I leave w/o my mail. If this was a real business people would have lost their jobs over some of the things they've done here. This place needs to have the bad apples cleaned from the orchard. read more
