I have a USPS account, but it wouldn't allow me to place a letter in the address where my friend says there's one. I went in to pay for the package and ask the question of how to write the label online. While waiting in line, I've noticed all the notes on the pixie glass from this worker's station. I mentioned to Marcus that he's so loved and I think he appreciated the compliment. As I was waiting in line, Marcus worked on two customers at a time. When one was finishing up, he asked the next customer to come up. He works very efficiently and fast! I asked Marcus how to write my friend's address next time. I came in and politely asked about my mail, after my change of address had not been activated yet after two weeks. he asked me "did they scan your ID when you changed the address here?" i don't remember. he says "so you came a week ago and you don't remember?" ... Took a computer CPU that I sold on eBay to USPS to ship to the buyer...just going to Oklahoma City. I give it to the clerk, he scans the QR code eBay sent me for shipping, I get the receipt and he puts it in a box for me. A week later, I am told he hasn't received it yet. I go to the post office, talk to someone inside, and they take the information, and see that it was placed in the route box for Oklahoma City...but nothing went past that. I had to wait another week to fine a claim against it (after eBay took my payment back OUT of my bank), and USPS actually DENIED my claim, saying I didn't provide them proof that I gave the item to them at all! I had copies of the receipt from dropping it off, the shipping tracker from the post office showing it was placed in the Oklahoma route bin, and everything! But they REFUSED to repay me for it....so now I am out $350!!! read more

Very poor service. The crusty individual who does passports needs a coffee or a lesson in being nicer to people who pay their salary. I would recommend using either UPS, FedEx, or use USPS.com to put those people out of work. They need some life adjustments. read more

I am a small business owner and receive many check payments by mail. They are always from an insurance company and addressed to my company name. Some of the envelopes also have the recipient information (Me) typed in directly on the check and put in an envelope with a clear opening,and it is very easy to see that is typed on a check. For last 4 months every single envelope with a check ( no other envelopes) have some type of opening - usually 2 inches at one corner,but it was hard to say if the it wasn't glued properly or a person attempted to see what is inside. Today - Nov/01/2020,one of those envelopes came completely open and thorn - just where it was previously glued. It became obvious to me that this is an attempt of someone working for USPS to steal money (checking if there was a money order,maybe a blank check or even cash. This is a criminal act and it is outrageous that t happens in a federal government agency. Years ago I have had issues with a very rude deliver woman who refused to deliver my mail because people were throwing advertisement pamphlets on ground and she DECIDED that it was me who was doing that and even left a not saying " I am not your FKN maid".I did file a complaint with the post master official in Fort Worth,TX and he took no action,I went to the local post office and other rude one told me it is my fault and even treated me with police!? If I was up to me I would never use USPS and I dont use them to ship,but other companies and people use them when they are sending stuff to me. Absolutely, DON'T mail anything of significance from this facility. Also, if I may add, if you know you have anything that is worth money (checks/money) heading your way, ask that person to send it by FED-EX or whatever other secure shipping there may be. I signed up to have my mail scanned and emailed to me, generally what is scanned, I get the same day or the next day. A check from the Gov't was mailed to me on Thursday and should have (per my scanned mail) arrived on Monday. One of the pieces of mail was in my box, but not the check. Again, they were scanned together. I gave it another day, it still did not show up. I went to the PO on Wednesday and asked about it and was given a sketchy answer, one that didn't make sense. I was told sometimes the mail is accidentally put in different bins and may take a bit longer. Well, that's hard to believe. If they were scanned at the same time and one arrived just fine, where was the other one and of course it was a check. As soon as I left, in the car, I stopped payment on the check and made sure it was delivered again by FED-EX. When I stopped by the PO on Harwood, I explained the crap I went through and by the looks on their faces and by their silence, I knew this PO is as shady as one could be. I got a post office box 18 months ago, thinking it would solve my mail problems. Nope. Anyone who writes to my home address gets their mail returned to them as undeliverable, because the regular mail carrier refuses to deliver to my house. This has included everything from personal postcards to my water bill. Apparently, it's too difficult to walk ten feet, and drop the mail in my PO box. Every Tuesday, I get a wad of junk mail delivered to my house, I guess because that's the day the regular mail carrier is off. So, it's physically possible to deliver to my house. The regular guy just can't be bothered. I also still get mail delivered to my house that is NOT addressed to me. I get my neighbor's mail. I get mail for the office building around the corner with a similar address. What I don't get is mail actually addressed to me. read more

This is the second Friday in a row that I've not had a package delivered. Last Friday, I had an Amazon delivery (a textbook needed for school) marked "Undeliverable" late in the day after the post office closed. Really? Even though I've been at my address for 8 years? Luckily, it showed up the next day, and the status changed to "Delivered." Today, according to my package tracking app, my package was marked "Delivered." Sooooooo, where is it? I did have mail from another address in my mailbox. My package was either delivered erroneously or is still on the truck. I think the staff does a great job. When I stand in line waiting to be helped I sometimes wonder how the clerks keep their sanity. Personally, I think they have a difficult and unappreciated job. The only frustration that I run in to at this post office is that they're always busy and there's usually a long wait. It would be nice if they could add additional staff but I can certainly understand if this isn't do-able due to budgeting. read more

I've had some pretty bad experiences with post offices in general but today I had two encounters here that really blew me away. I got a notification that my package would be delivered today by 7pm but I have a flight this morning and I won't be back for over a week. I showed up at 7am and one of the employees was just pulling up (mind you they don't open until 8:30). It was a watch and I need it for work, being in aviation, and I explained that to the employee. She went in and sorted through the days deliveries and was about to get it for me. Later this morning I had to drop off a package that was fairly large. The woman behind the counter was able to find me a box with bubble wrap in the back that would fit the shipment. Overall super impressed read more

The personnel at this post office is great, they are friendly and helpful, but the problem here is the building in itself. First of all, if this is a federal facility, shouldn't there be a Janitorial team cleaning up all the dirt and grime? They had some construction done last year and the cement particles are still on the boxes and counters. I am paying for a PO Box, yet I have to go inside to retrieve my packages with the pink slip, since the large boxes for large packages have the lock broken and haven't been fixed. The amount we pay for the box is pretty high and keeps going up, not one or two dollars, but $15.00 to $20.00 in a year. read more

By far the laziest postal workers I've ever encountered. That laziness is only outweighed by their apathy towards the people they serve. I have lived at my current address for six months and have already had to go up to this office multiple times because their delivery personnel refuse to attempt to deliver packages even if the residents are home. On a day that I'm expecting a delivery, I'll find a "sorry we missed you card" in my mailbox instead of the item I've tracking. Then I go up to the office to find it filled with people who are there for the same reasons I am. Only to then be treated poorly by the people working the counter because it seems too much hassle for them to go find the packages that should have been delivered to our homes in the first place. Were this a business, I'd tell everyone to avoid it like the plague. Sadly, it's a government service that is responsible for delivering our mail. Unacceptable and wish everyone from this location would get fired so we can maybe get some people who care about upholding their responsibility to their surrounding residents. read more

I made the mistake of having an item shipped to an address I thought I was moving to in Euless, but midshipment my move got cancelled so I was in a panic to intercept the package. Jason was a big help stopping the package from being delivered and instead held it at the post office for me to pick up. The two men working the front counter are very funny and friendly. I felt bad because I couldn't understand some things the man helping me said due to his mask and the woman next to me being loud. By far the most rudest people ever. I put my mail on hold and went to go pick it up. The manager came out and yelled at me for picking it up early and was trying to refuse me my mail. She kept yelling at me saying why bother to put mail on hold if I'm going to pick it up early. I had to yell back and tell her it's a crime to withhold mail. The entire staff at this location is beyond rude and lazy/slow as ever! I'll waste my time and gas to go to a different location when mailing out things. read more

I get that many of the issues with any post office are due to regulations and rules, but, to be blunt, there are just some rude people working at this location. I arrived to pick up a package slightly before the 8:30 AM opening , and understood I needed to wait. An older gentleman decided they should be open and rang the bell. Even though it wasn't 8:30 yet she chose to help him. Another gentleman made the same request (and by now it was after 8:30) and was rudely told he could get help when she opened. Several people waiting in the lobby noted how rude she was. But I was willing to let it slide because, frankly, they knew the lobby wasn't open. When the lobby finally did open it was 10 minutes late. The reason for the delay? The person responsible for opening was the one who handled the older man's request. The other 3 employees could not, or would not, open the doors. Instead they were just chatting. When the doors were finally opened I found myself dealing with the lady who had just been rude to other customers. And I got much of the same. She mumbled for me to sign my name and after I did complained that she told me to print it as well (she hadn't). She continued to be quite brusque with me as she asked for ID, asked me to print my address, and asked for other information. Realize, at this point my sole interaction with her had consisted of the phrase "I would like to pick up this package please." On other sites there are similar complaints not as much about service level as the attitude of employees. On other occassions when I was forced to use this facility I have found similar attitudes from other workers. I understand that the post office is not a great place to work, and that customers can be a pain, but if you cannot deal with the public politely, perhaps you need to seek other career opportunities. read more

Worst place to send a package. They couldn't verify the address was available in there system until they accepted my priority package and it went to be delivered. Haven't been able to get in touch with anybody about my priority package for two days now and the manager at this branch was rude and didn't seem to want to help me through this process. This is the best post office I have ever been to! For those of us who ship a lot of items, we have seen the bad and ugly of the post offices but never the good! This post office was such a good experience 1) because it was clean 2) it was "young and fresh" as an employee stated 3) THEY SHARE THEIR TAPE! I know, it's hard to believe 4) Seely was helping us mail our packages and she was the most joyful person! The employees stated that they used to have music that played while customers waited, but they had to get rid of it due to a customer complaint of a song saying "Jesus" in a state owned building... On Dec. 29, 2017 I mailed my daughter's Christmas presents to her in San Diego and was told she should receive them by Jan. 2nd. As of today, the 24th of January, she has not received them. I went to the PO and explained this to a postal worker. She told me since I didn't insure the package and paid in cash there was nothing she could do. I then asked her to please check in the back to see if it could be there or returned and she said no. I said, "you mean it's just lost?" and she said probably. Isn't that part of her job? So lazy. Government at its best. How can you tolerate service where 3 people IN ft of you can take an hour to get to the lazy person at the counter.

I understand that the holiday season is busy and hectic for any sort of delivery or mailing service so when things like packages wind up being late in December-January I'm usually very understanding. However, this time around two packages got lost in a matter of weeks. One was a Christmas gift being sent to me by a friend in Mass and one was a toy I ordered online for my cat. The gift hit "Alert" status the day before it was scheduled to be delivered to my apartment and no one knew where it was and the cat toy was "Delivered" almost a month late but it was not delivered to my apartment. I opened up two cases with USPS and was told I would be contacted by the Euless office in 2-3 business days. 5 business days later I call USPS again and tell them I have gotten no phone calls but the gift from my friend suddenly arrived a few weeks after the expected delivery time. The case was still open and under investigation so where it came from is a mystery to everyone it seems. The woman I talked to closed that case and escalated the case for the cat toy to the Euless USPS distribution office, telling them no one had gotten in touch with me about my cases and told me that I would hear from them in 2-3 business days. A couple days pass and my cat toy finally arrives but no phone call from USPS. On business day 4 at 8AM I get a phone call from the Euless USPS and the woman who spoke to me had a horrible attitude. "About your missing package, OBVIOUSLY it was misdelivered and since it went to the wrong address there's NOTHING we can do about it, it's just gone because it went to the WRONG address-" and she just kept going on like that with the tone of a cranky teenage girl. So I had to cut her off to tell her the package finally arrived a couple days prior and she replied with "Oh. I'll close your case then." and hung up on me right then and there, once again leaving me with the impression that this package just magically appeared to the knowledge of no one. This entire ordeal of playing phone tag and opening multiple cases and packages suddenly showing up months late to the knowledge of nobody combined with the USPS office's inability to call and keep me notified or updated (and giving me a horrible attitude when they finally DO call) left a horrid taste in my mouth. If changing mail delivery providers was a thing I would leave the Euless USPS in a heartbeat. read more
