I understand that the holiday season is busy and hectic for any sort of delivery or mailing service so when things like packages wind up being late in December-January I'm usually very understanding. However, this time around two packages got lost in a matter of weeks. One was a Christmas gift being sent to me by a friend in Mass and one was a toy I ordered online for my cat. The gift hit "Alert" status the day before it was scheduled to be delivered to my apartment and no one knew where it was and the cat toy was "Delivered" almost a month late but it was not delivered to my apartment. I opened up two cases with USPS and was told I would be contacted by the Euless office in 2-3 business days. 5 business days later I call USPS again and tell them I have gotten no phone calls but the gift from my friend suddenly arrived a few weeks after the expected delivery time. The case was still open and under investigation so where it came from is a mystery to everyone it seems. The woman I talked to closed that case and escalated the case for the cat toy to the Euless USPS distribution office, telling them no one had gotten in touch with me about my cases and told me that I would hear from them in 2-3 business days. A couple days pass and my cat toy finally arrives but no phone call from USPS. On business day 4 at 8AM I get a phone call from the Euless USPS and the woman who spoke to me had a horrible attitude. "About your missing package, OBVIOUSLY it was misdelivered and since it went to the wrong address there's NOTHING we can do about it, it's just gone because it went to the WRONG address-" and she just kept going on like that with the tone of a cranky teenage girl. So I had to cut her off to tell her the package finally arrived a couple days prior and she replied with "Oh. I'll close your case then." and hung up on me right then and there, once again leaving me with the impression that this package just magically appeared to the knowledge of no one. This entire ordeal of playing phone tag and opening multiple cases and packages suddenly showing up months late to the knowledge of nobody combined with the USPS office's inability to call and keep me notified or updated (and giving me a horrible attitude when they finally DO call) left a horrid taste in my mouth. If changing mail delivery providers was a thing I would leave the Euless USPS in a heartbeat. read more

March 4 - Received mail. March 5 - No Delivery. Weather There is absolutely no excuse except for weather on three days that we are not receiving mail. I don't know why we can't receive mail on a regular basis but apparently the USPS is paying our mail carrier to take two hour lunches and naps at the park on Trailwood and 15 minute smoke breaks at the end of every street in our subdivision. I work from home and I am out frequently to go on business related trips. I see the mail carrier in our neighborhood of 130 homes for hours at a time. There is no reason why it should take him 5 hours to deliver the mail. Your service is horrible and has been getting worse this year. Mail not delivered. Others mail being delivered to my house and the address isn't even close. I know you won't look into this because you don't care. One of your clerks at the counter is a friend of mine and he told that as long as your lunch isn't interrupted then you could care less what the mail carriers do. I love how they arbitrarily decided to not deliver mail to any businesses on South Pipeline on 12/24/18, Christmas Eve. Many places are open and actually waiting on budget year end checks to arrive. They are very unreliable, most business days mail is delivered after business hours (7:30-5:00). Unreal. I live in Bedford and it's the complete opposite, and you can almost set your watch to the daily mail delivery it's so consistent. read more

I have only been to the post office one time and that one time was enough. If there was somewhere else to go I would 100% go there. Last time I was there I had an attendant take my package slip walk into the back, 45 minutes later someone let me know that he had left for the day and the paper was sitting on the desk next to the door. When they went to next to the door. Someone else went to look for the package this time and came back about 15 minutes later to let me know it was lost. It turns out that he couldn't find it and didn't want t. deal with me (which is funny because I am a very small and nice person). The other reviews are old, but nothing much has changed. The only service worse than at the post office itself, is from the carrier for my street. And when I attempted to contact someone about this carrier, there was no supervisor on duty Saturday morning. And there is no contact information or name of who is supposedly in charge of this post office. After having to repair my mailbox 3 times because my carrier is to lazy to put an oversized package on the steps or return to the post office for me to pick up, I am going to have to contact the Postmaster General's Office I suppose. It's Tuesday, October 4th @ 5:24 pm and I'm still waiting for the mail to be delivered. More importantly I am waiting on a Certified Letter that was supposed to be delivered on Monday, October 3rd. The tracking # on the USPS website says my Certified Letter is out for delivery/October 3rd. I called the Euless Post Office this morning and was told - "Oh that is a small package and will be hard to locate." That was the only answer I received. I realize mistakes are made but to get an answer like this isn't acceptable it is just rude. Finally at 5:30 pm the mail was delivered and AGAIN no Certified Letter. Where the heck is my letter? It isn't lost because it says its out for delivery on the 3rd. So who ever is delivering the mail doesn't want to put forth the effort and do their job like they should? Would this require someone paying attention and getting out of the mail vehicle and walking to the door to get a signature? It's too bad the USPS isn't run like a real business instead of the lazy entitled Government. read more

The Passport Service Center (as soon as you walk thru the door, straight ahead) separate from the little door on your right that you would go to buy stamps, drop off packages,etc is very short of employees. I walked in and immediately rang the buzzer on the wall and waited for 30 mins as there was no one in sight nor nobody at the Passport counter. Same time an employee was coming in for her shift when she asked if I rang the buzzer to which I replied yes 30 mins ago and rang the buzzer a 2nd time. The employee then said if no one comes, she will attend to me. It took another 15 mins waiting time in addition to my 30 mins of already waiting and wasting time, someone finally came to the counter and attended to me. I was the only person there when I arrived but as the employee was reviewing my stuff, 2 other customers walked in and were waiting behind me. That day I visited (I arrived at 10:30 am given the Passport section opens at 9:30 am which is an hour later than when the stamp section opens) looked like there were very short of hands given almost an hour I had to wait just to send off a passport application. The positive side is I received my passport in the mail 3 weeks after submitting to this acceptance facility. I paid for routine service and for me it came in a timely manner. I've had colleagues who did theirs through here via the same ROUTINE delivery and have gotten their passports a week from when they submitted so it all depends on the time of year you choose to submit. As processing times varies throughout the year and if there's any backlogs and or incoming bulk will surely slow down thus; affecting the delivery method of your choice. So keep this in mind! read more

I have been trying to call the phone number listed and it does not work. 817-684-0063. I was told by my insurance company that my mail was being returned to their office. I have lved at my street and house for over 10 years. I needed to talk to someone from the post office but I am unable to reach them. I am calling the 800-275-8777 and have been on ait for over 20 mintes now. This is why the USPS is losing customer's becuase they have very poor customer service. read more

Due to my schedule, I have to utilize this post office during non-manned hours. Without fail, this locations self serve postage/shipping machine will be out of service. It is bewildering to me that they can't keep this machine operating for more than 1 day at a time. To boot, there isn't a way to determine which locations have operational machines until making the trek. Which for me means coming to this location: OUT OF SERVICE! Then going to the Euless branch: OUT OF SERVICE!! This is absurdity at it's finest. This isn't a from time to time issue....it's an all the time issue. A minimum wage worker shows the pride in their job to figure out how to keep novelty dispensers working in sketchy gas stations, but y'all can't keep a technologically advanced machine operational for any reasonable period of time? Y'all need to find some dignity and pride! The machine isn't broken down, the lackadaisical,"who cares" folks who are entrusted with this responsibility are broken down. I would give this place all negative stars. My experience was terrible when trying to obtain my family's passports during the post office passport office WORKING HOURS according to usps.com. First I called on Friday to confirm the website information. I spoke to a representative and someone FINALLY picked up after the 6th try. The gentleman that answered was very nice and specifically said "we are open on Saturdays until 4:30 PM but take our last customer at 4:00 PM, no appointment is necessary." So I did exactly that TODAY 6/4/2016. FIRST, I ring the bell where instructed and my family & I can hear someone behind the door but didn't open. We wait and wait and wait, we leave & come back 10 min later a customer tells me that another family came and the worker decided to open the door after they had left. So we knew someone was there. I start ringing the bell, finally I ring the bell and leave it rung. FINALLY someone comes to the door with ATTITUDE and says "the guy who does passports is gone for the day or he went to lunch". My husband asks "ok when did he go because it's only 2:50 and we can wait or come back in 30 min". She said "well WE ARE DONE FOR THE DAY". We ask for her name and employee ID #. Of course she gets scared and grabs the manager . Basically the manager is not helpful and stated the employee went to lunch 10 minutes ago, we again say we are going to wait. Then she starts making excuses!!!! "Oh we are short staffed oh he may not be ready when he comes back". We show her the usps.com site with the location info and hours. When we ask for her employee ID and full name. She gets extremely defensive. She was clueless and didn't know what say except make the same excuses. Complete waste of time for me and family and those employees were LAZY!!!! My husband and I will be filing a complaint so PEOPLE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! TERRIBLE route service. We are used to getting mail EVERY day. I understand why we were not able to get Friday's mail (poor street conditions) But NO excuse for failure to deliver Saturday and MOnday. Roads are just fine. We are the last on delivery route ((community mail boxes) and the carrier just quits and goes in without finishing deliveries. He and/or postmaster needs to be replaced by people to care about doing a good job. They sure don't. Letter going to my Congressman tomorrrow (if it gets delivered!) read more

I live in a 32 home development where the carrier is rarely consistent when delivering/collecting mail. On Monday, March 6 (2017) at 4:30 am I placed outgoing mail in my mailbox with flag up. Several times throughout the day I checked to see if the carrier had collected mail - last time being 6:30 pm ... flag still up. This morning March 7 I checked once again ..... flag still up, mail remained uncollected. Very frustrating that we don't have a dependable carrier with 'regular' hours! read more

I travel several times a year for 7-10 days at a time. I request via the internet that my mail be held. That is always done. BUT the redelivery has not been accomplished according to the request made. They restart the delivery but haven't found a way to trigger including the held mail. I have talked to the Post Master at the Fort Worth office (over Euless) and to the various supervisors and Post Master at Euless. If I request they deliver the held mail, I have to call and remind them that they have it. The two times I thought to eliminate the wait and said I would pick it up - when I got home - it was in my mailbox. I also should be on the payroll for the amount of mis-delivered mail I have to deliver or put back on the box. And my neighbor frequently gets my mail. I would like to see mail delivery Monday, Wednesday and Friday - would make my life easier because I wouldn't be doing so much of their work. read more

I would like to know why the mail truck drove up to our location on Main Street in Euless and went to the business next door but did not come into our business and get our mail. This has happened more than once and for the life of me I cannot understand why we pay more for postage and get less service. read more

I need to renew a passport. I went to the Post Office on Ector Dr in Euless and called the number they request you call to schedule an appointment - just to schedule an appointment - not to receive any real service. I was immediately told "one moment" and placed on hold where I have listened to messages about their quick and convenient customer service - for the past 30 minutes as of now. If you don't want to do passports, don't do them. There are other post offices. If you want people to go to another post office - put up a sign. If you're too busy to speak on the phone, don't say "one moment" and count on the customer to either die or hang up while on hold. We all know the Post Office has no accountability, but this office goes way beyond that to actual contempt for customers. This isn't a one-time fluke - my wife called several times yesterday and got a busy signal - hard to imagine why the line would be busy with people sitting on hold well in to their old age. Whoever is in charge there (if this were a real business it would be possible to speak to that person) should be somewhere between embarrassed and ashamed, but I'm guessing that he or she is in an office calculating the minutes until his or her retirement to collect the pension that I, and you, have been paying for. The Post Office? Not a great business model, but most places try. The Euless PO? Worst customer service experience I can remember (and I'm 62), and to make it worse? We're paying for it. Terrible. Service is bad all around. I have many experiences with slow, rude service or misguided mail. My best is as follows: Packages were starting to show up in my grass. Yes the yard about 20 steps from my front porch (1 story house). I thought maybe someone was trying to steal the packages and dropped them. This occured on 3 different occasions. Lucky for me i have cameras around the house so go back and look it up and boom there is carrier just putting them in the yard for the weather to get to or someone to steal. Left note in mailbox asking to bring to house and get response that "someone else must be doing it". I inform them that i have it and would love to show them. I contact office, home office and Amazon to complain just to try and get some heat. I get a sorry note but it was "replacment carrier that may not know". Not know to leave a package in the front yard?!? It was the same lady by the way. I sent them a reply that i would forward copy on a flash drive but it was not a "replacement carrier". These guys will all be out of work when people can opt out of mail. They are already on life support but guess gov workers still think they are safe. After putting a still shot of the normal carrier in the mailbox all the packages after that were left at the door step. Slackers! read more
