that is exactly how it was in the mailbox. I still haven't even gotten the check from inside
    George C.

I am a small business owner and receive many check payments by mail. They are always from an insurance company and addressed to my company name. Some of the envelopes also have the recipient information (Me) typed in directly on the check and put in an envelope with a clear opening, and it is very easy to see that is typed on a check. For last 4 months every single envelope with a check ( no other envelopes) have some type of opening - usually 2 inches at one corner, but it was hard to say if the it wasn't glued properly or a person attempted to see what is inside. Today - Nov/01/2020,one of those envelopes came completely open and thorn - just where it was previously glued. It became obvious to me that this is an attempt of someone working for USPS to steal money (checking if there was a money order, maybe a blank check or even cash. This is a criminal act and it is outrageous that t happens in a federal government agency. Years ago I have had issues with a very rude deliver woman who refused to deliver my mail because people were throwing advertisement pamphlets on ground and she DECIDED that it was me who was doing that and even left a not saying " I am not your FKN maid".I did file a complaint with the post master official in Fort Worth,TX and he took no action,I went to the local post office and other rude one told me it is my fault and even treated me with police!? If I was up to me I would never use USPS and I dont use them to ship, but other companies and people use them when they are sending stuff to me. This agency should be completely de -funded and closed for good.

From my package tracking app. It's marked "Delivered," yet somehow it wasn't in my mailbox. Tsk, tsk....
    Tisch C.

This is the second Friday in a row that I've not had a package delivered. Last Friday, I had an Amazon delivery (a textbook needed for school) marked "Undeliverable" late in the day after the post office closed. Really? Even though I've been at my address for 8 years? Luckily, it showed up the next day, and the status changed to "Delivered." Today, according to my package tracking app, my package was marked "Delivered." Sooooooo, where is it? I did have mail from another address in my mailbox. My package was either delivered erroneously or is still on the truck. If I had the time to wait outside at the mailbox for the mail carrier tomorrow, I'd do it to find out why Friday deliveries never arrive. At the moment, it seems like he can't be bothered to deliver packages on Fridays. Not cool, USPS. Not cool at all. UPDATE: The package was delivered Saturday. *sigh*

Mail comes at all times of the day or not at all. Don't bother trying to call because they don't answer the phone.

Rude employees. I took my package and walked out the door with a friendly goodbye. These people need to learn some manners.

Dear credit card, I…read morehave always tried to pay on time, but I am still subjsect to the whims of the bad home delivery services given by my local Grapevine postal service. I have complained before, but nothing ever seems to come from it; almost once a month there is at least one bill I never receive, and last month it was yours. They seem to have great service inside their local office, and I and I hear they are stellar at passport services, but they can't seem to deliver a letter to my apartment complex's mailbox center to save their lives. I recieved this month's bill and realized that I had never received last months. I spoke with one of your customer reps, and because my payment history was otherwise spotless, she agreed to drop the late charge, but I will still need to pay the interest (I don't mind, it was minimal in this instance). So, my thanks to you for that. Just to shoot the breeze on another recent experience, a package I ordered back in March never arrived, but when I emailed the company they told me that the package had been returned to them as having an incomplete address. Apprrently they had to destroy the item that was returned, and create it again to be remailed to me. (Me and the internet, I will double-check the next time I place an online order to be certain that I am getting trackable shipping.) I actually stopped by the office yesterday, and the counter rep said the shipping shouldn't take more that seven days for a package that size. I expect to see it in my mailbox by this coming Saturday. And the office was sold out of Betty White stamps.

This location no longer delivers to the door apparently and will keep packages for you to then come in and pick up. My door is less than 100 feet from my allotted mail box in my community and randomly after two years packages will now not be delivered? When asked about this change Teejay informed me it was due to Covid precaution. Claiming a Covid precaution in 2023 after not implementing it during the actual pandemic seems extremely fishy. Or a blatant lie. I understand the Christmas rush and the amount of packages but that does not excuse you to make up rules so that your delivery times look better than they are. TAKE MAIL BOXES TO THE DOOOOOOOOOOR TEEJAY is horrible. I'm sorry to the rest of the staff and workers for having to put up with him. Thank you the rest of you for all the work you do.

This place hits all the marks and its nice and clean inside. I really can't complain. If at all possible, try to come earlier in the day rather than in the evening on the weekdays -- that's when it's the most crowded. I was able to get in, send a little package to my grandma, buy stamps, and get out all in about 10-12 minutes with only a couple people ahead of me in line. :)

Hiyi everybody! Hopefully your entire life is going swimmingly. If not, turn off the news, turn off…read moresocial media, tune in to you for a change. Find a great noun to channel into. One person, one place, one thing, for one moment. Yesterday I had breakfast going, but needed to ship a package. I allowed myself to channel positivity. I told myself there would be no line, there would be an uplifting postal worker waiting to be greeted by my positive vibe, and I would return that positive vibe in kind. I used the self service kiosk. It weighed my package, scanned it's correct size, and boom, printed out a sticky printed label. I'm set. Okay so the orinter was out of ink for my receipt for tracking. Guess what? 2 employees, 1 customer at the counter. I was ushered to the next with a pleasant greeting, and a big smile. I returned both. In less than 3 minutes, I had a receipt and was on my way home to finish preparing to break the fast. This was truly thanks to streamlining at the PO. The kiosk, the humans, being awesome, and my having my package wrapped up properly. Nothing was left shaken, but the thick cut applewood smoked bacon, and that was taken. New week starts tomorrow peeps. Ya ready? I hope everyone has a gloriously gorgeous Monday. Hope you get good rest tonight, have the money dream and wake up to it being real. I hope you remember to love yourself truly and let no one tell you that you're not worthy of love. Do some stretches so you can give yourself a big hug. If we're superable, embrace yourself metaphysically, spiritually, from inside your beating heart. I thank you for sharing this moment with me. I was told they had some of Mary and Baby Jesus, but they sold out and have no more. I'm confused with why USPS would not have Jesus. So my rating is a very low 3-star because of the lack of stamp selection, and my waiting time was high. They had 4 attendants, but everything moved very slow. So I stood in line (I was first in line for 15 minutes) and bought no stamps. None.
