Dear credit card, I have always tried to pay on time, but I am still subjsect to the whims of the bad home delivery services given by my local Grapevine postal service. I have complained before, but nothing ever seems to come from it; almost once a month there is at least one bill I never receive, and last month it was yours. They seem to have great service inside their local office, and I and I hear they are stellar at passport services, but they can't seem to deliver a letter to my apartment complex's mailbox center to save their lives. I recieved this month's bill and realized that I had never received last months. I spoke with one of your customer reps, and because my payment history was otherwise spotless, she agreed to drop the late charge, but I will still need to pay the interest (I don't mind, it was minimal in this instance). So, my thanks to you for that. Just to shoot the breeze on another recent experience, a package I ordered back in March never arrived, but when I emailed the company they told me that the package had been returned to them as having an incomplete address. Apprrently they had to destroy the item that was returned, and create it again to be remailed to me. (Me and the internet, I will double-check the next time I place an online order to be certain that I am getting trackable shipping.) I actually stopped by the office yesterday, and the counter rep said the shipping shouldn't take more that seven days for a package that size. I expect to see it in my mailbox by this coming Saturday. And the office was sold out of Betty White stamps. read more

It would be a challenge to run a post office any worse. I called 5+ times, never got a single answer. showed up waited in line for 15 minutes to get told I needed to go ring the bell at the "blue door". Nobody answers the door either, after waiting 10-15 more minutes the guy who initially sent me to the blue door said he actually could help me with what I needed so I wasted all that time waiting for nothing. On top of all this the guys who are to lazy to answer the door are also too lazy to deliver packages and would rather mark perfectly deliverable mail as undeliverable and now have costed me money by not delivering my mail. read more

This post office is nice. They are always busy but they have great customer service and help you when needed.

Very friendly customer service. They have: po boxes Stamps Passports Boxes I would say wedding stamps; however, they did not have any when I stopped by this time. Apparently the post offices get batches of wedding stamps (early in the month with the roses on them) sent to them once a month. I guess I lost out on getting wedding stamps this month. This post office is the worst ever! They don't even deserve the one star I had to give them. I expected a package that was returned to sender even though I did a change of address when I moved and I receive mail. I go up to this post office and ask for answers and of course they could not provide me with any. They said that they would make sure that my name was added and I would get my packages. I expect a package the next week and same thing happened again! They returned my package to sender! They never answer their phone and no one can give you any answers. Such a great government agency! Quick and quick out. There were two employees working no rush this morning or long lines I was thankful. Nothing very spectacular about the post office same all same all. The client was very polite and prompt. It is around quite a few stores so if you wanted a bite to eat or do a little light shopping this is a nice little area plus it's close to the interstate. read more

I want to say I'm always impressed at Ray, and how helpful and polite he is among people who are often sick and tired of waiting in line, have lost mail, etc. He remains calm and professional and is well above the standard for a USPS worker that I've typically encountered. Negative service. Once my mail package was empty when it arrived, all my personal skincare inside were gone. They stamped on it indicating stuff was lost. That's it! Negative zeros this week. They don't answer their phones to make an appt for a passport. I may have heard from inside source that they block them. Post Master Mr Mata, interrupted my passport appt which I had to physically go in to make to begin with to " bring down the line". Obviously I or my time don't matter to Mr. Mata or the Supervisor Ms. Coleman who not once asked what was wrong. DONT GET YOUR PASSPORT AT THE GRAPEVINE POST OFFICE unless you feel like being disrespected!! I have been a customer there for several years. The lines are long and the employees are slow. I got complaints that I was not receiving my mail. Recently had to mail a letter to Boston that I paid over $10 it to go return receipt requested so that the recipient would have to personally sign for it. I tracked it for nearly a month and it never left the post office in Boston. This was an extremely important letter and when I went to this location to have them check into it, the supervisor refused to check into it or do anything about it. I found the return receipt in my box - unsigned. This is the month to renew my po box there - not going to give my money to people who can't be bothered to do their job and won't put any effort into taking care of their customers. Due to my schedule, I have to utilize this post office during non-manned hours. Without fail, this locations self serve postage/shipping machine will be out of service. It is bewildering to me that they can't keep this machine operating for more than 1 day at a time. To boot, there isn't a way to determine which locations have operational machines until making the trek. Which for me means coming to this location: OUT OF SERVICE! Then going to the Euless branch: OUT OF SERVICE!! This is absurdity at it's finest. This isn't a from time to time issue....it's an all the time issue. A minimum wage worker shows the pride in their job to figure out how to keep novelty dispensers working in sketchy gas stations, but y'all can't keep a technologically advanced machine operational for any reasonable period of time? Y'all need to find some dignity and pride! The machine isn't broken down, the lackadaisical,"who cares" folks who are entrusted with this responsibility are broken down. GET IT TOGETHER! read more

Fed Ex delivered a package that the USPS signed for but it was never delivered to my address. They wouldn't answer the phone so I went to the post office in person and they denied ever receiving it, therefore no delivery. Not helpful at all. This post office delivered my package to the wrong home.The firm who shipped it didnt insure it. The post office said there's nothing I can do about it. They admitted it was delivered by a replacement postman and who probably made the mistake. The employees at this post office act like they didn't care they actually even said the words it's not our problem but did admit they're the ones who lost the package.
