An employee was called to assist and reset the machine, which resulted in my entire transaction being erased. I did not receive any usable shipping labels, and my payment was not refunded. As a result, I lost $35 due to a kiosk malfunction and the subsequent reset performed by the employee. I am requesting reimbursement of the $35 charged and guidance on how this issue will be resolved.

I had my package ready to be shipped however one issue, it was Not Taped Closed-so I was told to buy a roll of tape for $3.99. I don't have a problem with buying the tap but what I do have a problem with is the USPS rep next to me- taped a customer's box free of charge. Her package was closed but he chose to tap in down anyway. Why, I don't know... I didn't understand why I was told to buy the tape for my box, but it was just done for someone else Free of charge. 2. I just moved in the neighborhood. They call me a few days later to say pick up the key. The key didn't work so I took it back to them. Now it's only one person that does keys and she didn't do that one, so that one magically appeared out of nowhere and opened box 8 instead of my box. I could see someone else's mail. Truly a joke, when I guess she returned from vacation, it made sense to make this not a priority and do 2 weeks of catching up and if I wouldn't have called today, no telling when I would get the key. They say Friday but I won't hold my breath. Now I have to go drive and be inconvenienced and pick up my mail, because of the incompetence going on.. then they want to try and justify their mistake by telling me what they see in a log. Look lady, I only picked up a key you guys called and told me was ready, brought it back when it opened my neighbors box instead of mine in front of a USPS supervisor. He could have fixed the issue but wanted you guys held responsible for your own mistake. If he has to extend his arm and reach to open a mailbox he doesn't make any effort to deliver or get out of his truck unless their is certified mail that has to be delivered to front door. Consequently, I had to stand in line. Also, I chose to go to this facility because it's the main facility for Plano and I needed my package to depart the facility with the early collection parcels. I arrived at the Post Office in plenty of time to make the early collection time. My package, however, did not begin tracking until almost midnight, so it likely was not placed in their internal collection location until after the early collection time. Poor customer service.

Going to the post office during a lunch break usually means expecting a line out the door, but…read morethank heavens, there were only a few people ahead of me! I had a quick question about postage because I absolutely hate it when I mail something with the incorrect amount and it gets sent back to me. The clerk was able to help me out within just a couple of minutes. The entire visit was quick, easy, and stress-free. Plus, because it went so fast, I actually had some time left over to just relax before going back on the clock! Highly recommend this location.

Don't waste your time coming here for that stuff. Just go to the one on Stonebrook 2. The kiosk machine seems to rarely be in service and when it does work it will charge your credit card but not spit out the postage. Don't bother calling the postal service about a refund or anything else regarding the kiosk. Only the store personnel can assist you. Which leads to the 3rd item. 3. The store hours don't seem very reasonable. They aren't open the times I can get there this the reason to use the kiosk. The postal service owes me a refund of $14 for postage that never printed but since I can't get there during their hours I am out of luck. Even though the Stonebrook location is a long ways away, I have to go there for anything postal related. Maybe someday the government will hire someone that will change the attitude of the postal service by introducing an aspect of customer service!!!
