Upon walking in and checking into the kiosk, the African American security guard made a beeline towards me to inform me that after I get my ticket printed out, I am not allowed to have any food or drinks with me. I was holding onto a clear water bottle but no food. I look down at my stomach and tell him that I am 6 months pregnant. He didn't apologize just said "oh" and stood there by us. This is the first time I have been approached by someone in a federal building who demanded I either throw out my clear water bottle or put it back into my car. Mind you, I am visibly uncomfortable and bumping. My husband and I sit down to wait for my number to be called and then an Islamic woman walks in, gets her ticket at the kiosk and has a large cup of coffee with her. She sits in front of us and I turn to look at the security guard. He did not get up and walk towards her nor did he even say anything at all to her while clearly looking at her. Guess he picks and chooses whom to harass. When my number was called, I was pleasant with the employee working behind the glass. He was not at all pleasant and seemed annoyed I was there and he had to actually do his job. Zero personality and it didn't feel professional or courteous. When we were done, before I even had a chance to get up from the chair, he quickly closed his shade, indicating that he was done with me. No asking if I had any questions or anything. I am so glad that I don't live in McKinney and that I don't have to do any business there. Being new to moving to TX, that office definitely lacks any hospitality. And that's saying something from a New Yorker. I didn't feel safe there and staff is super rude. Two thumbs down.

Upon arrival, you simply pick up a ticket and wait for your number to be called, which made the process easy and straightforward. The only downside was the wait time. The customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated how pleasant the experience was overall. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely recommend the Frisco Government Center. The process was simple, the facility was clean, and the staff provided great customer service.

They understand their identity and have poured into the locale with a solid unifying theme. My only complaint is the lack of planning in parking. Small local shops, tons of eateries and plenty of space to roam about. The festival layout was well thought out and extended down every main street. A Detective said he would call me back after I met with him. He said it would take 10-14 days to do his job. The entire city of McKinney has disappointed me in the last year when I moved. I always live South…read morePlano so I thought this would be a great change. I am disabled and I've deteriorated so I need a caretaker, but my mind is still functioning. I had a caregiver that abused me and took my money. I called on Friday and I the Police Dept of McKinney went through nonemergency. Those police officers don't care about elderly or anyone else. They have to call that should be logged in or the dispatcher is not doing her job correctly. I don't think they understand how serious disability abuse is. That this person lie to me and said she was dying and pregnant and needed weekly $400 treatments. I didn't notice she was gaining weight. So because I am older and I lost my daughter. I fell for it. Then I don't see her having the normal symptoms. I walk over to her apartment and ask her husband if they are pregnant. That's only one of all the money she took. And I don't want any calls or any responses because that's how you guys are. Since the neighbor that I didn't know stole my dog, you have treated me like crap. I hope a police officer ever goes through this with their mother or grandmother because you won't put up with it. Of course, every police officer that comes to my home which is been just twice, but they're all under 30 years old so they have the same mentality. They don't care what happens. They just chase tickets. We've lost all the greatedt police officers from the 80's and 90's. They were brought up differently with much respect. They cared for the elderly and for the children. They treated us like their family. To boot this is what they do for a living. Fraud against disabled and elders. They are married and they're only 28 years old and this is their gig. It's pathetic what our youth has turned in. Back to dispatcher. I asked her to please have a police officer come by my house on Friday. I wanted the police officer to see what kind of condition I was. I'm 70 pounds and 4'10 even told the dispatcher please have them come here. I wanted somebody to see what I looked liked and to place a restraining order because I can't go out of my house. I'm afraid because she got obsessed with my mini schnauzer that she will take her out of my backyard. I can add that to the restraining order that you couldn't respond to. McKinney is also a blue city. I would not have stepped foot in McKinney. Democrats are mean and all they care about is money and nothing else. This is why the police officers are so non-caring. If you go to other sides, you will see that they do not put many reviews up because they are so awful you can give her UPDATE ~ it only gets better. I called to speak to a supervisor at the McKinney Police Dept. The way he was speaking to me and how rudely he was. I thought I was speaking to a police. He wouldn't answer any of my questions and threatened to hang out with me a few times. answer and I thought all along I was speaking to a police officer. He was very standoffish and kept telling me what do you want? What do you want? What do you want? No respect for a third generation USA citizen. I have never touched a police officer in my My Life. That was the wall and I never broken. I don't have one ticket I have never been in jail, but he treated me worse than an immigrant. He hung up on me and I called back and I spoke to another dispatcher. This man was not even an officer. He was a dispatcher and makes $20. I'm not sure why I'm not understanding why I cannot be transferred to somebody upper management. The last time I checked, we did have freedom of speech. I am moving from McKinney because there's two kinds of police officers out here. The wealthy and the middle class. Middle class means nothing to them. You may get lucky and get an older police officer that respects and knows how he was trained properly. They will let you die before sending a police officer out. I used to respect to the Police Dept so much, but let the McKinney police officers continue to get beat up by protester because that's what the McKinney Police Dept really needs a good beating. No other Police department deserves it. They have been working in the trenches. They are real police officers. They don't wear cologne is so corrupt. Please look at yourself. They are killing your ratings. Start hiring older police officers. I think that's why Plano was great. They had experienced police officers that always showed up, we knew about what this country look like 30 years ago and they treat us with much respect. I reported Andrew to internal affairs. immigrants are beating up by ice and McKinney police officers should be sent to Dallas.

I'm a type 1 diabetic, have been for over 20 years, and control my levels/ know the signs of high and low levels. He explains to me that the fruity breath means I have low blood sugar levels, since I hadn't been drinking, and should treat it. I don't appreciate an officer, not a doctor/ medical professional, trying to explain my health condition to me. I politely informed him that in this case he was incorrect, sharing an educational moment with him. With that said, possibly your officers should refrain from making statements to people when they're not professionals in that field.
