Luckily VIC found it and listen to what he did- he found the package I had sent, looked up the address of where I sent my package from, GOOGLED it, called them- and had them relay the message to me that he had found my Drivers License. Did a complaint on the phone, said I would get a phone call within 24-48 hrs, it was a week. Then last week the Frisco post office called me and said they received the change and would contact my old post office. Still nothing and my mail is sitting in my old post office since May. I called again got AI recordings, disconnected then transferred on another call and the lady said nothing was in their system. WOW, what does it take?

I had a quick question about postage because I absolutely hate it when I mail something with the incorrect amount and it gets sent back to me. The clerk was able to help me out within just a couple of minutes. The entire visit was quick, easy, and stress-free. Don't waste your time coming here for that stuff. Just go to the one on Stonebrook 2. The kiosk machine seems to rarely be in service and when it does work it will charge your credit card but not spit out the postage. Don't bother calling the postal service about a refund or anything else regarding the kiosk. Only the store personnel can assist you. Which leads to the 3rd item. 3. The store hours don't seem very reasonable. They aren't open the times I can get there this the reason to use the kiosk. The postal service owes me a refund of $14 for postage that never printed but since I can't get there during their hours I am out of luck. Even though the Stonebrook location is a long ways away, I have to go there for anything postal related. Maybe someday the government will hire someone that will change the attitude of the postal service by introducing an aspect of customer service!!!

We have NEVER had one make it through the system otherwise. Also, their outgoing Wichita Falls basket is next to the basket (according to USPS staff) that goes to Savannah. I had a package from overseas make it to Aubrey post office only to be routed to Wichita Falls twice. The circle only stopped when I called with the shipping information, then it took another 3-4 days working days to make it to my house. We also had a box of checks from the bank sit at the Aubrey post office for several MONTHS before it finally arrived. It required multiple calls and a site visit to get them moving. I recommend paying g extra for an alternative shipping method. I assumed they were understaffed because of the population growth in the area but after going there and seeing how things work, I think it is either poor leadership, otherwise I engaged employees, fraud, or perhaps a slow carbon monoxide leak.
