I just moved in the neighborhood. They call me a few days later to say pick up the key. The key didn't work so I took it back to them. Now it's only one person that does keys and she didn't do that one, so that one magically appeared out of nowhere and opened box 8 instead of my box. I could see someone else's mail. Truly a joke, when I guess she returned from vacation, it made sense to make this not a priority and do 2 weeks of catching up and if I wouldn't have called today, no telling when I would get the key. They say Friday but I won't hold my breath. Now I have to go drive and be inconvenienced and pick up my mail, because of the incompetence going on.. then they want to try and justify their mistake by telling me what they see in a log. Look lady, I only picked up a key you guys called and told me was ready, brought it back when it opened my neighbors box instead of mine in front of a USPS supervisor. He could have fixed the issue but wanted you guys held responsible for your own mistake. Now you're on the phone telling me the one person who does the keys don't have it logged and never been to this address. Which is neither here nor there to a customer. I don't know what you guys processes are like. It's definitely one thing, flawed!!! And it's more than one person making keys if she doesn't have a recollection of it. The kiosk machine seems to rarely be in service and when it does work it will charge your credit card but not spit out the postage. Don't bother calling the postal service about a refund or anything else regarding the kiosk. Only the store personnel can assist you. Which leads to the 3rd item. 3. The store hours don't seem very reasonable. They aren't open the times I can get there this the reason to use the kiosk. The postal service owes me a refund of $14 for postage that never printed but since I can't get there during their hours I am out of luck. Even though the Stonebrook location is a long ways away, I have to go there for anything postal related. Maybe someday the government will hire someone that will change the attitude of the postal service by introducing an aspect of customer service!!!

This location was not only convenient but it offered better than you could ever think or request "Customer Service". My documents were notarized in as little as 5 minutes. The cost was under $10. The employees provided 5 star treatment to my elderly and disabled Mom who would be considered one of the one's at the top of the high risk list for COVID-19 awareness. Although the line was close to being out the door due to the 6feet distancing restrictions, they were all smiles during the entire process and very patient. I had these very old and very dilapidated important property documents that I needed copies for and scanned to a flash drive. I took it to the The brown printing and shipping solution and they refused to take my documents so I tried PostNet. First of all the PostNet Frisco folks are very professional and know what they are doing and secondly you can trust these folks with an kind of legal document as they are very careful, very through, and delivered more than I could ever imagine it was absolutely amazingly done. The documents were sorted with the originals on top and the copies at the bottom and the files on the flash drive were labeled perfectly. So once this was done I took the 2nd set of property documents and same results but while I waited I told myself I cannot be selfish and hide this gem to myself so folks I am sharing. The owner Chelsey was perfection and I told her if I had a clone of her I would hire her as a business partner.
