Sometimes talking tech is uncomfortable but this was easy! I asked him for a few options of what I could do to cut cost and he ran them all for me... so I could make the best decision. This made me drive about 45 minutes from where I live to save some money. In top of the 110 quote they offered a free charging port cleaning to not one but two phones (mine and my boyfriends). When I got there though.... The quote changed back to 215 dollars and they tried to say I needed to pay for the other phones port cleaning. Needless to say I was pissed though I'm not one to make a scene. After the service was completed which took 2 hours longer than expected for a total of around 8 or 9 hours... i came to pick up my phone which still wasn't ready. Then they decided to clean the second port for free. Oh and they didn't even fix the ports charging issue :) so yea that wasted my time as well. Overall, I wasted my time, paid the same amount of money, and am glad it's all over. I will never be coming back and I recommend you only go if you live close bc you won't be saving any money.
