He replaced the batteries and it seemed like it bothered him to do it. Last time I visit this place. Keep "your franchise " to yourself. I've been to batteries plus in Arlington, Mansfield and Cedar Hill and all of those have been awesome. For a new store you might want to re-evaluate your employees.
