I took in an old phone with a cracked screen. They replaced it, but the new screen would not come alive. They tried for two days, no luck. So I paid for 1/2 of the replacement cost and received a phone that is worst off than when I went in. Staff was nice and fast however clearly need to slow down or use a better product! Charged way more than buisness around and the screen cracked within weeks of having it back and the phone was not dropped and had a case on it. Would never recommend this place of business. They broke part of my Galaxy while replacing a charging port, didn't inform us that was a possibility and still charged us to replace the piece they broke. Go to pick up the phone after that and the microphone isn't working and I can't hear calls. Drop it back off and now they're pushing my repair back when it's been there all week. With over 30 years myself in a service providing occupation, one of my key indicators of a well run business is when the inevitable mistake occurs it is handled well and thoroughly. My iPhone had a defective battery which these folks replaced quickly and for a good price. After I left the store I quickly noticed it was failing to charge. I took it back and they doggedly tracked down the obscure reason and corrected it. Absolutely horrific!!!! I went for a simple screen repair that was extremely over priced only for them to call and tell me that after the repair "your Touch ID is no longer active, but we can give you a $15.00 discount". So you charge me $215.00 for a cracked screen (over priced already), then return it defective with no home button? I take it home, guess what? It doesn't work. I bring it back a second time. They attempt to fix the home button, call me in 2-3 days for pick up. I get it home, not only does it not work properly, but now the battery is draining bc an icon constantly pops up telling me my Touch ID doesn't work. I take it back a third time!!!! Tell them to put the original parts back on and try to fix it again. I go to pick it up for the FOURTH TIME at 11:00AM when they open. No one is there. After I call and complain to another location to inform them no one is there manning their store they call another employee to the rescue. He shows up 40 minutes later, I grab my iPad take it home.
