Dropped off iPad for repair a little before 1pm and was told it would be completed within an hour. I was pleased with the time range, an hour was welcomed. He indicated the machine was down and could not give me a recipe it for check in, but he would he call with the ticket number. I never got the ticket number. I called at 4:15 to check on the status he indicated it was complete. I shared that I was a bit away, but I would be there within an hour. I arrived at 6:30 and it was still not repaired. He indicated he failed to call me and let me know that it wasn't ready. He then proceeded to tell me that the debit machine was not in order and I would have to pay cash and to come back in 20 minutes. He gave a me a $5 off card for the next time.

I've never had a problem with Derik or his tech, the both of them are super welcoming as soon as you enter the door. I can't help but smile seeing my phone come back to life. Today I worked with Derik, as expected, I was greeted upon entry, asked how I could be helped, I told him my budget and he worked with me to fit it. Before examining my phone, he asked if I'd sign the waiver (as most phone repair shops do) and I did. Once he began the repair, he began explaining exactly what he was doing while doing it. I'm not sure if it's just me, but I really enjoy knowing what's going on with my belongings, and he let me know exactly that. I'm a talkative one, so I kept a conversation. If you're not like me, there's no reason to worry, while you wait, there is free WIFI and TV to watch. Having been a repeat customer, I found it hard to accept some recent reviews I read. Unlike a few people in this world, I understand when a phone is beyond repair. I've had nothing but great experiences and satisfaction here. For that, I'll continue breaking phones and continue to go only here. Thank you so much Derik!

The repair was not done correctly at all. The screen is already coming away from the phone frame, which is completely unacceptable after paying as much as I did for a repair. On top of that, the replacement screen itself is clearly not the best quality. It does not feel or perform like a quality repair, and I'm extremely disappointed with what I received for my money. If I'm paying good money for my phone to be fixed, I expect the repair to be done properly and for the replacement parts to actually be worth what I'm paying. Instead, I'm left with a phone that looks poorly repaired and a screen that is literally separating from the frame. Save yourself the headache, the wasted time, and the money. I would NOT recommend this place. At this point, I genuinely feel like I would've been better off leaving my phone broken.
