Also, there is usually only one technician available throughout the week. In general, you will be waiting a while for repairs at this location! Review: I brought my PS5 in for a USB port repair. For 21 days my device sat completely untouched no updates, no repair, and no accountability. I had to repeatedly call the store myself just to be met with rude and dismissive responses from staff, especially from the manager, Eduardo, who was openly disrespectful, deceptive, dismissive when I asked for repair timelines or basic updates. I was charged an $80 "non-refundable" diagnostic fee as a down payment for the repair, even though it was obvious what I needed to be fixed. Not surprisingly, no diagnostic was ever done, no repair was attempted, and my console was just sitting in the shop for weeks. The manager, Eduardo, verbally agreed to refund the fee, but never actually did it! I had to contact my credit card company and open a formal dispute just to get my money back. Even corporate was no help, because the store is privately owned and operated, and apparently not truly accountable to uBreakiFix or Asurion. This entire experience was a scammy, unprofessional mess. Zero transparency, poor customer service, and shady business practices. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!

Screen repair was garbage, I see light on the top left side seeping behind the screen, got purple dots all over my screen, but these are subject to defects after the shotty repair? Unacceptable. I also have issues with my brightness where its showing I have it on maximum but it's the lowest brightness available. It'll occasionally flash the brightest setting randomly, then immediately shoots back to lowest setting. Y'all are lucky $200 really isn't anything to me and I can get this taken care of by AT&T, but the principle of this is completely screwed. You wanna take advantage of a woman and tell her that's just how it's gonna be? Wouldn't have gone that way with me and I'll leave it at that. He shows up at 9pm on the 3rd of May and fixes my phone in 20 minutes tops. He hands the phone back and it appears to be good but then I immediately got a "not a genuine Apple component" message and he says it'll go away after three days. I paid the remainder of the bill 104.91 and thought everything was good. Immediately after he left I noticed my screen wasn't the same in the dark. I can see the back light and every time I tapped it was like pressing on a flat screen tv. My camera wasn't picking up in the dark like it was before, my phone would dim randomly even though my brightness was at a fixed position it was over heating. This Man replaced my genuine oled apple screen for a cheap $40 lcd screen and charged me $300 dollars for it. I reached out immediately and told him what was going on he said he'd order the parts and they'd be here on Tuesday the 5th, I reached out and asked for an update he said fedex messed up the timing of delivery and it'll be here on Wednesday the 6th(still in may). I reached out again on Wednesday from a different phone number I immediately got a response for a quote because he thought he had a new victim. I told him who I was and asked for an update only to be ghosted. Please do not go to this person if you care about genuine parts and service. My son boought it for me and sent a cousin to install it. The computer was working fine for several years, but the battery failed. I was advised to buy a battery at a battery store and take it to the repair company to fix it. I took the computer to the battery store, but they didn't have that battery and suggested that I go to the "Get it Right Repair" only a few blocks away. Greatest thing that ever happened to me. They agreed to get the battery in less than a week and do the repair in about an hour. The price was less than the price for just the battery at the battery store.
