I would shop at a different Office Depot if I were anyone. I was wanting to ship something out and one person informed me while walking in that they can take the package. After waiting for 30 minutes, eventually the store closing they informed me they couldn't take my package. I told them the guy that greeted me said they take it but later to know that was a lie. I asked to see if I can have it shipped with a different carrier and they informed the manager said no we're closed and didn't care I was wasting my time in line. Employees seem nice, quick, and professional. The manager was unprofessional and does not care about the inconvenience that was caused. read more

Russ in the printing department is amazing! He was slammed with customers and still managed to personally help each person including myself in a very gracious and patient way. Prior to this, I had to call multiple times for help and advice on Uploading my images to the website and he kindly walked me through the steps. Russ definitely deserves any kind of bonus or promotion. I've never seen an employee juggle so many people at once, not to mention answering the phone and printing all at once. Great job, Russ! The print department is very slow. All other stores around here print our orders of color copies within a few hours. This store takes the whole day and isn't ready when they say they should be. Whenever I go in the people are just standing around. Go to the Lewisville or Denton location instead. read more

08/15/22 I never write reviews, but I'm so irritated. I desperately need to fax something important. I have a 3 month old, 2 year old, and 3 year old. I got a babysitter to come over just so I could go fax this without bringing all the kids. I drove 30 minutes here. I walk in at 8:30 holding two pieces of paper and an employee straight up tells me I can't fax it because it'll take too long and they close at 9 so I need to come back another day. I was shocked to hear it would take so long and was like dang I need to prepare myself for the next time I come so I asked how long it would take and he literally said 1-2 minutes per piece of paper...wtf? I walk back out at 8:35 and I've been sitting in the parking lot for 17 minutes now. Still not closed! 8:52. I swear to god I could've faxed it thrice by now. Makes no sense man. If it closes at 9 and I'm there at 8:30 and I have 2 pieces of paper and it takes 1-2 minutes per sheet??? COME ON. DO THE MATH. Ridiculous read more

I brought a sealed book to be bound to Office Depot; they stole pages out of my book, ruined several pages which couldn't be bound, and never returned one of the pages which resulted in me doing bad on my college exam because I had forgotten they never returned one of the pages . In there defense they purchased me another book. read more

Staff is relatively friendly but doesn't make up for missed orders. I placed a pick-up order for a calculator that I needed for my Monday class on Sunday afternoon. My confirmation email said it would be ready in one hour for pick up. I called the store as soon as I ordered to make sure it'd be ok if I picked it up the next today- they assured me it would be fine. When I go to pick it up the next day (should've been ready the day before), they spent 20+ min looking for my order only to find that not only did they not find my calculator and put it on hold for me, they sold the last one to someone else. I placed the order specifically because I needed it that day, and no other stores around had it. All they could say was that someone must not have been able to find it... so they just cancelled it (my card had been charged). Well someone was able to find it the next day when they sold it! Never using this place again. Don't place any online orders here unless they have plenty. read more

I would give it zero stars if I could. I bought a $400 computer from them, got it one and it did not work (monitor outlet was shot). Less than 12 hours later when I took it in for an exchange, the store manager John said that I didn't buy the 2 year extended warranty and to take it up with HP. Seriously?! He continued to give me a hard time and pitched the 2 year plan numerous times, the whole time I'm thinking, how about you back the products that you sell. I had an extremely bad experience with their printing services. They took 3 days past expected due date of my order. 500 color copies.... I understand things happen... But what is really upsetting is how it was handled by manager Melissa. Very rude, lack of any accountability, and no personal skills. I was lied to by not just the staff but the manager a total of 3 times. It is not surprising that with leadership with these qualities that this location is going down hill. Average line time is this store is 20 min. Never more than 1 person as cashier. No one ever answers the phone. And store manager is apparently non existent. read more

Love going in to get something printed. They have great intentional customer service that is down to earth! The employees are super friendly and really have a great time talking with you while you are waiting on your prints! The time it takes for the whole process is quite slow. But the employees try to make your experience the best they can! read more

If Office Max was the only printing service in the world, I would know begin to "hand write" all my booklets. Every since Max and Depot merged I have had nothing but trouble. It is not the store, they try to give good service. But for some reason they no longer show my company, as a company account. No matter when I call, or when I go, no one can fix this..
