No, don't go here. Have been using the Flower Mound Post Net store for many years and have always had good service and a good experience. Not today however. Their internet was down so the guy couldn't sell me an envelope for the documents I needed to ship. I left, bought an envelope elsewhere, came back to ship the package but the guy scolded me because I didn't have tape with me to attach the prepaid label and he made it clear he wouldn't tape it for me. Left the place, went to a FedEx store around the corner and they were happy to tape my label. I'll never go to FM Post Net again! read more

I´ve been asking myself for years how I am getting spam in my work email, which I never use for signing up on sites, or enter in form of any kind. Well, now I have the answer. In one of those spam emails I saw the address of this place, and I remembered I had to send a package from this store to the HQ of my company, and as a requirement from my company I had to use my work email for arrival notifications and tracking. Just ran a search for this company address and I am getting 200+ spam emails a month with this address in the footer. read more

Stopped by to make an Amazon return. I didn't realize this wasn't a UPS store, so the way I had processed my Amazon return wouldn't work at this location. The young man at the store walked me through the process of canceling my return and how to set it up so this location could handle my return. Very helpful and took care of my return. I wouldn't trust this facility with your package or even to make copies for you. The "manager" of this facility, Rykah, lost my package for DHL and has since ghosted me. I have in writing from her that she personally "used my package for training purposes for new employees", but they apparently lost it before giving it to DHL. DHL investigated and confirmed they never picked it up. As a small business owner I am now at a loss of my $300 package. The lack of professionalism and care is astounding. read more

Similar to other reviews, this company address is associated with spam sites. Everyday I received upwards of 10 or more emails from various reputable company however the emails are automatically redirected to my junk mail box. The emails are unprofessionally looking with gimmicks of winning gifts, packages being held, or hawking some BS products. Even if the look of the email doesn't convince you, the email address associated with the spam is another clue. The unsubscribe address is 6101 Long Prairie Rd,Ste 744 #511, Flower Mound, TX, 75028. Despite spending time unsubscribing and blocking all the email addresses, I continue to receive spam emails. I will also be reporting this business to the BBB. read more

I have never been to Texas and have never used this PostNet printing/mailing service, but in the last few weeks, I have each day received 10 or more spam emails with this company's physical mailing address as well as email address, allegedly from fedex, Walmart, kohls, paypal, and so on, offering me countless prizes, lawsuit winnings, cannabis products, credit ratings, and so on. Marking these comeons as spam and blocking them has had no effect, so whoever is responsible is fairly sophisticated. I have phoned this PostNet phone number and spoken with Gary, the very polite owner, who says he has not found a way to stop whoever has highjacked his mailing list, but it is clear that all registered customers are at risk for spamming and possibly other misuse of their personal info. To the owner of this PostNet facility, I would suggest an appointment with a good consumer protection lawyer. Whoever has stolen your customer list can do you a lot of damage In terms of customer satisfaction. read more

Be very wary of using Post Net by Target for anything. On Thursday, 9/7/2023 My husband and I attempted to mail a very large cashiers check in order to pay off his car loan. We asked PostNet to mail the check certified mail via overnight delivery. They said this was not a problem and charged us $16.17 for this service. We left this business confident this check would arrive the very next day. This was a major load off our backs since my husband was laid off in May and we would no longer have to worry about making his car payment. Just to be sure, we called the car loan company on Friday to verify they received the check. They informed us they had not but to give them a few days as it could take awhile to post. On Tuesday, we called again and were told the check was still not received. We then called our Credit Union to find out if the check was cashed and they informed us it had not. We then called PostNet to find out if they had in fact, mailed the check. We were able to give them a reference ID # but had not been given a tracking number since the check had not been picked up by the USPS employee at the time. The PostNet employee, Clayton Edwards, was quick to tell us that once the check left their location, their company was no longer involved in the process. We asked him for a tracking number, and he said he would have his manager call us on Wednesday with that information. Since this is such a large check and since there were still several hours left before they closed, I asked if he could have her call that same day (how hard is it to check for a tracking number and make a call back to a very anxious and concerned customer?) He said he would. We never heard back from the manager that day. On Wednesday, we decided to make the 2 hour trip back to the store and speak with the manager in person. She wasn't there but Clayton was there along with another female employee. Neither were able to provide the tracking number for the check which means the check was never picked up by USPS. This was easily confirmed by speaking with a postal employee who said they had no record of receiving our parcel. So...this is where we stand. We have no idea who has our check. Our Credit Union will not replace the funds without an investigation which can take up to 90 days. We will have to continue to make the car loan payments which will now put a huge hardship on us financially. We did make an incident report with FMPD (in case anyone wondered if we had). In the meantime, we STILL haven't heard a word from this store's manager. I will update as we get more information from the store. read more

I've been using them for years and have done so much business there, but sadly no more. My daughter had left some gift cards here after Christmas and I went to send them to her. I asked about insuring them because shipments are only insured up to $100 and I was sending $275 worth. I was told that I could buy insurance, which I did. at extra cost to me. Somewhere between here and California the gift cards (and her AAA card) were stolen from the mailing envelope. I then contacted post net with my receipt showing my purchase of insurance. They filed a claim with UPS which was denied because...insurance doesn't cover gift cards! I was never told this-had no idea. obviously no one at Post Net knew that policy either. If I had been aware of this policy I would have reconsidered and I definitely would not have paid extra for insurance. I'm out over $300 (gift cards and paying for insurance) and all they can say is they're sorry. They should know the carriers policies and inform the customers. I asked for the owner to contact me-of course I haven't heard a thing. I really hate making bad reviews but I had to about this. read more

I too am receiving these spam emails with this companies address at the bottom. I emailed them directly and they knew very well about this issue. This was over a year ago. Surely they should be taking action to stop this, but doesn't seem like they have. Their business's reputation is being ruined by this scam but they don't appear to be doing much about it! read more

This store has been around for ever and they are great. Lori is wonderful and always makes everyone feel comfortable.

I shipped two packages here and they told me it would be more cost effective to use their boxes and ship by weight, even though I asked for flat rate USPS boxes. I ended up spending $35 to send two boxes of chocolates whereas I would have only spent about $25 had I used flat rate boxes. The chocolates weren't even that big so I might have even paid less. Either way I trusted them with my last minute shipping and they manipulated my trust in order to get a few extra bucks. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. I know it's only $10 but I really feel ripped off. They have been a good drop off center in the past, I just wouldn't go here unless you've already prepared your shipping in advance. read more
