I have to work on weekends, told them we can pick up car anytime but weekends. They said no worries that the car probably got done early Friday, no later than 6pm. OK perfect. Since we are the repeat customers, we trust them. We drove all the way from Arlington just for supporting his business, also paid full payments at beginning tips 15% on the top. On Friday @ 4:50p. We got his ADVISED message that the windshield is too dark to drive at night time, they will release us on Saturday 10:30. Sir! I told you I need my car on Friday! I gotta go work on Saturday. You couldn't give customers whenever the time you would like to release. There was also funny thing happened. Once they sent out us this message. This mother fxxker never picked up the phone. We were in the front of his shop for two hours. we can heard someone's walking inside of shop, but they didn't open gate for us. we even called police helped us. This lair still ignored our call and message. FUNNY AS FFFFFFUCK! On Saturday morning, we received a message that they stated our car is ready to pick up. Alright. My husband and my daddy drove another one hour to Roanoke. Let me tell you the other funny thing. Our old window tint was still on the window. Which means this lair didn't touch my car. Submitted a request for quote to remove my old crappy window tint from my 95 Toyota Tacoma…read more Technics was the first to respond with an estimate with different options. Later in the day a 2 other stores submitted quotes as well. The following day I received a follow up message from Technics offering no charge for removal and no tax on installation, I couldn't refuse such an offer. I drove over once the roads cleared and had the tint removed and new tint applied. They charged what they quoted, no haggling, nothing but great customer service at a great cost. Couldn't be happier . I'd attach pics but the truck is covered in mud, looks great before the mud though

I found Tony's after looking online for the best car tint shops in the area - especially those who…read morespecialize in working on Tesla vehicles, and they were easily the top result. Tony and his wife Lisa were who we spoke with and who worked on our Model 3 (2021). Tony himself was the actual installer and to say he went "above and beyond" is an understatement. First off, they were able to get us a great deal for the top-of-the-line XPEL XR Plus tint on all glass surfaces. This meant they did all the windows, the glass roof, even the windshield itself - apparently they are able to put an almost clear layer so it doesn't impact visibility that also still manages to block out a TON of heat. Second, when they first checked over the vehicle, they found a handful of flaws I had not seen (we had just gotten the vehicle only days before deciding we wanted to get tint installed before the summer really kicked off), and showed us before ever getting started to put us at ease with how they were going to handle the vehicle and let us know up front of any issues they found. Third, when Tony got to work, he actually noted that at some point some of the paneling had been hastily re-set into place, and was not correctly re-installed... so he took it upon himself to properly correct the issue, bending fasteners that were not correctly attached into their intended positions... meaning when they gave us the car back, not only was the tint installed perfectly, but the car was technically in even better shape than when we picked it up directly from Tesla's own shop in Dallas since now all the internal panels had been fastened as designed from the factory itself! They even registered the warranty for the XPEL tint so we didn't have to worry about any sort of future coverage should any issues occur with the film itself. In the past, I've gone with other tinters and I've had issues come up years later with peeling, cracking, and tearing, but I have a feeling that this is not going to be happening with Tony's work. I don't think we'll be going anywhere else but Tony's from now on. Now we just need to get a time where we can be without the vehicle for a few more days so we can get PPF + Ceramic coating installed on the body. In summary, if you want your vehicle tint installed professionally by some hard-working honest folks who know their craft really well and care about quality - go see Tony and his wife Lisa.

Recently I got hit by some heavy road debris that unfortunately went through the ppf so I needed to get a few panels redone - of course I was going to go back to the original installer. The car looks better than ever - they touched up damage that went through the ppf before applying the new one and you can't even tell. I've also noticed that their ppf templates have gotten better over the years so that's a huge plus. Prices are fair and quality of work has actually gotten better over the years.
