Seemed so reasonable. I paid EXTRA to get it there Wednesday before noon (Monday was Memorial Day) instead of Wednesday by 5PM. They assured me no problem and I paid $86. Guess what.... it's Thursday and the package STILL hasn't been delivered. And customer service at FedEx has been CANCELLED. Store manager doesn't have the power to help. The AI bot at customer service doesn't have the ability to even understand my issue. And the customer service reps in another country have been told to just keep transferring me to other departments and reps who cannot help me!!!! I've called them 4 times now with no resolution. I guess they're hoping I'll give up. I want a refund on the shipping cost. NOT that it will bring back the customer I lost because of this. FedEx used to be so dependable.
