I came in 20 mins before closing to try to print but the one working machine was occupied. I tried to rush to print a form I need to get a prescription because I've lost a few babies back to back and I'm currently pregnant. We were there past closing and I tried to ask for help or more time and even explained my situation but I sadly experienced workers who were aggressive and disrespectful with me. They had no sympathy for what I expressed and I'm not sure why theres no kindness left in the world anymore. They laughed at me on my way out. And whispered things under their breath too. one of the workers even came out after and stared us down in our car. I don't suggest going to this location sadly. If you work here and worked with me tonight, im sorry for any inconvenienc. But from the bottom of my heart, sincerely, maybe customer service isn't for you. read more

Though it was 20 min before closing for the store, I was hoping to quickly make my print out in the self service printers. I kindly asked one of the employees to help me and guide me. The employee helped me out as best they could until I was abruptly stop by another employee, to later find out it was the store manager assistant who not only hurried me but was very rude. I most definitely felt targeted and pressured because there were other customers around but he didn't rushed them like he did to me. read more

Lazy staff. Went in 4 minutes before closing to print 2, 1 page documents. Was turned away because they said they are about to close. Told you need to arrive earlier before closing to get service. Hours should be adjusted if the service hours close before store hours close. read more

Supervisor at this store is lazy! Rest of the staff is nice but when we asked for a printing service he said his machine was down and then refused to help me find a nearby office max who's printer worked. He said "you can do that yourself and call all the stores if you have to" read more

I ordered a huge banner online. They call me to tell me they ran out of vinyl. Ok no problem i ask them to transfer my order to another location and he yells at me that they don't have time to do that and every location is out of that material and no he won't call and check other stores for me. He then hangs up on me. I give up idk what else to do. I started to call other locations my self the next day and forest lane was able to help me! This location needs to replace Jeffery as a manager!!!! read more

I've really come to expect a certain level of customer service from the stores in the CityPlace shopping center. Not necessarily "bad"...but just like they don't care. This is TOTALLY NOT the case with the employees of Office Max. They must have a kick ass manager working the staff here because they are ALWAYS friendly...helpful..and can get you in and out in a few minutes. I like going into stores where the employees actually seem to enjoy being there and this store has that. Only downsides are the prices for printing/binding...but that's to be expected. Overall a great store and one I will continue to go to time and time again. read more

I am a registered nurse & personal injury lawyer with a very small office nearby and always find everyone who works at this Office Depot/OfficeMax very kind and helpful. I didn't get the names of the two gentlemen who helped me today and answered all my questions but I regret their offer to help me load a box of paper into my car... it was way heavier than it looked! I will be back to this location again soon. In fact, last time I was there earlier this year, I recall being assisted by a very nice woman so this location has a lot of awesome employees! Don't shop this location if you're wanting customer service. At 8:45, the print employees rudely told two customers "We don't print 30 minutes before the store closes"; How the heck is anyone supposed to know that? Is it on the door? Is it on the website? Is it in the automated email that is sent after sending a file to their print email? To all of the questions, the answer is no. Before they could give me the same poor treatment, I left and went to Fedex Print Shop and was very glad I made that decision. OfficeMax, do better. read more

I went in the other day needing a specific cord. A gentleman working there named Michael was so incredibly nice and helpful!!! I was so impressed. We walked in looking for printer ink and within seconds a manager asked if we needed assistance. Our check-out fellow, Anthony, was pleasant, too. What great service! My only beef is that we bought the refurbished ink (Office Max brand) and our printer did not like it (it didn't even recognize it, actually)... so we had to return it. Should have just gone with HP in the first place! read more

Went to make prints at Office Max and Keith was very efficient in managing multiple customers at once. His sense of humor was also a plus.

The staff tried their best but Office Depot needs to update its fax connection and/or machine and have more than one. I have literally been here for TWO hours to send 5 pages. The machine would get stuck or push mine to the back when new faxes entered. Fax tried to come in, kicks me out. If I didn't need this sent today, I'd leave. Why don't you have email to fax option? Ended up going to Kinko's and it went in 5 minutes. I will no longer be using OfficeMax for my business needs unless they update their services. read more

The service at this store is impeccable. There was some trouble with my order through the fault of the online chat service. The print department made sure the problem was resolved and every one of the staff I dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. Special kudos to Print Service Supervisor Whitney Lane who shepherded my project through the difficulty and did not rest until I was very satisfied. I used the print center and Haydn helped me- she was awesome- super friendly and helpful. I had a number of requests to make changes and shift things around after seeing the first printed version and she totally worked with everything and did not get frustrated or annoyed with my requests. The worst customer service I've ever received anywhere at any store in my entire life. It's literally a 30 min conversation and fighting with their staff and management every time to get a simple copy and scan. I just got to the store 20 minutes before they close to scan one piece of paper to my email and store was empty but after waiting 10 mins for one of the 3 people walking around and doing nothing to acknowledge me, the manager Bruce told me they can't scan anything 30 minutes before they close and that today they were so busy. He said he decided what time they close their scan and copy section and that information is no where in the website so the hours of operation does not mean the hours of operation! Meanwhile there was nobody in the store and he could spend 1 minute of 10 minutes ignoring me and another 10 minutes fighting with me to scan my piece of paper! I was VERY disappointed by this Office Max. I placed a small order for the print department by phone yesterday morning around 10 am and was told to send a detailed email of what I wanted. I was unsure if they understood what I meant and wanted to buy card stock for the office anyway so I stopped by around 11 am. First they didn't carry card stock, which you would expect from an office supplier. Then I went to the printing department and they pulled up my email and assured me it would be ready in ONE HOUR. By 4:30 pm no one had called me so I called and asked what the status of my order was. They told me I wouldn't be able to pick it up until the next day (today) at 3 PM! Today I never received a phone call but I went by at 5:30 PM to pick it up anyway. They had not even started on my order and the employee had the nerve to complain about having to do another order to her supervisor right in front of me. I walked out without anyone even offering to remedy the issue. My company and I will never use this Office Max again. read more
